Easy to order online and pick up. When arriving into to the restaurant, I noticed that the place was fairly crowded and the service was actually very good. The food was always the same there where I go to all the locations where it's fresh and delicious. I didn't eat inside so I don't know exactly how it looks all the way through, but I will tell you that from what I saw it look very clean. I noticed that it has three stars, but I also think that people have high expectations for fast food when reality it's just fast food. read more

Not sure what the deal is with this particular location, but from my multiple experiences here, the entire staff that work in customer facing roles are rude, sarcastic and surly in their interactions with customers. I ordered chicken mushroom, which was almost empty and asked to wait while they made a new batch. The Hispanic lady helping me said they can't do that, I need to take the teeny, dried out portion of three pieces of chicken that were left in the serving dish. I asked another server, and she said I would have to wait for 20 minutes, that they weren't due to cook up another batch till that time had passed. What? I said I don't have any problem waiting for another batch to cook, but I said I didn't understand why they had to wait 20 minutes before they could even start cooking it. My surly server referred me to the manager who said "no problem" they could cook it right now. ?!? As I waited for my order to be cooked, I witnessed multiple times where the server staff was rude and condescending to customers, always answering any request with a flat "No ". One customer asked for a few more mushrooms in their dish, as the serving portion that was put into her plate was really skimpy and only had about two mushrooms in their served portion. The server said "no" that they only get the one serving, as served. Come on, throw in a few more mushrooms, make the customer happy and serve them a fair size portion. I've tried this particular restaurant location multiple times, thinking I just got a bad server or caught them on a bad day, but their "the customer is always wrong" philosophy is consistent across all staff. I found a staple in my orange chicken after I microwaved it at home so I could've gotten very sick or hurt from the lack of effort of the employees to deliver me safe food to eat. I am very mad about this incident and the manager there didn't help me at all with this. I will not be ordering from ANY panda express again! read more

On May 26, 2024 I placed an order as indicated on the attached receipt. Some how, some way, they neglected to include the orange chicken with my order. Which was especially odd since there was a large empty space in my container where there obviously should have been food. I called the restaurant to let them know they forgot to give me my orange chicken. After 20 calls (yes, I literally called them exactly 20 times before someone picked up the phone at about 7:00PM), the guy who answered the phone promised he would refund my credit card for the missing item. Did he do that? Of course not. I suspect that after he hung up the phone he immediately and purposefully blew me off. So I went to the Panda app and filed a claim. Not once. Not twice. But three times. Over a two week period. Panda Express corporate has also blown me off. All I wanted was a refund of $4 or $5 for the missing food. I'm not an unreasonable person, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, being blown off continuously really, really, REALLY pisses me off. So I just filed a chargeback with my credit card company for the entire order amount. This will cost Panda Express $18.80, plus a typical $25 chargeback fee from their credit card processor. I sincerely didn't want to go this route, but since Panda Express can't take care of this on their own I'll take care of it for them. So I have waited multiple times for this Panda Express on my way to work they are never fast. Panda Express's website for preorders is jacked up and didn't take my order yesterday because THEY prompted me to sign up with them for discounts and then never put my order in so I had to wait AGAIN. Today I did everything right and they didn't have my order ready at the time it should be ready, then leg two walk ins ahead of me. So I literally would have been ahead to just walk in today, made me nit able to get some food in me before a 12 hour shift because they prioritized walk ins over preordered food. Insane! read more

Slow and inefficient. Maybe wipe the tables once in a while. When the line is 6 deep and there's online orders the manager might want to help out. All it takes is one bad server with an attitude to turn a person off to a business. I will never return to the Panda Express in the Nimbus Business Park. Having worked in the food service industry for years, I have never, never, in my 70+ years gotten angry with a server until this evening. This server was rude and impatient from the very get go. Not being familiar with Panda Express food to go, I had a few questions. When asked what I would like (no smile or friendliness), I asked about the portion options, telling her that it was for myself and my husband who eats like a bird. She just turned and walked away, not offering any help or guidance, pretty much having the attitude that said "that's your problem." When I was ready to order, I said, "Okay, I'll have...." Instead of waiting on me, she grabbed three to-go boxes for other customers who must have called their order in, and started filling them, completely ignoring me. While ordering, I changed my mind on one of the entrées because I learned it was spicy, she turned and gave an associate an eye roll. That's when I let her have it, first saying that I was sorry that I was taxing her patience, and then adding that I thought her attitude sucked. Order 2-plates with 2 entrees to go at the nimbus location. One was supposed to have teriyaki chicken and king pao chicken. There was no teriyaki chicken and very little kung pao. I wasn't about to drive back there. Hopefully someone will read this review and attend to business. read more

Panda Express is pretty consistent among franchises, at least in my experience. This one was "ok". Clean, food was hot and tasty, wait staff was attentive and friendly. No complaints. If I'm in a hurry and want some comfort food, Panda is a good choice. But not the healthiest food, unfortunately. I'd like it if the could keep the great taste and generous portion sizes while knocking down some of the fat, sugar and calories. You can easily hit your daily diet totals in one modest meal there. read more

I would have been more forgiving, but if you're going to stay open during a pandemic, the least you can do is not gyp people on chow mein. I ordered a two-entree... I thought the amount of meat was a little less than usual but the amount of chow mein they gave me was not "half" and much less than fried rice. I feel for these Panda employees having to work during a pandemic but I don't think that's an excuse to give me what seemed to be a tablespoon of chow mein. When I got there, no one said anything to me. Again, I am empathetic toward these people have to work during a pandemic but try harder if you're deciding to stay open. Give a fair amount of food. NIGHTMARE CAUSED BY EMPLOYEE POSSIBLY NAMED TINA. I ordered delivery on the Panda Express app. I noticed that the address lost the unit #. Called the store. They would not help me. They told me to call the place I ordered it from. UMMM THAT WAS YOU! Fine, don't write the unit # on the bag. I will be ready when the guy calls confused. Never happened, though. No food ever came. Called the store. Asked for manager. Person answered. I asked, "You're the manager?" She said yes. I asked, "May I have your first name?" She refused and asked if I had a problem with my order. I said yes and asked again, "Who am I speaking with?" She said she didn't have to tell me that. Around and round it went. She was in increasingly more belligerent and I was increasingly more angry. I asked, "So do I need to drive there to find out who I am talking to?" Apparently, I did! I drove to the restaurant. I overheard her name was Tina. Tina proceeded to explain I had to call whoever I ordered the food from for help. UMMM THAT WAS YOU! I used YOUR APP. YOUR phone number is listed. (How is this person a manager and not know how orders get made?) She was marginally less belligerent in person than she was on the phone but was still rude. I stood around waiting for over 45 minutes to get a refund. During that time, she offered to remake my order. She offered to give me *more* food than I initially ordered. No thank you.... I WILL NEVER EAT ANYWHERE YOU WORK, TINA. I DON'T TRUST YOU WITH MY FOOD. Two hours after I placed my order I finally had my money bacK. BEST PART: I never have to go back there again! WOOT!!! This is the worst Panda Express. Nothing is ever fresh or crispy. It's always soggy, old tasting or not thoroughly cooked. Their chow mein always tastes and smells burnt. Their rice is always undercooked, same with the broccoli. Last time I ordered from this location was at the beginning of the year and it was just as terrible. The food is good, same you get at any Panda. The employees though are HORRIBLE. They don't listen to anything you say, they act like it's an inconvenience for you to be ordering. I'm not the person to make a scene and if you don't care to listen by the third time it's not worth my time to continue on. Rushing me through the line when no ones behind be is just rude. Dear panda, if you're going to charge us extra for steak, please make sure that there's actually meat and not just onions and bell peppers. I know us pickup orders are not as important since we don't see it till we're home, but it would be nice if you put in the same amount as if I were right in front of you. I visited the Beaverton location on Nimbus, well after the dinner rush and expected there to be very little left on the steam table and was prepared to choose whateveritems were available. Not only was there an abundance of choices, the crew was so polite, offered me samples and was quick to fill my to go containers and send me on my way to my hungry family! Naeimeh , was the main crew member fulfilling my order and she was fantastic! Smiled the entire time and could not have been a better help and representative of Panda Express, at least in my eyes! The manager Johnny has terrible customer service skills and thought process. Who stops people that have been waiting in line for 10mins to fill a new phone/online order and then tries to make the people waiting in line wait another 5-7mins because you used all the chow mein to fill an order for people that aren't even in the restaurant yet? Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the day crew is usually pretty good, and because this experience finally pushed me to try Falafel Express next door which was amazing. read more
