YUM!! I was just here for the night and nothing sounded good...saw this place had good reviews so I gave it a try...I walked in and the service was great!! She knew I had never been there and started having me try all the different types of chicken...that Kamakazi and spicy chicken with the lomein were amazing...the egg rolls were good and and the chicken wings I think were doused in the kamakazi sauce...I really enjoyed this place plenty of food for 2 for $15. The best secret restaurant in town. Super super cheap for how much meat you can get, lady that serves you is an expert in customer service (i think she speaks atleast three languages which is super impressive) and a perfect place for lunch and dinner. Food is always being cooked so the odds of getting it right from the grill is pretty high. My favorite place in town, would give them 10 stars if i could. Osaka Grill that was once at Parkdale Mall is now located on College St. across from the Beaumont Health Dept in the Mike's Shopping Center. Their location changed but the great flavor of their food has not. They brought the same great taste and the same food choices they provided in the mall. The food was hot and the restaurant clean. I went for lunch and ordered the #2 Combo for $5.19, one egg roll for $1, three sweet rolls for $1, an extra cup of veggies for $1. This was enough food for me and hubby. All for under 10 bucks. For my combo I ordered the kamakazi chicken. This is a combination of sweet and spicy. It is absolutely my favorite. I also got a little of the orange chicken and a little of the sesame chicken, excellent flavor, taste fresh and just plain delicious. They have a variety of sides to choose from. I ordered the rice and a side of steamed veggies. I enjoyed every bite. So if you were upset about Osaka Grill closing in the mall, don't be. They are back and so is their great food. These are very nice people the food is tasty and fresh. If you want something that is on the steamer tray but you want fresh cooked up they will do that for you. I got the combo one broccoli beef. It came with fried rice and steamed vegetables and a drink and it was just $6. Osaka Grill is pretty tucked away, but man is it good. My father and I frequent the place, and after our first repeat visit the employees remembered us and our orders by heart. They have the best lo mein I've ever tasted, hands down. Food is always fresh and hot, employees are always smiling, and you can get a very large mean for a fantastic price.
