If my daughter didn't love this place, probably wouldn't go. I ordered two sandwiches meals, and a kids meal and they made me pull over for about 10 mins to wait for our food. It's crazy how long it took! And then I'm Eating it and it's not even hot! It's spendy too!

So I'm a frequent flyer here. I have DoorDash this place, been inside, and flown through the drive through. This place is consistent. This place has great customer service. Just went through the drive through again. And I'm always greeted and asked what sauces I want and how many I want. I can choose to make small talk and bash on the rain here in WA or talk about how I'm playing hookie from work to get me some chicken. Never a courtesy chuckle. Always engaging. It's refreshing and I think they like it too. This is specific to inside and the drive through. I just think that when your treated well and engaged as a customer, you return. Unless you have serious serious issues with the food. I never have. Again. Consistency with the food here. I order lots of salads and lots of chicken Sammy's. Plain. Deluxe. Just the filet. Always great. I will always come back for the good food and the engaging staff. Keep doing what you do y'all. Ty for countless awesome experiences.

Nicest people in the world. Decent chicken. Amazing fries. Get the Chick-fil-a sauce. Note: an employee misinformed me for mobile app orders "just go into the restaurant and sit on the bench." She was wrong. You're supposed to get in the long drive-thru line. As of today, March 10, only "third party mobile orders," such as Uber Eats, actually are allowed to go in.

We asked for honey mustard and they gave us yellow mustard instead.

We asked for 3 frosted lemonades on the drive thru and the drive thru said yes I will give you those three and didn't read the order at all. As we drove away, we drove back because the lemonades were regular instead of frosted. I had to get out of the car and take them in which in that point, they said fine but they would have to refund my money and I could order the others. After screwing you would think there would better customer service in the since that they should have made me the drinks without worrying about the difference. We also asked for honey mustard and instead we got yellow mustard which we didn't ask for.

Chicken Deluxe without Chicken? Wa?!?

How do you forget the most important ingredient? Is this possible? Do the preparation crew know who the customers are? Do the customers' name appear on the prep screen? Is this a discrimination or that too far fetched? Just that it is so obscure to forget the main sale item, the chicken, which is even their logo... my head just bobbles, hard to believe? So I took some pics as proof.

It sounded correct. Only when we got our food, there was no ranch. Nothing to dip my mozz sticks in and my chili dog was practically bare. Not a chili bean in sight. So we went back through the line and I showed her my food. She looked at our order and said we would need to be charged for the ranch since they didn't charge us for it the first time and they're "only allotted a certain amount of chili for the chili dogs" so they would need to charge us for more chili. Are you kidding me?!? We just paid over $60 for our food. But fine, we will pay. We got two ranches and a cup of chili. I swear to you, they watered down the chili. It was so runny and again, no beans. Chili is literally beans. I didn't even finish it because it wasn't good. I used to love this place years ago when we lived in town. My friends and I would have Sonic nights. But I know we won't be coming back. I was so sad that this is how our food and service was received. Especially for the amount of money we spent. Now I know why the parking lot was empty.

But the Bonney Lake location is just terrible. My order is correct only about 10% of the time. I always have to check it before I leave the drive-thru, just to make sure they got all of the items. 3 out of 5 times, I have to go back in for something they forgot. 9 out of 10 times, when I get home, they made something wrong. On our most recent trip, I paid $1.59 to add guacamole to my veggie burrito. There wasn't even a drop throughout the entire burrito. Sometimes it's there, but it equals about a teaspoon. My husband also got the chicken soft taco, and the chicken was inedible. He had to pull each piece out as he ate it because the pieces were rock hard and couldn't be chewed. I've called this location more times than I can recall about the issues we've had. Each time, they put us on a list to get our items remade. But nothing ever seems to get better. We continue to go because we're crazy, I guess. It just seems healthier than the other options, but it's almost always a bad meal (refried beans that are like a brick, rice that isn't fully cooked, more tortilla than filling, and the list goes on). I wish this location would get an overhaul. It's so busy all the time. It should be better than it is.

Btw, the Covington Taco Time is great, the Taco Time in Bellevue is great, every other Taco time I've been to has been great, EXCEPT Bonney Lake. Where do I start? They get my order correct maybe 10% of the time, they make their taco salads and tostado salads wrong, they don't put the cheese on the meat, they put it on the lettuce, what little cheese there is. They're so stingy on cheese, I have to ask for extra, and they don't put it on, but charge me for it, I'm paying a lot for less than stellar food and service. It's been like this for years, so it must be the penny pinching management that trains their staff to be so 'forgetful'. I've tried complaining to corporate but their email does'nt work. This place needs new management. The only reason I still go here is because it's less than a mile from my house, otherwise I'd go somewhere else.

Sadly the staff was overwhelmed by customers at 620p on a Tuesday night. A line out the door, customers complaining about not having all the food they ordered. Guess, I'll have to just depart without addressing my receipt discrepancy. I have to also noted the prices were not listed on the me menu.. I should have taken a photo. I found this to be unreasonable and disrespectful -- as if I would go out of my way to falsely claim a missing condiment. While still on the call, I could hear Lily and her coworkers laughing in the background. She then claimed she didn't know how to process a refund because the "refund button wouldn't work." To make matters worse, she said she could "write my name down and let the manager know tomorrow," but there was no sincerity in her voice and no confidence that anything would actually be handled. It felt like a brush-off that would be forgotten -- a reflection of her inept ability to do her job and deliver basic customer service. Ultimately, I had to drive back to the store in person, which was entirely avoidable if my concern had been handled properly over the phone.

I feel like this is really common for foodservice in Bonney Lake; it's just hard to find a place that always gives good customer service. I would say on average, this Jersey Mike's does a fine job.
