We were asked to pull up in the drive thru and park because they had to "cook the walnut shrimp". After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I decided to walk into the store. After another several minutes, I was handed our order. Lids were falling off of both cups. There were no straws in the bag so I asked for some, and was told I could "get some from over by the fountain machine". When we got home (we live less than 5 miles from this location), the food was cold and one plate was missing the orange chicken and walnut shrimp that we ordered - there was only rice in the container! I was too tired to drive back to the location so I gave my daughter the bowl (that actually had some chicken in it) and I just ate rice for dinner. All in all, terrible service, cold food and paid over $20 for one bowl, half a container of extra rice, and 2 drinks. Needless to say, we will not be going back. read more

I had to wait an extra 15minutes for my boss food then when i asked for a receipt they said they dont provide it and not able to retrieve it. No manager, no general manager, and wouldnt provide a corporate phone number. Horrible service. Just anout everytime i come I either have to wait in food or they are running out of something. read more

Newly opened location in Beaumont (right in front of the North Dowlen Road Walmart) has excellent food such as the Pacific Chili Shrimp, Shanghai Angus Steak, Broccoli Beef & Cheese Rangoons. Tea & soda fountain in lobby for free drink refills, but they were out of Pepsi on 6/9/16 when we were there. No wi-fi & their building is too far away from Walmart to pickup Walmart's free wi-fi. They only have single seat restrooms with the doors installed backwards (you have to pull it open with a possible dirty handle to get out). Be careful about parking against the building, as the drive-thru traffic will block you in & can be slow about letting you out. Smokers tables are available outside. read more

Can't get their stuff together in the drive thru. Can't understand the lady she got the order wrong and had to fix it. Then I paid and she told me it would be 10 minutes for what I ordered. If she would have told me that in advance I would have never ordered it. She was really rude. And the noodles were dry and crispy. Don't waste your time. read more

I heard plenty negative comments about this location. I can truly say both times I have been have been pleasant experiences. The drive through service were great. The food was just ok, no seasoning on my veggies and the shrimp had a taste of something on it, can't put my finger on it. I will try again it was late and hopefully that is the problem. Food is fairly good, what they have. Expect them to be out of half of everything...every time. Don't go through drive through or you'll get tiny portions. Service is average(sometimes good sometimes not) Make sure to ask for sauces. I do like that you can see the kitchen area. Big plus! read more

I usually love coming to Beaumont to eat Panda Express but the last two times I have been to this location it's been a horrible experience. 6pm and barely any available food, line out the door, 25 min wait time in line, rude female employee. I will find a different place to eat next time I go to the mall! My family usually enjoys this place. I know they just built one closer to us in nederland and I hope it's better ran. We haven't had a chance to visit the nederland location but right now I have no desire. Please get it together panda because you used to be the only Chinese place we ate at. read more

Ordered orange chicken and fried rice and the drive thru lady told me it would be up to a 7 minute wait on the rice. She came back and told me," No fried rice for 30 minutes." Went to drive thru and was asked to pull around front because an item was not ready and would only be "a minute". After waiting FOREVER I went inside to ask for my money back. The very sweet girl at the register kept relaying messages between me and the manager for several minutes because the manager didn't have the decency to come speak to me herself and wouldn't give me my money back. I did get my food which had been placed back at the drive thru area and was forgotten about. That manager needs to be fired for making a young employee do her job! The food is always good but I give them only two stars because they are always slow and it seems they never cook enough on time because there are multiple entree items that are empty. Also only one table looked clean enough to dine at and a couple workers look like they hate this job. Not a good overall experience. read more

Panda Express is probably my favorite "fast food" establishment and its disappointing to me that there isn't one in the city I live (Galveston). Stopped this morning in Bmt after a hair appt. I waited at the doors until 10:35 for someone to open them. Sign in front says they open at 10:30 and drive thru opens at 10. Rattled the doors a couple times. Was completely ignored. Finally drove to the drive thru where no one asked to take my order. Drove up to the window where finally someone came to the window to tell me they weren't open yet (10:40) because the food wasn't ready. I asked why someone couldn't come to the door and tell me that especially when I watched a woman walk up and be let in to talk to one of the employees for a few minutes, then leave. I was standing right outside the door when she left. Reading other reviews here tells me customer service is definitely an issue. Love the food, but definitely won't stop again. read more

The servers are so nice...the smiling faces and respect we were given. We really appreciate being able to taste the entree before we choose, and being on a limited income, we love the quality of the food for the price! We find that we habitually return to the Panda Express in Lufkin, and search out the "Panda" wherever we go. read more

Me and my husband always go to Panda Express but, today 8/17/17 something was off. The fried rice and beef broccoli was dry. Of course we were disappointed and took the food back for a refund. Chief Nick ask if he could make it up to us. He started out with free drinks, then brought sample plates to the car for us to try. He remade the food and gave us more for the inconvenience. We appreciate Chief Nick for taking the time to make sure we were satisfied. read more

Went to Panda today, got into the drive through line about 6:55, and did not even get to place our order until 7:25. There were only 3 cars in front of us, so it isn't as if we pulled into the parking lot and there were 50 cars. When we got to the window, the cashier stated that a customer refused to move and wanted to wait 15+ minutes right there in front of the menu for her food. The cashier then stated she did not want to be rude, therefore she allowed it. This baffled me. You are willing to sacrifice the experience of 10+ other customers in the drive through line, to save face with someone who is apparently already fed up enough with your restaurant to cause this big of an ordeal? The manager should have gotten involved and explained to the customer that the wait time is inevitable and she should be considerate enough to not hold up everyone else's afternoons. This alone causes me to remove two stars. After arriving at home, I ate about 1/3 of my food before noticing a long hair in my rice. It was pretty well embedded and clearly of feminine nature. (I am not the type to complain about just anything, this was a legitimate hair in my food.) My head is shaved and I was wearing a hat, so this hair clearly could not have been mine. I am rather upset with today's visit. The crew members need to be trained on how to act in these situations, and they also should keep their hair out of my food. I agree with the previous customer about the drive thru service. Can't blame a waiting customer in my situation. I got in line and did have to wait, but that was my choice. When I got to the window to pay I was informed that they were cooking the teriyaki chicken and it would be 10 minutes. The young lady had me wait at the window for a while with at least 5 cars waiting behind me. She finally asked me to pull around and when I asked where, she said it did not matter, they would find me. The time was 7:16 PM. I pulled in front of the window and waited. At 7:50, I decided they forgot me, so I went in. The young lady at the register was not sure about my order, but said she would fix it. Makes me think they lost it! Thank goodness I kept my ticket. I have been to this location several times but have always gone in to order and eat. The food was excellent, but I will think twice about using the drive thru again. I hate leaving bad reviews but as hard as I tried to enjoy my lunch with my mom I could not. The first guy who helped us was very nice he got out rice and noodles and then sent us on to the next lady who was not very nice at all. She never once said she was sorry for the lack of food that was prepared (granted it is not her fault) she still works for the establishment and needed to make some kind of accommodation and did not. She was not helpful in anyway whatsoever and had her attention on just about everything else besides us the only customers she was helping at the time. As I was leaving an employee was walking past me after sweeping inside the doors, she never said have a good day or even smiled. Extremely rude and not professional in my book. The food was not as fresh as I would have liked and the employees could have been extremely more friendly. We are paying customers and the employees seem to need to set their issues aside while at work and be more accommodating and professional. read more

I went to Panda Express on Labor Day at lunch time. I waited for an hour in the drive through line and was still not up to order. I could not get out of the line because there were cars in front and behind me. I had sleepy hungry children in my car so I finally went inside to see what was going on. The girl said they were short staffed and were thinking about just closing the drive through. I told her I didn't want any food anymore (although I was starving from waiting so long) that I just wanted out of the line. I will not be going back again. This was an EXTREMELY frustrating experience. The wait times have been long in the past but the food was very good so we went back, but never this long. The drive through incident was awful and the curb was too high to get over in my car. If you are going to keep people trapped that long, my recommendation would be to at least allow some kind of outlet for the drive through or move the line to the front for waiting customers so others could leave if they wanted too.
