I had a good experience while traveling through here! I stopped for dinner and it was great! The orange chicken was fresh (they literally just put it out when I had it) and the mushroom chicken and fried rice were cooked perfect too! Ordered thru panda app for delivery. 2 of my 7 items arrived at my door. Called store and found my only option was refund or for me to drive to the store. Blamed the driver for not taking both items. Had to ask for them to give fresh food for the items the driver didn't bring since the suggestion was for me to just come and grab the box. Just picked up meals at the local Panda Express and very disappointed. We had to wait over 15 minutes for the broccoli and beef bowl with fried rice. When we arrived home and looked at my bowl it had 5 florets of broccoli and barely a handful of beef. Will be awhile before we return. read more

I am a mobile dog groomer and every time I am in the area, I plan my day around stopping at this panda! It's always top quality and top cleanliness. The food is great and hot and it's always fast enough for my speedy day! The manager even asked me about my day and my job when I was picking up my order. I heard her respectfully tell her worker that she didn't complete her responsibilities the day before. Instead of reprimanding her she just re-explained what was expected of her and I thought that was a good way to go about it. Didn't expect much. My husband and I were hungry and nearby so decided to eat in here for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised at how cheerful, efficient and polite the staff was. I think she was the store manager because later I noticed she was wearing a different uniform than the others that appeared to be part time staff. I just think it's amazing how pleasant and cheerful you can be, working on your feet the whole time and endlessly serving customers without receiving any tips. That deviates so much from my mental model of fast food staff I had to write this review. It was just a nice experience. The inside of the store was very clean; spotless. The food was nice too. Was so happy when I saw a Panda Express was opening, which did not last long. The staff is friendly, but the service is slow. Especially, if you go through the drive-thru, then you are ignored, prepare to wait a long time. I went to the new Panda Express in Brownsburg IN and ordered just medium chow mein noodle with side of teriyaki sauce. When I made to the window (after a long line wait) the guy Caedmon (on my receipt) hands me a packet of teriyaki sauce so I explained to him that I wanted a side of teriyaki sauce in a small cup. He goes and talks to the other workers and comes back to tell me that they cannot give me a side of teriyaki sauce as they do not have a way to give it to me. I then explained to him that I have ordered the same thing at all the others Panda Express. He said they don't do like other locations. I asked for a refund in which he told me that they do not offer refunds which after back and forth I just asked for my food back. Yes he took the food back and then told me they do not issue refunds. He then threw the teriyaki sauce packet at me that landed on my floor of my car. I have lived in Brownsburg for over 10 years this type of service for a new restaurant is not acceptable. I'm not happy with this Panda Express. Very sad service. No help to the customer or accommodation. Just NO to everything!! read more
