I guess that's just a microcosm of all of Seattle, though. I walked up, and told them I was here to pick up the online order and they said it was coming out soon. So, I waited at a picnic bench on the other side. After maybe 5 or 6 mins, it was ready, they called my name, and I was off. When I got the bag it was four huge sandwiches in one sack. Everything looked delightfully greasy -- an excellent sign. When I got it home, everyone tore into theirs. We got two steak with wiz + onions and two steak with american (kids, amirite..?). They traveled pretty well - still decently hot and gooey. The meat was super beefy and tender and maybe a HAIR undersalted on its own, but it was still good, especially once you got everything together -- the salty cheese goo.
