Stopped in around 12:30 pm on a weekday. It was not busy when I arrived. It got busier as I was leaving. But service and food were both prompt and food was hot as i expected. I saw the commercials at my hotel that I was staying at nearby. What's that like Burger King wasn't even a mile away and I had to try their Krabby Patties that were featured. Staff here was very friendly and the place looked very clean but that's the only nice thing I have to say about this establishment. I took my bag all excited to try the Whopper special and this is what I was presented with as you can see a pictured. The burger looked absolutely depressing ! This was by far the most repulsive, unattractive looking Burger i have ever seen and it looked like someone was ripping apart the bun. I clearly requested no bacon due to dietary restrictions, and staff confirmed the order. The burger still contained bacon, and I consumed part of it before realizing. This is a serious failure in food handling. If this involved an allergy or religious restriction, the outcome could have been dangerous. I understand sometimes when fast food restaurants get low ratings. However, this place certainly exceeded our expectations. Blazing hot fries, excellent milkshake, and some really tasty hamburgers and chicken nuggets. My child is always excited to eat BK and today we stopped by for lunch. Unfortunately she dropped her milk on the floor and it was a huge relief for me when the manager, without skipping a beat, grabbed a new milk for us and grabbed a mop to start cleaning it up! I admit, I don't go to Burger King for anything but their Milkshakes and fries.. not saying the food isn't just as good but I go here for more of an on-the-go dessert. I ordered Milkshakes today after lunch for my kiddos and they love it, they say it's better than other milkshakes they've tried in the area. I like how Burger King prepares theirs with real soft serve ice cream rather that powder and milk, it makes the milkshakes more thick, in my opinion. Definitely will never get tired of it read more

We always saw the sign for family night on Thursday 4-7pm FREE face painting, Free balloons but when we went in we found out there was $2 kids meals $2 whoppers and chicken sandwiches and more. My kids had so much fun the face designs looked amazing this is the type of artist you want at your kids birthday party!!! There were bright colors, sparkles, and gems! The balloon designs were soo cool she made a fishing pole with a fish on the end! She also gave out lolipops while she added their names to waitlist. In the end I went to go get the kids an ice cream and found out they just hand the kids a small cone of ice cream for free!!! We had 7 people eat (3 adults) for $23 so I call that a deal!! This is a newly renovated BK that is being neglected as the facility was dirty, trash cans overflowing, tables filthy, and urine all in the bathroom floor. Very fast, friendly, and amazing service! They'll be ready whenever you are and will quickly prepare your food, though they'll sometimes mess up your order or don't understand. They'll most likely fix it quickly once you know you're not satisfied with your meal. read more

I don't normally write reviews and I think this might actually be my first but my experience here was very unpleasant. I ordered my food through the drive thru before I went to work. The line wasn't super long so I assumed it would go by fairly fast. Not only was the guy who took the order on the speaker rude and half heartedly paying attention to my order, the wait was extremely long. When I got to the window to pay and take my food, the guy didn't say a single word while I was there. He reached his hand out to take my money( didn't repeat the amount? Didn't repeat the order to make sure it's correct?) just took my money at the same time he handed me my bag. After he gave my cards back without a "thank you" or a "have a great day" I drove off to realize he charged me for someone else's meal and gave me the wrong order...All I can say is just do better. There really isn't an excuse for this service. It was a weird and uncomfortable interaction and I will not be returning. read more

This location has the Friendliest drive thru staff everytime we've been here. It's always late in the evening when most fast food staff is at their worst. So refreshing to see polite, friendly, SMILING people at the drive up window. Orders are correct, always ask about condiments, fast and food not thrown together. Me and my 3 year old child came here for dinner (horrible idea) the staff did not care ATOL about the customers! They payed more attention to their phones then they did service! I waited up front for at least 7 minutes just to get some sause and they weren't busy atol....while other customers waited in line just to get this order takin. I visited the Brownsburg, IN Burger King with 2 friends on the afternoon of Saturday 5/14/16. The food was fine but one employee made eating it not so fine. She (Laura) was sweeping the dining room and moving chairs. The floor is tile and she was pushing the chairs against the tile floor and they were making a very loud, irritating, sound as they scraped the tile floor. We let it go thinking she would realize it was annoying and interferring with conversations but she didn't stop. I finally said something too her and suggested she pick up the chair instead of scraping it on the floor. I was not rude, I was not loud, I was not belittling in any way .. I simply suggested an alternative. She told me she would take me to the parking lot and slap me around! After her "threat" I ask to see her manager and she said to me "she won't do anything .. she likes me because I come in whenever she asks me too". I said "that's nice, I still would like to see her". 20 or so minutes passed and no manager. Laura (if that's her real name) didn't seem to make any effort to ask her manager to come out. I decided the incident had gone beyond speaking to the manager and would take it to Burger King Corp (since their name is on the building) and the franchise owner. My friend decided to speak to the manager. The manager told him that "Laura" was only kidding and wrote the owner's first name on a piece of paper with a voice mail number. No apology just "she was kidding". NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!. Seems to me, If she had been kidding, that she would have tried to defend herself as "kidding" when I ask to speak to a manager. Instead she said the manager "won't do anything..." AND continued to scrape chairs on the tile floor. Defiant and rude! , this woman needs training or to be unemployed. Me and my 2 friends will not return to this store. It tajes a kit to offend me and I'm easy going and I'm after money, coupons, or even an apology at this point.
