The last 3 times we have attempted to visit inside, nothing is available, even their most popular items. Always a wait and the staff has no concern for customer service...even a brief apology for the wait would be appreciated. Placed an order online today at 12:25 for pick up at 12:45 (they generated the pick up time). I arrived 3 minutes after the pick up time to be told there was a 3 minute wait for super greens. No problem, I could see they were working on them. Super greens are done and then was told they didn't have the entree prepared and it would be another 7 minutes. When I voiced my concern to the manager on duty, she shrugged and said they were working on another order - based on my observation, I was the only customer and no one was working on prepping any other food. Went through drive through a few weeks ago. About a month ago. Got home and found a huge piece of plastic in my food. Looked like a large piece of plastic bag or something. So I went to panda express last night for the first time and was really disappointed. We picked up from the curb window and got home and the food was just horrible the orange chicken was big clumps of over breaded chicken, I think it was chicken, and there was no sauce again absolutely no sauce over this dried out breaded stuff. The lo mein noodles tasted really weird and they had no sauce on it either it's just like stuff was thrown in the box and the vegetables were really over cooked which is odd for Chinese food. $26 dollar meal that half or more was dumped in the trash. It was our first taste of Panda Express and about what we expected. I liked the clean environment and the fast service. The food was about as standard as Chinese food gets nowadays. Nothing overly exciting here but you can likely count on it being consistent. I had the Creamy Walnut Shrimp and the the Beijing Beef. The fry on the shrimp was light and turned out soggy after being in the chafing dishes but it was cooked nicely and not overdone. The sauce was OK but it needed more walnuts and a little more sweetness!! The Beijing Beef was crispy and pretty good if a little ubiquitous tasting. My wife's Orange Chicken was crispy considering the chafing dishes and it had a nice glaze. Our fried rice was OK but really bland before we added the soy sauce. The Cream Cheese Rangoon were OK but not filled very well while the spring rolls were pretty good. The sauce for both was passable for better I've had. All in all we came and checked it out and I think we're good having tried it now, but likely don't need to come back. In a pinch or if you want Chinese food passed through a drive-thru window on your way home then this is your place. read more

Couple of tips, if you need your food quickly, don't go through the drive through, it could be a 25-30 minutes wait. After multiple trips through the DT and waiting more than 20 minutes for my order, I'd had enough. (Were you aware that the reason they have you park even when no one else is in the DT, is to earn a better drive thru service number? ....no matter that you have a terrible experience, so long as that number is good...) I walked in to talk to the manager and found that there was not one on duty! Just some hard working kids that were doing their very best! They had to look up every recipe since they weren't trained for this job. It took forever, but those kids make some awesome good food. I'm glad I went in because my concern shifted from the store to the parent company. Hard to believe they would allow a store to be so poorly managed. With all the difficulty finding employees these days, I'm surprised that Panda wouldn't treat them better than to put them in a position to have this many disgruntled customers in their face and no manager to have their backs. Tonight was the last time we will be going to Panda. Every experience we have had there has been worse than the last. Once while going through the drive thru I was asked to wait, the person who brought out the food gave it to the wrong car and when I asked about where my food was she tried to get me to pay for it again. There has never been a single time where the wait was under 20 minutes and the employees don't seem to care. Tonight we tried ordering online because how could they possible screw that up, well it said the order would be done at 8:18 pm and surprise surprise it's 8:42 and still waiting. I have visited this store since the month it opened and have told family to try it as well. My 5yr old daughter and i always share a couple entrees and I get a side of the crushed pepper oil since i like spicy foods and my daughter does not. Today the manager, Gretchen, said she would not give me one and will no longer be doing so. After about 50 visits to this store i found this to be very shocking. I went for the spicy food and it's crazy that a young manager wouldn't want to please the guests and retain customers. When i asked the staff member for a chili saice packet, he said "we have soy sauce." I had to explain that they also have chili sauce packets, (which are not a replacement for the chili oil). If that is how it is ran now we will not be back. Staff needs a lot of work and guests should be a priority. read more

First time at this location, I have only had mall Panda Express prior to this. I had a hard time understanding the person when I went through the drive through. I got a choose two with double orange chicken and chow mein noodles and a choose two with chicken and mushrooms, orange chicken and chow mein noodles. Both the orange chicken and the chicken with mushrooms were awesome. The noodles were only ok. A little dry and flavorless with huge pieces of onion.
