The pizza had so much sausage and not enough pepperoni. Next time I'm ordering Pepperoni. If there is a next time.

Yet another 5 star experience. The folks in there are so nice. The place is very clean. And the food is great. Now it's not gourmet pizza. But I don't like gourmet pizza so this shit is good. AND the wings... the best I've ever had. Everywhere else they are too fatty or dry. And the honey bbq sauce is so good. I usually save 5 star for something special and extra yummy, but I like pizza and wings and these are among my faves. read more

I absolutely hate this place. I love quepapas. I hate that every time I walk in to their store nobody greets us but a quick "hi, we'll be right with you" I walked in 2 mins ago and 5 people looked at me and didn't say a word. After a count of 15 I said hello and got attitude "we're going to help you in a minute" I'm over this location. Giving up quepapas because I'm not putting up with the BS service. While the pizza is just average pizza, I am writing because I had outstanding customer service. I went in seeking a pizza made from white sauce, and was easily helped finding that. The employee helped me use a coupon to save money and made sure she was attentive while I waited for my pizza. Pizza Huts are pretty common, so the pizza isn't anything epic, but good customer service goes a long way. I will be back. read more

Well let me start by saying we had just moved here from Portland in early December. We went to pizza Hut because it was close. We ordered a large w/ pepperoni on thin crust with extra cheese.....It was fantastic!!!! We just ordered 2 pizzas tonite, and I don't know what happened , but they BOTH sucled soooooooobad.I don't know if the sauce was bad... .had a sweet tangy taste to it, and the supreme tasted like they were 3 mos old produce. I live like one min. Away from this place. And drive to fife instead. This place (Edgewood/milton)never honor tv ads or most coupons. They hardly put any cheese on the pizza. If you order delivery and pay like 2-1/2 times more ,they deliver it looking like a normal pizza! I brought this to their attention and they just become hostile! Make sure to check your receipt to make sure you are not overcharged and check your pizza to make sure it's not burnt. I went in to order a large specialty pizza ($16.99 stated on the in store menu) I was charged $21.98. I asked them why I was charged that much and they told me it was tax. So...when did WA state start charging a 33% sales tax. I pointed that out and told me he charged me with the wrong receipt. Then proceeded to charge me for $20.87 I was like, that's not correct either. While I was trying to have them fix the discrepancy, a lady who received her order mentioned that her pizza was burnt. They told her it was fine and sent her on her way. At this point, I just asked for my money back and instead of crediting me back, the guy gave me back my change in cash.....along with all the coins I really didn't want to be carrying. This Pizza Hut location is awesome. We ordered lunch today through the app and used text notifications. At some point it said it was out for delivery but never showed. There was a hiccup with delivery but as soon as I called them to discuss it, they made it right and even included a free dessert for the not-so-troublesome trouble. They were so polite on the phone and delivered a fresh order very quickly. You guys rock!! read more

My wife and I ordered there one time, went to pick up the order and they didn't have it ready. Said I never called it in. When I asked them if I had the right # in my phone, they said yes. I had to wait while the made it, got it home and they got the order wrong. We only ordered there twice and BOTH times they messed up our order. These guys know how to please. They go hard with their stuffed garlic knots. They're so quick, in and out in 15 minutes. Their pizzas turn out beautifully. The staff are soooo friendly. We have a Pizza Hut closer to our house but they don't even come close to the level these guys are on. I couldn't be happier. read more

Pizza has always been ready fast. Staff at front desk are always friendly and pop open all my pizza boxes to make sure everything looks good to me before I leave. One time they even called me because I had placed an online order and they wanted to verify what I meant by some special instructions I had written to be sure they made my pizza correctly for me. Generous amount of toppings and tasty pizza. So glad there is a consistently good pizza place in Edgewood that I can depend on for my carryout pizza. read more

Manager Kevin has a bad attitude and is very rude. It was taking over an hour to get our pizza. We asked for some kind of compensation since we have been customers since they opened which is over 10 years ago. He told us that his drivers called out and there is nothing he can do for us its not his fault. We told him we can order from Domino's and he said that was fine with him. We refused the pizza when it came to the house. I ordered it at 6:57pm and it did not show up until 8:25pm. Buyer beware there might be a long wait for food. read more

terrible service and management by "lacey" who claimed she was the manager. actually, the worst! if she is really a manager, she obviously needs help and recurrent training in customer service skills and more. very unprofessional and rude! stay far, far away from this location. i ordered online for the first time and picked up my order an hour later. when i walked in she said your order has been in the warmer for an hour and while in there it is still cooking. so i checked it and although the pizza and pasta was burnt on the bottom i was okay with that. the fries; however, were overdone and soggy by this time. i asked her if she could redo them. she replied i would have to charge you. i explained to her that it was my first time ordering online and that i made an honest mistake by not picking it up within the 15mins from placing my order. she still insisted that she had to charge me and that it wasn't her fault. i told her i never said that it was. i could see that she wasn't going to budge and already had an attitude about herself that i decided not to take the fries. she rings up the pizza and pasta and tells me my total. after swiping my card, i tell her to void the transaction. what was i thinking?!?! she then voids it and i tell her that she can keep her sh** as she doesn't deserve my business. she could care less and made a poor decision over $2.50 for an order that was over $55+. i left and went to the auburn location as my boys insisted on having pizza hut and was impressed by their staff who were the complete opposite for a busy location. there were 3 other customers waiting on their orders and a few after me but that did not stop them from being courteous and pleasant. mind you the edgewood location did not have anyone in their store and was not busy at all! hope this helps someone from having to deal with that p.o.s.!!!!! *this location doesn't even deserve the 1 star that i had no choice in leaving. read more
