Pulled into the drive thru last night at 10:15pm. Sat at the menu board for several minutes with no response. Drove through and left. No other car in the drive thru, could see employees inside as I drove through and out. Interesting business model. read more

Food takes forever and the employees are extremely rude. The whole experience of going here is not even worthy of one star. Went in around 9:30pm and the employees were clearly talking about me and my friend saying things like "the fact anyone is coming in right now is crazy" and the girl that came up to us at the counter was slouched over, frowning, and just rude. They made multiple comments obviously directed at me wishing that customers would never come in. Don't order here. read more

Super disappointed. I come to Jack here and there and each time it's always a disappointment. Either order is messed up, missing condiments, or simply wrong orders. Each time we ask no cheese due to being lactose and they get it wrong each and every single time. We've let it go in the past but it's frustrating at this point. Had to throw away the whole burger because there was cheese ALL over when I was clear about asking for no cheese when ordering the munchie meal. Never coming back. read more

I love their sourdough burgers but the prices nowadays are unreasonable. It's hard enough to cook at home because of prices nowadays.

Supposed to be "spicy sauced and loaded" wedges. I get plain limp undercooked potatoes. When I call get sent straight to voicemail. I know this is fast food but cmon people. read more

I only selected 1 star because it doesn't go negative! I ordered through Door dash and the dasher was great, the food was trash, it was cold ...... it had items on it that I requested it not have and then they didn't even give me the tacos I ordered. I won't be ordering from there again and I encourage EVERYONE to pass on ordering from this establishment. They are completely useless!!! read more

This is the Worst Jack in the box around! We sat in line for 15 mins with 1 car in front of us, 2 meals and egg rolls/ tacos was 47$$ wtf? You can eat wayyyyy cheaper at a sit down restaurant with better food anywhere up here so we're just don't with the fast food industry Riping off American left and right ! There is a man who works late night drive-thru at the Bonney Lake Jack in the Box who is the most professional fast food person I have ever met in my entire life. He is like a professional air traffic controller or something, asked every possible clarifying question to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed with our order, asked us which drinks we wanted in the drink carrier, and a thousand other little touches. How good is this guy at his job? Well I don't even review restaurants, least of fast food restaurants! I made a yelp account JUST because of the incredible service I got. That's how good he is. read more

The service was actually horrible if I could give it zero I would I went here because I had orders through DoorDash and I was missing half of my food so my dasher told me that they never gave him the rest of the order so then I went to the drive through and I waited for 20 minutes with no cars in front of me then the guy started talking and said how he couldn't give me the food because it wasn't on his screen and I told him I have the receipt on my phone and then he said "okay but it's not on my screen" so then I was telling him how I was willing to pay again just to get my food and he tells me to pull through so I do and he looks to be on drugs his eyes are low set and it's 12am he's listening to music and has long hair and a beard I was telling him if he could make the tacos and he said he would but I would have to go through the drive through again at that point I was so mad because he stole my food money and time NEVER come here read more

Payed before hand and still had to wait 15 minutes for a stupid burger and fries at 7am. That's ridiculous. After I got back I realized I never got my burger and they stole money from me. Screw this store read more

Got the home style ranch chicken sandwich the chicken was awful it was breading but over cooked breading, the fries were good but everything else sucked. Also why do you guys only ever have just spicy popcorn chicken ? Definitely won't be coming back to this location read more

This location used to be good. For some reason, I've been having bad experiences, and it's the reason why stopped buying food from JITB. So today, I thought of giving them another chance, since me and 2 of my grandkids are in the area and terribly hungry. I ordered & paid for a BUTTERY SMASHBURGER COMBO and 2 SAUSAGE CROISSANT sandwiches. I normally check my order upon receiving but I didn't today being so hungry and I putting my trust back with the service crew that will do a good job. When I got home, I only had one croissant which cost $7.29 (sandwich only) and the Smashburger combo. I didn't get the other Sausage Croissant. Didn't want to drive back there and already feeling lightheaded from hunger and upset. So just want to relay a message to JITB corporate to make sure your service crews checks every order and make sure it's complete before handing the bag to the customer. Not everybody has time to check their bags before leaving the establishment. This is the main reason why I stopped going n getting food from JITB. Please be very careful and double check next time. Hoping no incident like this ( in general) will happen in the future. read more

Woke up late and hungry, but that's ok because Jack in the Box has breakfast meals all day! Had to drive thru Bonney Lake and stopped at Jack to get a #21 & #22 breakfast croissants. We arrived at 11:25 am, ordered and sat in line for roughly 14 minutes before we came to the window (there was 3 cars in front of us). Once at the window the worker with red beard appeared frustrated at his job which transferred to terrible customer service. We asked for salt and pepper and received a handful of both packets (we only used one of each and threw the about 40 packets away). There were no napkins in our bag. Both breakfast croissants were bacon instead of one bacon and one sausage like we ordered. And the Iced Vanilla coffee was so bad my wife couldn't drink it, way too sweet. We think we'll skip going to that Jack in the Box for a while...... . read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I just left the Jack in the box drive through being accosted and yelled at by an employee. There were three cars in the drive through line. We saw a wet floor cone by the drive through. We decided to drive in since the drive through is open till 3am and there were other cars in front of us. Instantly, a 20 something year old brunette boy with curly hair and facial hair yelled through the speaker..."were closed did you not see the sign?" My husband said my bad boss the cone said wet floor we saw other cars in line. My husband started to back out of the drive through when that employee approached our vehicle. The employee yelled at my husband and called him incompetent multiple times and kept shouting at us while we were trying to back out of line. My husband didn't even say anything back until he got shouted at 6 times. If you close early then advertise this online correctly and calmly tell your customers. Also get a sign that says "drive through closed" not wet floor. We were in line at 9:30pm. Most of the other fast food places in Bonney Lake close at 10pm. Not sure why a Jack in the Box is closing at 9:30pm when it's advertised for 3am online. So rude! Find employees that know how to communicate effectively and not scream at your customers. His behavior was totally not warranted!!! read more

I'm not sure what to say exactly... all the other restaurants I've been to up here in Bonney Lake recently have had all employees wearing masks. Not here when I visited late last night. I was sort of shocked to not see anyone wearing one inside. The food however was great! read more

Hours aren't updated. Answer the phone so rude and always have a attitude. Won't be coming back..

Spent nearly $30 on dinner for the family and almost everything was wrong. They've got two settings here. And it's whatever manager is on shift. If the blond peppy one is there its golden. I ordered 2 tacos minus the sauce on 02/24/21 at 5:37 pm. The reason I added date and time is in hopes management or Human resources review the footage of this event. as I pull away after getting my order, my taco's are loaded with sauce. Once again I go around to the back of the drive through since the doors are locked due to covid. upon approaching the window there are 2 young kids. after a short time the young man opened the window and handed me my tacos I sensed an attitude with him. I asked him for napkins and he reluctantly handed me a few so fast that the napkins almost fell to the ground and then he slammed the window on me! As I tried to get his attention he ignored me so I raised my voice so he could hear me. The Next thing I remember is an older female employee came to the window and started yelling at me in words that I will not repeat. This is why I added the date and time for Human resources and or management to review. when I asked who the manager I was, I was ORDERED to leave in words I will not repeat. once again Please review the footage. I had crossed my mind that may be she was having a bad day, but my gut feeling is she is just a bad fit for this job in representing this business. She did tell me that the manager was Kathy Ducan after asking a few times. She Repeatedly demanded that I leave in offensive language. I did not get her name but I have faith that the main office will request a copy of the schedule for this complaint. I do ask that I get a response to the actions that occurred on February 24 2021 at 5:37 pm at the Bonney Lake WA 98391 location. Thank you, A shocked and dissatisfied customer! read more

I went inside jack in the box to place my order last night and was completely disgusted by the fact that they had a huge tray of fries sitting on the counter where we order and right next to the fries was sitting a full bucket of bleach water... I just want to think Jack-in-the-Box for being open on Christmas eve for fast food there was no other place open and they are more than happy to serve us on a day when some places can be open and some don't but either way I am glad they are open out of all of them because they have a great menu and I can select from any kind of food I want basically read more

Seems like all the rejects go here to work. Every time we've gone to this place they are rude as Hell & screw up the order. One time we pulled up and they were playing grab ass! We had to wait 20 minutes IN DRIVE THRU! GTFOH... Today (11-20-2016) we were ordering through the drive thru, and the girl taking the order was rude! She asked if we wanted to make it a meal, after ordering a salad. Then as we enunciated that we were asking for a club chicken salad. She then started being a smart ass, by mocking us by enunciating everything we ordered. Grow up! We're done giving this place any more chances! Hire people that want to work! read more

Other than long wait times which is to be expected with a huge menu like theirs I've never had any issues here.

Every time I have ordered the Grande Sausage Burrito (the last 3-4 times in the span of a year - no exaggeration) it was made incorrectly either missing cheese, hot sauce, hashbrown, bacon bits, or at times 2-3 ingredients as listed in conjunction together. I understand mistakes but what do you call it when you go at different days/dates and time frames and the order is STILL consistently incorrect . I just went there this morning. It's the first time in over 6 months. And once again my burrito was missing hot sauce and the hashbrown. When I buy fast-food it's an 'on the go/I don't have time to get myself food' thing. Why have a menu if it isn't going to be used? I am not going to make time where there isn't any time to drive back so you can fix it. I don't pay money for food that I ordered just to be surprised by getting what I didn't ask for. So if you want to be surprised as to what you'll get when you order, then this is the spot for you. ALWAYS CHECK WHAT YOU ORDERED BEFORE YOU LEAVE. As for me, I won't be going back there. Ever. read more

I don't expect much for fast food. But don't rush me out of line. When I got to the window I asked if I can add something to my order. I over hear no! Wow really you just missed out and all I wanted to add was a drink. My food wasn't that great. Maybe it was a off day. I tried to call in and no one picked up. It wanted me leave a voice mail but inbox was full. So I called sumner jack and the box to make them aware of what happened. I really do like jack in the box I was disappointed. To be honest they didn't even take the time to care or take the time to make the food right or presentable. read more

Only been to this Jack In the Box a handful of times, but tonight (3.20.20) will absolutely be my last! When my husband and I took our order the woman over the prompter repeated it back to us wrong , so of course we corrected her nicely and then she got my husbands order wrong and had complete ATTITUDE when we corrected her again. Then when we pulled up to pay to get our food, the lady (she had brownish blond hair pulled back in a ponytail and glasses) put regular fries in our bag instead of curly fries... so again we told her and she was absolutely pissed!! Another girl (tan with brunette hair) apologized and was actually willing to help while the one with attitude was angrily stuffing curling fries in our bag (some were falling out and she was-with her bare freaking hands- throwing them back in the fry bin) My husband and I were completely done after seeing that and didn't even eat our food. What a waste of our time and money! I hate writing bad reviews, but I couldn't believe how bad our experience was here tonight. Very unprofessional! read more

Yesterday 11/5/17 was the worst service I have ever had, I was in the drive through for over 25 minutes with 5 cars in front of me. I get to the window not a sorry for the wait. And ontop of it the gave me the wrong fries. So after waiting 25 minutes I go in and get the correct fries. They were completely overwhelmed and it showed. There were piles of fries that were cold like mine were. The manager was lost and as I let them know about the mess up on fries the girl at the counter had no idea what to do. Then I get home my double jack was a cheese burger and the two tacos were cold and gross. I feel i got ripped of and will never experience a jack in the box again. I was actually excited and was completly disappointed. If I could give a zero I would. U only have 1 star period get it figured out. read more

How long should you sit at the speaker in the drive thru before anyone says anything? I pull up to the drive thru tonight at 10:45pm and there's one car pulling forward away from the speaker. I pull up to the speaker and wait. No one even says "I'll be with you in a moment". I wait almost 4 minutes without any acknowledgement that they will be helping me. I couldn't pull forward because the one car was at the window. So I put it in reverse and got out of there. read more
