Been here a few times for breakfast and i appreciate that their sandwiches are big enough to fill me up for a meal. I always order the the Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit meal. It comes with the biscuit, some free sauce for the mini hash browns, and a drink. This all totaled to around $10. The 10ish pieces of mini hash browns are honestly enough for breakfast. I dont tend to eat the sandwich until lunch time. The meal is good enough for a brunch. Overall, i will come back here again for breakfast. A quick meal to enjoy while on my way to work. read more

So I'm a frequent flyer here. I have DoorDash this place, been inside, and flown through the drive through. This place is consistent. This place has great customer service. Just went through the drive through again. And I'm always greeted and asked what sauces I want and how many I want. I can choose to make small talk and bash on the rain here in WA or talk about how I'm playing hookie from work to get me some chicken. Never a courtesy chuckle. Always engaging. It's refreshing and I think they like it too. This is specific to inside and the drive through. I just think that when your treated well and engaged as a customer, you return. Unless you have serious serious issues with the food. I never have. Again. Consistency with the food here. I order lots of salads and lots of chicken Sammy's. Plain. Deluxe. Just the filet. As we drove away, we drove back because the lemonades were regular instead of frosted. Twice now they've forgotten ALL of our sauces. I usually don't check my bag of food for the sauce since Chick-fil-A is usually so good about including them but this location is going to change that forever. The last two times I've been there the fries have been flimsy and not cooked to a crisp either. I hope this location gets their ducks in a row eventually. I'll try again in a couple months. I get it, yall probably we're on the last strips and didn't really want to have me wait for a new drop... but this isn't a chicken strip, I know that one of the top priorities for you guys is quality and this isn't up to standards at all, it was basically all crunchy breading string'ed together by a tendon, the chunck of actual chicken seemed to be the size of a nugget. Im slightly convinced that it's probably just a nugget that wasn't broken up.. but the bigger issue is that my order was literally just medium fries and a two count strip... like that's all I got and they messed it up. The puyallup location will always (in my opinion) be better in quality and consistency with orders, as they are held to a higher standard and trained more passionately. I hope this location can improve and show use how it's really supposed to be done after all the higher the pay should equal better service read more

As many cars that go through the drive thru they are always as prompt as possible and get orders right 95% of the time- much more than any other fast food place and this food is more real than any other fast food restaurant. When eating inside there's always a worker walking around to see if anything extra is needed. Love it. read more

Apparently curbside payment wasn't working today and I was parked for over 15 mins after checking in. Had to go inside, pay and wait even longer for my food to come out. Should just disable the app instead of having customers wait outside for 30 mins for food or put signs in the curbside signs to notifying customers. Wish I could give 0 stars read more

We went in at 5:50 to get dinner , the cashier asked us what we would like to order and the manager ran out while we were trying to decide and told us the dining room was closed and the doors should have been locked , there were about 4 tables of customers when we walked in . The cashier seemed just as confused as we were. She gave no explanation as to why just that we couldn't order anything because they were closed. Worst Chick-Fil-A experience yet. We were one of four cars and we waited almost 40 mins to get only TWO MILKSHAKES. The manager on shift 11/18 at 8pm was on her phone, while the girl working the drink stand was distracted, walking slow and took almost 10mins to make milkshakes for the car BEHIND US. We had to flag down the manger who seemed confused and not very apologetic. When the two drinks arrived (the only two things we ordered) they were so sloppy, the drink carrier was dripping and whipped cream was splattered all over. The whole thing was really sticky. We usually like coming to this location and can over look the slow service, but I'm not sure if I'll come back after this... very disappointed. The wait here is ridiculous. I don't get what the hype is all about. This food is awful. I ordered waffle fries, 12 pc. Chicken Nuggets, and a crispy chicken sandwich with mayo, tomato, lettuce, and no pickles. The only redeeming factor was the chicken nuggets actually tasting like chicken. The fries were sub par at best, and the chicken sandwich came with only pickles, which is exactly what I DID NOT want on there. The crispy chicken was soggy and the bun was even worse, anyone telling me from the past to try chic fil a, can definitely eat those words now that I have tried it. Won't ever be eating here again. Highily recommend finding a different establishment or learning to make your own because the quality here is nowhere near acceptable. read more

I really hate to leave this review as we are huge Chick-Fil-A lovers, but this location is absolutely awful. We have eaten at CFA's all over the U.S and have never ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for an order and the customer service is always above and beyond. We moved to Bonney Lake recently and were excited to see CFA so close to our home. Unfortunately every single time we get food, we have to wait a ridiculous amount of time, especially for breakfast. It always seems like none of the employees know what they are doing. Twice we have eaten in for breakfast and have had to wait over 20 minutes for a basic chicken biscuit meal! It's almost as if those that dine in get forgotten about. (This is when there have been very few people in the drive thru) Both times we were given a card for a free sandwich on our next visit and an apology but we have had to go and check up on our order multiple times not just on these two breakfast occasions. Their drive-thru system often leaves you stuck for several minutes after you've received your order because cars infront of you have not received theirs. It's annoying, atleast, but the service is not fast either. The food is what you'd expect if you have been to any other location. read more
