The food here at this Panda Express wasn't as tasty as other Panda Express. Initially I ordered chow mein with my favorite sting beans and chicken breast. Unfortunately, they told me they were unable to obtain the green beans. Instead I ordered honey sesame chicken breast. In addition, I order tea which they didn't even know they had. The staff was quite busy running around trying to keep caught up. The restaurant was smaller than average Panda Express was clean, seating was ample, tables were cleared and parking SUCKED! I did note, no knifes, trash at the beverage stand overflowing, only extra large and kids cups were available. The HIP HOP music could be turned down or off. Just reviewed my receipt and noticed I wasn't charged for my tea but was uncharged for crisp sesame shrimp that wasn't even ordered. Sadly the staff was overwhelmed by customers at 620p on a Tuesday night. A line out the door, customers complaining about not having all the food they ordered. Guess, I'll have to just depart without addressing my receipt discrepancy. I have to also noted the prices were not listed on the me menu.. I should have taken a photo. To be honest they need to move to a larger location with a drive thru. read more

Long wait and they were out of half the items telling me 10 minutes for something they had no intention of making. They had rice, noodles and orange chicken being made and I think they were just hoping if they had the mains people would just take what's available and leave. When it came time to pay they rang me up without asking if I wanted a drink. read more

I love my local Panda Express! The servers are nice and always try to keep the rush hour lines moving smoothly. I ordered the bigger plate (orange chicken, Beijing beef, and mushroom chicken) with half Chowmein and half fried rice. Everything tasted great. The interior of Panda Express in Bonney Lake is casual & clean. If you feel like sitting down for lunch or dinner for some Chinese food, this is one of your spots for Bonney Lake. read more

ewwww am oriental i thought no one can mess up beef and Brockley and when it came the Brockley was soft the soy was Chinese and the beef didn't have coating and it was tough. they killed it like road kill. read more

Came in and asked for 2 things honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. I get 4 shrimp and then a ton of orange chicken. I asked for more shrimp and the guy says he can't. But then the guy behind me gets the same thing and then the worker gives him 2 huge scoops of the shrimp way more than mine. I was going to say something but i didn't want to cause a scene. I then asked for rangoons and asked for a side of sweet and sour sauce but then got back to work and never got any sauce at all. Everytime I've come here it feels like they give less and less with the portions and just want me out of there as fast as possible. read more

I had the pleasure of being served by Aliexis. I ordered their teriyaki chicken with chow mein. She was so friendly and polite. The service was great. Not to mention the food, I got home and it was still hot. Their refershers/teas are delicious. They give you a good amount of meat too. The price was also affordable. I will be coming back. read more

Last night I ordered two plates for delivery. Both plates were missing one entrée. I've tried to call four times and I keep getting voicemail. As a senior citizen it is hard to get out at night and drive or I would have gone to the establishment. This location is iffy . It is not consistent as far as quality goes. read more

Decent food and decent service. I always head down here at around 2 pm for lunch if im having the orange chicken or sweetfire chicken cravings. Not a lot of people tend to come around this time. Staff was quick to take my order, allow me to pay, hand me my receipt, and hand me my food all within 3 minutes. My only issue with this place is whenever i order the bowl, they tend to have like 3/4ths or 90% of the bowl fried rice, then the rest is my entree. Wish it was more equated like when they give the plate. read more

Servings are so small. Food is too salty! Different every time you go! I won't be going back!

This is the second time i've eaten here and had gotten food poisoning both times. DONT EAT HERE.

I don't usually venture into places like this... But I was Jonzing for some orange chicken and it was close by while I was running around town. I was reluctant to go in due to the reviews but figured I would try it out, the server behind the counter was very friendly and I noticed the orange chicken was kind of low, so I asked for a new fresh batch, and they had no problem accommodating me. I would've given them five stars but due to the cleaning of the tables and chairs, that is obviously necessary these days, it had a slight chemical odor but wasn't as bad as some places I've been in. If you're into a quick generic Chinese food dinner... It worth the stop. read more

We went during their extremely busy dinner rush. We had to wait a bit for a refill of chowmein. Took way long to get in our order and pay. We got two dinner plates with mushroom chicken, honey walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken. Everything seemed blander then normal. read more

This location likes to play games with pricing and item availability. Today it was about forced upsizing to a large drink. I know they have medium glasses--the person at the register even admitted it--but said those were only for called in orders. They have been happy to sell them in the past, but today's attitude of "I can call my manager to tell you" cost them a sale and earned a one-star rating. read more

I've been here a few times and I always seem to have a good experience. Food appears and tastes fresh as I would expect. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have seen it quite busy at times but it's not anything that would prevent me from coming back. Overall, I would recommend and come back in the future. read more

Tired of getting ripped off Everytime I order... 1.) I used to work for Panda so I know what I've paid for when I Don't get it...I just spent $60 ordering online and $23 of my order was missing. Not only was food missing, but when people order the spring rolls or potstickers...THEY EXPECT SAUCE, and this is the 4th time I've given this particular location a shot and not gotten sauce with items that include sauce...they do not offer options to add it when ordering online, and when I worked there, it was always included no questions. 2.) feels like no one here is paying attention when filling an order...it's always just thrown together and you end up with the wrong sizes, the wrong portions, the wrong food in general. Until they change their online ordering/quality control that comes with it, I'm not returning as a customer. I've give you guys plenty of shots, and plenty of money, to be this disappointed on a Saturday when I ordered enough food for me, my husband and my kids and only got half of it. read more

Update 5-24-21 If you don't want to work in the food industry get another d**n job!!!! I constantly give this establishment chance after chance because my kids love Panda Express but today was the last straw! How do you half fill bowls, throw food in the bowl then get mad when I say something. To top it off, you drop the serving spoon on the floor, pick it up and continue serving. I asked for more orange chicken for my child's bowl and you snatch the bowl from me before rudely throwing food in the bowl. This place needs to conduct some serious retraining on customer service! read more

Normally pretty good. Service is good and the food is tasty. Don't bother going here after 8p. Their selection is super limited and they were prepping to close. As of this writing, they close at 9p and I went in at 8:15. I won't make that mistake again. Don't @ me, I'm just going to consider 8p closed. read more

I am a fan of their fried rice, mushroom chicken and green bean chicken!!! My kids love the Rangoon wontons and chicken teriyaki. They are quick and easy. read more

Been to this Panda Express multiple times and never had an issue. Tonight I drove 25 minutes from home because I was craving Panda. I made sure to Google the closing time(9PM) before I left to ensure I could get there at least 30 minutes before closing. I ended up arriving and entering around 8:15 PM. When I walked in it appeared as though they were cleaning up for the night which is understandable. What's not is that they were out of chow mien and orange chicken and informed me that they wouldn't be making anymore for the rest of the night. Not at all acceptable given how much time was left before closing. read more

Every single time i go to this Panda Express they always have no food. Today I arrived over an hour & a half before closing and they had stopped making food for the night. They had no choices and ran out of everything. It's a terrible customer service & business move to be open late and refuse to serve customers. The workers are always incredibly unfriendly & act like they are annoyed by customer presence. I would say I'd eat here again but i doubt that they'd even be open to try. read more

Looooove the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and Shanghai steak!!! Good atmosphere

The only reason I go to this location is because it is the only one near my house. They are always out of the food items that I want like orange chicken. Today I went there at 8:30pm and wanted white rice but they told me they were "out of white rice" and they weren't going to make any more because they close at 10:00pm an hour and a half later... Not to mention that every time I go there it seems like the staff absolutely hates being there. :( read more

EVERY TIME we go here they are out of food! They try to give you an egg roll for the wait...like seriously?

It was a bummer to show up and they had most of the food put away at 8:15. Not sure I'll go back to this one. I live in sumner so going to Auburn won't be bad. Just thought I would try this one and didn't work out unfortunately. read more

Panda is Panda is Panda. Typical American mall fast food style Chinese food. You can expect egg rolls, fried rice, chow mien, sweet and sour etc, it's all here. I placed a family sized order online and Panda nailed it. There wasn't a problem picking up my order and everything was fresh, hot & correct. If I don't feel like going to a restaurant or cooking when I have a bunch of people to feed and I need it fast: Panda Express is one of my top choices. read more

Food is good. Sometimes portions are small or you can tell food has been sitting awhile.

Came at 8:56 pm and sign on door saying closed even thoygh they have a 10pm closing time.... WILD

This restaurant is horrible when dealing with delivery drivers. Food is sitting behind the counter and not on the online pickup area. They refuse to make the customers drinks as well. Both are violations of the delivery drivers policy read more

this location is actually the worst. they run out of everything except for the stuff no one wants hours before closing. my question is why extend your hours if you're going to "run out" of everything at 9 every night. might as well go back to your other hours. and i would get it if it was a one or two time thing, but EVERY TIME i go even somewhat late they are out of everything. and the workers are super unfriendly, you can tell they don't want to help you and i have always felt uncomfortable every time im in there. if you don't want to help customers maybe don't work in the food service industry? and that's coming from someone who works in food service. FLOP! read more

I went to Panda Express in Bonney Lake at 11:30 am on a Saturday. Wouldn't one assume they'd be prepared for the onslaught of Saturday lunch crowd? They were out of nearly everything and I was disappointed to say the least. This is the case at any time I go. I used to enjoy Panda Express at other locations but I will not go back here. No broccoli Beef, no black pepper chicken, out of lots. Out of chow mein and albeit the counter girl was mannerly, the place is not organized. I'll go elsewhere from now on. Don't recommend this place. Update: I gave it another try yesterday and total turnaround. There were many delicious choices and food was fresh and tasty. I will be back now that this place is up to standard for Panda Express. Keep it up Panda Express. What an improvement!! read more

After waiting 20 minutes to be helped, this location is in dire need of more employees that understand how to balance the line that's leading out the door & online orders. Poor service read more

Very busy on a Friday night, so be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. I have to say their food is always consistent though, and the customer service was very good, especially for how busy they were. Just one thing I noticed that should be addressed is the fact that that I watched one of the employees handle paper money with her gloved hands, then go right back to handling food without changing gloves. Money is disgustingly dirty and should not be handled with the same gloves that food is handled with. read more

We went for lunch today and I was very impressed with this location. There was one girl working the front, but when we got in line, 4 more people came through the door. So she immediately took over the cash register and another lady made the plates. The teamwork was awesome and they were fast!! You could tell they were there to do a job and I really appreciate that. Food was good and hot and again, service was fast!! We will definitely return. read more

Came in tonight for an online order. These people are crazy busy. One dude (Josiah) was incredibly nice and positive and seemed to be the only one with any sense of urgency aside from one girl that kept belittling him in front of customers.
