The food has gotten better from the first time I came! The workers are always nice, but they always have trouble opening on time. And when they do not everything is ready. Hope they improve staff but the inside is always clean. On the positive: Anytime i have DoorDash they did not mess up anything. So happy that they came to Brownsburg!! read more

Ordered online to pick up in drive thru. I was hoping for more chicken options honestly that might be spicy. I got the 2 entree combo with fried rice and Kung pao chicken and sirloin steak. The steak was perfectly tender just wish it had spice but the flavor was good. The Kung pao was spicy and does have peanuts but I just pick them off. The portion is huge for $10. The pick up was quick. They give sauces in the bag. When you sign up on the app you get a coupon read more

Panda Express - Fried rice with Kung pao chicken and steak - Chinese Near Me - Brownsburg, Indiana

Every time I come in here I have to wait for food. Always empty pans and have to ask when there will be food coming it's always 2-3 minutes. So if you're not in a hurry and willing to wait for any food this week s your place. The only reason I keep coming back is it's off the highway and one day they will be right.... Maybe!! read more

I had a good experience while traveling through here! I stopped for dinner and it was great! The orange chicken was fresh (they literally just put it out when I had it) and the mushroom chicken and fried rice were cooked perfect too! I'd return to this restaurant when I take this route again. The staff were friendly and even ask you what sauce you want! The inside was clean. My only suggestion is to have plastic knives available for cutting some of the larger pieces of chicken! read more

Tried to up charge me when I wanted a small side a shrimp and basically told me I could not get that. Ended up spending $10.90 instead of what I wanted for $6.90 read more

Ordered thru panda app for delivery. 2 of my 7 items arrived at my door. Called store and found my only option was refund or for me to drive to the store. Blamed the driver for not taking both items. Had to ask for them to give fresh food for the items the driver didn't bring since the suggestion was for me to just come and grab the box. Didn't offer anything for my out of the way drive and then skimped on some of the food in the Togo containers. The one worker did apologize but that was it. Customer service doesn't seem to exist anymore. read more

I went to panda express today to pick up an order for Uber eats for our customer when we arrive there we had numerous people stare at us, but no one came over to ask us what we needed or to help us so we waited for almost 10 minutes to finally get the order for our Uber eats customer When I grab the food. The food was no longer hot and if you're gonna have the food put behind the counter, so the food doesn't get stolen anymore. You should have somebody there readily available to give us orders for Uber eats or DoorDash or GrubHub read more

Just picked up meals at the local Panda Express and very disappointed. We had to wait over 15 minutes for the broccoli and beef bowl with fried rice. When we arrived home and looked at my bowl it had 5 florets of broccoli and barely a handful of beef. Will be awhile before we return. read more

I am a mobile dog groomer and every time I am in the area, I plan my day around stopping at this panda! It's always top quality and top cleanliness. The food is great and hot and it's always fast enough for my speedy day! The manager even asked me about my day and my job when I was picking up my order. I heard her respectfully tell her worker that she didn't complete her responsibilities the day before. Instead of reprimanding her she just re-explained what was expected of her and I thought that was a good way to go about it. She gave her a chance to do better instead of making her feel bad about it. Very impressed and satisfied every time I come! read more

Didn't expect much. My husband and I were hungry and nearby so decided to eat in here for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised at how cheerful, efficient and polite the staff was. I think she was the store manager because later I noticed she was wearing a different uniform than the others that appeared to be part time staff. I just think it's amazing how pleasant and cheerful you can be, working on your feet the whole time and endlessly serving customers without receiving any tips. That deviates so much from my mental model of fast food staff I had to write this review. It was just a nice experience. The inside of the store was very clean; spotless. The food was nice too. Tasted great and very good value for the price (big servings). I will definitely be coming back! read more

I order online because I'm in a hurry and need to pop in and out. It seems like they do not fulfill online until the person shows up. I don't mind if my food sits. I'd rather not have to wait for someone to be not busy so I can ask for it. I was told we were "just" waiting on one item. Time passed. And passed. And passed. I finally got someone's attention to ask what was taking so long. I was told that one item had to be prepared from scratch. It hadn't been available that day even though it was in the online menu. Please, please, do not assume I MUST have this apparently very complicated item prepared fresh. I would MUCH rather have something else than wait twenty minutes while my family is waiting in the car. Everyone was friendly and polite. This was just a major mistake to assume rather than ask me first. read more

Randomly close the dining room and force everyone through the drive thru. Tonight it says "due to short staff" and there are literally 10 employees working in the restaurant. read more

Like every opening of a chain restaurant, the first two weeks were great. Now it's exactly like every other fast-food Asian restaurant in the world. Not really very good at all, but at least it's mostly cold and a bit stale. Really disappointing, because the location is great. Maybe they'll turn it around? read more

This location has not had food prepared or been out of it every time I have gone there for that last 3 months.

This panda served old over cooked food and has bad customer service food is not kept fresh and severs are rude and manager is not professional and needs training in customer service if you want good food and good service dont eat here read more

EVERYONE do not, i repeat do NOT waste your time/gas. They neverrrr have teriyaki chicken available. If you get teriyaki chicken from here go to a different location. The last at least 6 times i've been here they're always "out" of it. read more

Was so happy when I saw a Panda Express was opening, which did not last long. The staff is friendly, but the service is slow. Especially, if you go through the drive-thru, then you are ignored, prepare to wait a long time. And, like the majority of the fast food restaurants in Brownsburg, they run out of the main entrees fast. read more

Crazy that I'm waiting outside for a plate of orange chicken for 30 minutes during the lunch hours of the day. This place needs interactive management and clearly a better kitchen system because no fast food establishment should make a customer wait that long for its most poplar menu item read more

In regards to the Brownsburg location. If you use the Panda Express app and choose Delivery; the app will take your order, confirm the order with the restaurant, and charge your credit card. Restaurant will cancel you order about an hour later. It is up to you to use the contact us function in the app to get a refund. read more

I went to the new Panda Express in Brownsburg IN and ordered just medium chow mein noodle with side of teriyaki sauce. When I made to the window (after a long line wait) the guy Caedmon (on my receipt) hands me a packet of teriyaki sauce so I explained to him that I wanted a side of teriyaki sauce in a small cup. He goes and talks to the other workers and comes back to tell me that they cannot give me a side of teriyaki sauce as they do not have a way to give it to me. I then explained to him that I have ordered the same thing at all the others Panda Express. He said they don't do like other locations. I asked for a refund in which he told me that they do not offer refunds which after back and forth I just asked for my food back. Yes he took the food back and then told me they do not issue refunds. He then threw the teriyaki sauce packet at me that landed on my floor of my car. I have lived in Brownsburg for over 10 years this type of service for a new restaurant is not acceptable. I'm not happy with this Panda Express. Very sad service. No help to the customer or accommodation. Just NO to everything!! read more
