Good New Whopper, But Service Needs Work at Bonney Lake BK I finally tried the revamped Whopper at the Bonney Lake Burger King (Store #6935 on SR 410) on April 15, 2026, and the burger itself delivered on everything Burger King has been advertising. We walked in at 4:03 PM with no one ahead of us at the counter (drive-thru was busy). The manager saw us standing there but didn't acknowledge us until almost 4:08 PM. He was professional while taking our order, but the food didn't come out until 4:19 PM -- a 16-minute wait for two bacon cheese Whopper combos. The Whoppers were genuinely improved: the new bun was soft, fresh, and didn't crumble or taste stale like it has in the past. The burgers arrived hot, the mayo had a nice tangy flavor, and the tomatoes, onions, and pickles were fresh and crunchy. The new bigger box kept everything protected and unsquished. Adding cheese and bacon worked well too -- overall, this was the best Whopper I've had from BK in a long time. The large fries were hot and fresh but under-salted and pretty meh (same as always -- I've never been a big fan of BK fries and they could definitely improve them). Drinks were self-serve at the Coke Freestyle machine; a couple of zero-sugar options were out, but what we got was fine. The dining area and men's restroom were clean. Bottom line: The new Whopper is a real step forward and lives up to the recent campaign. Just wish the counter service had been quicker and more welcoming when we walked in with no line. I'd give the food 4-5 stars, but the wait pulled it down. read more

Placed a mobile order and more than half my order items were out, at the pickup window was told they would process the refund on the app, never happened. I reached out to customer service and was told sorry we can't process that. Like so $40 worth of food I got $10 worth and basically just gave my money to them for nothing. Thanks for nothing. Won't be back. DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER! If anything is out you won't get a refund. read more

Thought I'd try Burger King with their new slogan an"about how they have improved. I gotta say the food is better once they get the order right but wow the service is terrible! When I went through the line again to tell them my order was wrong she got nasty and shoved the burger at me with a nasty look. Now I guess it's too much to expect to get what I ordered! Burger King if you advertise you've improved you better get new help too! read more

The staff was very nice and friendly. My food was fresh and my order was correct and I got it quickly. Will visit again.

The food here is expensive & not very good. The workers were very nice but I wouldn't go here again. There was a crown on each table so the kids would love it! read more

i always go to this burger king and usually it's pretty good service and food but this time when i went through to get my usual everything went smooth like normal until i went to eat my food. my food was half cooked and half raw. the manager has always been a little cranky( she doesn't have great customer service skills or something) but when i went in and told her i wanted my money back, she stomped to the drive through window and gave me my money back but she was not happy. read more

Seriously the worst restaurant I have ever been too. Lobby closed in the middle of the day. Half of the time food is not fresh or you don't get what you asked for. This is a constant issue not a one time issue. No idea why corporate has not investigated and closed this place down. read more

It's Burger King. Not some fancy 5 star burger joint. I usually get a chicken sandwich and it's bomb. The only issue is sometimes it is drowning in mayo. Also, chicken fries. Yum read more

Less than zero. Never again. Some dude w/a Fauxhawk helped me. If you need to eat BK drive to Puyallup! They almost never have matching food items. I.e. bread but no meat. Meat but no bread. Out of stock this and that. Broken fryer etc. always a excuse. Don't waste your time. Food. Never anything in stock. Service. They're confused, slow, and lacking in customer service. Ambiance. Zero read more

They deserve 0 stars. Stopped by and specifically asked for an order of hot French fries. I was handed a bag of cold fries. The worker looked surprised when I handed them back. SMH! read more

Too bad you can't give zero stars. The absolute worst. There are SO many other choices near this store, save yourself some trouble and DON'T GO HERE. This is the third try I have given this location after two prior issues and once again they don't disappoint and fail once again. Too many issues to list. This location doesn't have a one star average with 42 reviews for nothing. read more

Lobby is closed like all the time ... I don't understand what's wrong with simply putting up a sign. Leaving parents and family's to unload there cars, pull the handle to a locked door. this location. Always slow, bread is stale.. won't be coming back!!! read more

This is the WORST Burger King ever cold raw buns always and lukewarm meat and never ever melted cheese. Never again read more

Is it possible to leave "0" stars? This place is terrible. I get it, workers are hard to find, but seriously, consider closing the doors if you can't serve people in the drive through only, in less than a half hour. After waiting 35 minutes I got cold food!!! How do you do that? I figured the food would at least be hot after the wait. Nope! Meanwhile the hair farmers on staff were not wearing hair nets and could barely see through the hair hanging over their visor. The "manager" came out of the can after 10 minutes and was dancing by the counter until she got a call. Then she hung out laughing with patrons lined up around the building. I won't be eating at Burger King in Bonney Lake for a long time. read more

DO NOT ORDER ON MOBILE APP. I placed a mobile order at 7:36 a.m. 4/6/22. The "Drive Thru Open" sign was on so I pulled up and waited 10 minutes to tell them I was there. During that time I tried to cancel my order on the app. There is no way to cancel the order. It's 8:00 a.m. and nobody is answering the phone to help. I should have looked at all of the 1-star Yelp reviews prior to ordering at the Bonney Lake location. No food. No refund. read more

The last few times we've been here something has been wrong. The broiler was down one of the times. Now it's 955 at night there's no signs why they're close-down early and there's a cone at the drive-through. I understand being short staffed but at least you could put a sign up stating that you're going to be closed early. read more

Let me start this review by saying that customer service here is 5 stars. Unfortunately the food was so gross. The bread for the burgers was incredibly dense. I don't know a better way to describe it. It was spongy but hard. The fries were the exact same way! Super dense. You know fries aren't good when there are leftovers. read more

Close this place down! Drive through is closed at random time, they take way too long and food is always cold! I'd rather get a tuna sandwich from a gas station vending machine! read more

Estoy bien feliz proque tiene una nueva persona que lo puede hablar en Español. Antes de que me haya eqivocaron mi pedido.

"Lobby closed due to staffing"...at 8:00 pm. We just returned. We wanted a small, simple, snack-like meal. Wrong place. The burgers were huge. Flavor fair at best. Once eaten they land in your gut like an anvil. And kinda stay like one, too. My wife has now banned BK lounge from our culinary options. Maybe you should, too. read more

The worst experience I've had in a food establishment in years. Bathroom was filthy - I should have walked out right then. I ordered the Impossible Burger. Took 30 minutes to get it. In that time they gave out about 5 orders, 4 were brought back wrong. One customer pawed through the order and handed back a burger, which went back in the warming tray and (I think) went to a drive thru order. By the time I got it, the burger was barely room temp and hard as a hockey puck. If you've ever over-nuked a veggie patty then let it cool, that's what it was like. Wish I had checked the reviews first. There is a burger truck and a Taco Bell nearby - I'll try those next time. read more

We came through and ordered $40 worth of food. It was busy and we didn't check our order (our mistake) but we drove back through the drive-thru because they forgot 3 fries. The man at the drive-thru acted so annoyed that we were back. I can handle a mistake but at least apologize. It's terrible customer service and we won't be back. read more

Ordered a Single Sourdough King burger. When I made it to the drivethru window, double checked with the 'order taker'- he verified my order and gave me my receipt . Pulled forward and the shift manager handed me my bag. I asked again to make sure the order was correct, she looked in the bag, rolled her eyes and said to wait one minute while they 'fixed' my order. She handed me my bag and off I went. Upon arriving home, opened the bag to find, not what I ordered- a Single Sourdough King, but a Single Stacker King. We're done with this Burger King. read more

The Burger King by my house is the worst. There is always something not working or a brand new item they don't have but don't remove/block out from their menu. I'll always go somewhere else. read more

So I just went to get dinner with my wife and we made specific orders our way like the commercial said. Anyway, requested, fresh off fryer, it not only was handed to me by a stoned teen who was giggling, but after getting home it was the wrong stuff, soggy, dirty grease cooked cold fry, old meat and not the correct items, we called and were answered by one of said stones teens, he wouldn't give his name said he was the GM of this store and we were not getting anything. He lashed out and said if you come back to my store I'll shut the wi down in your face!!!! Really. All we wanted after working all fay was to grab a bag of burgers fresh and good time it was everything but that, one star co.e on who is doing the ammendments work for this platform on this corporate level? Do better B K do better. read more

Why even bother having numbers in your menu you order a number and they just give you what ever they want anyway! If you go here don't order by number order by item even if you order by item they 90% of the time will still screw up and if you try and go back they will be assholes about and tell you you just ordered wrong! This is a last resort place to go! read more

This place is terrible. The workers seem to have no idea what they're doing and they almost never get your food out to you at a reasonable time. Seems as if they all collectively share one brain cell. read more

I wish I had taken a picture of my whopper. On the bottom it had this white thick powder almost like flour. I tried to scrape it off but I ended up almost taking off the whole middle of the bottom bun. I tried to just eat it but the taste and texture was gross. I ended up throwing the whole burger away. read more

I'm so torn here. I ordered 2 whoppers and a 9 piece chicken finger. After coming home I realized I I a 10 piece chicken nugget and one whopper...BUT with bacon! I felt pretty good about that, but now I'm heating it up for dinner I see a 2nd hamburger patty!! read more

Burger King - Wow!! So happy - Burgers Near Me - Bonney Lake, Washington

Negative 1 star Restaurant So to start off I had to wait 15min before I got to place my order oh and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Second I was greeted with silence then when I spoke up and said hello I got a response "we will get to you when we can." 10 more min wait... Now I am currently sitting and waiting to order while I write this so let's wait and see the food cause I am trapped in a drive through I was very disappointed with Burger King what a shame they even made mistakes on my order. Staff is everything and you have the wrong people handling people On March 8 2020 at 1:25-2pm read more

We are on our way back from out of town, and the kids wanted ice cream. First we went next door to McDonald's on a Saturday evening @ 5pm and their lobby was closed. Oh btw we needed to use the bathroom as well. So went across the way to BK and 4 minutes and counting we are still in the drive thru line! Whoppers we're cold. I always give any business the benefit of the doubt, and I'll rate and judge myself. Other reviews were spot on. read more

I came in for a couple chicken sandwiches the buns were stale ever table was dirty garbage on the floor a complete pig pen never again

Went thru drive thru, repeating what I wanted and having the lady repeat back. Paid at first window and picked up at second. Order written incorrectly. The guy handing out the food, with the mask below his chin didn't care. He said sorry, handed me the bag of food and turned to go do something else. The food looked like they had put in a barrel and rolled it down the hill. Never again. read more

This is the WORST Burger King I've ever been to. First the drive thru response time was way too long (aprox 2-3 mins). Second they made my order incorrect, so I had to go back through the drive thru to have them remake it. And they sell burritos with no salsa, they're salsa got discontinued. Then once they remade it they gave me burned bacon! I had to drive back up there to get a refund. Do yourself a favor and skip this Burger King. read more

As terrible as fast food is for ya, I'm not gonna lie, I love Burger King and their kick as$ deals you get through their app hands down beats ANY other fast food place around HOWEVER I'm getting REAL FED UP with this CASH ONLY crap that has become an almost consistent thing every time I attempt to go through their drive through at night. WTF?! Annoying and frustrating for someone who rarely carries cash. Not only that, backing out of their drive-through in the middle of the night and when it is pitch dark without any parking lot lights is a real pain. I curbed the living daylights out of one wheel. read more

Our local burger King has Been poorly managed for months. They finally got a new manager in and we were happy to hear it. I've also used the app for a couple of years. So when I went in today to day to try to use the app it said every coupon was unavailable at that store. Being a frequent customer I asked to see the manager who appeared to be about 12 years old. He was rude and said we don't have anything to do with the app and I said well it's your app. Shouldn't you honor it? And he said 'The app isn't our problem' and literally slammed the slider in our face. Good job, Burger King. You just lost a lifelong customer. I will post this across all media platforms. read more

This place is so it disgusting it makes McDonald's look like a 5 star restaurant, I should have been warned by the visuals, Overflowing garbage cans in the parking lot with crows picking out of them, No customers in the restaurant at all, Employees outside smoking cigarets, Probly because they have nothing better to do because there is no customers.
