This is very close to my house and I really wanted to like it. The food is not prepared the same way consistently. The employees are okay, mostly busy and indifferent. On my last visit the dining area was quite messy. Almost all the available tables were sticky. read more

So far so good. Panda Express has orange chicken that , in my opinion , for fast food , is so good. This new location is near the E-470 is now open. Today was busy as it was the Grand Opening. Before jumping on the freeway heading home I decided to drop in and check things out. All hands were on deck with smiles and quick and efficient service. The manager chatted with me and was so pleased with the days attendance. There are outside tables to eat and plenty of parking , however just know that for the first weekend it will be packed. The inside seems to fit about 30 diners. Currently they are continuing to hire for this location as well. I wish them well ! read more

Online this restaurant closes at 10. Used to online times being incorrect, but POSTED hours said lobby closed at 9:00 and drive through 9:30. We went through drive through at 9:23 and the lights were off and a recording was already announcing they were closed. Do better. read more

I know it's "fast food" but I usually love Panda Express- it's my favorite guilty pleasure. But NOT this one. I've been 4 times and have never had a good experience. I can't believe how HORRIFIC this place it. Usually with chain you at least get some consistency- not here. The portions are never full- EVER. No matter which item I ordered or whether I had a plate or a bowl, it was short. The food is often cold and mushy, BUT the service. There are not enough words to describe the awful service that varied from indifferent to rude. There are the LONG (more than 15 minutes) waits in the parking lot for your drive thru order to be brought to the car, the employee who yelled at me for waiting at the window when the first employee who helped me (took my money) told me to wait there for a second while she got my food. To the time I waited at the speaker for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged... even though there were employees inside and customers walking in and out. Save yourself some time and trouble and drive to the one on Parker and Chambers. It's less incompetent and awful. read more

Panda express is my go to place, food is always high quality, hot, and fresh.The food here is no acception ; However I believe the hours are incorrect or this location might be closed during certain weekdays, as i have been to the drive through several times between 10:45 and 11:am and have received no response after about 10 minutes. 11:30 seems to be when they actually start operating hours on Fridays. Sometimes the drive through is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays or doesn't open until 12 pm. Not a big deal for me but they should update hours on drive through sign. read more

Food is good but be VERY CAREFUL if you order Mexican Coke. First, they try to give me a fountain cup. Then a bottle of regular Coke. Then they argue they don't carry the Mexican Coke bottles. After refusing to refund me for the product, they magically found it. This time, I'm going to assume it was an honest error. Next time, I won't. When I pay a premium for Mexican Coke, I expect to receive it or a refund. read more

I'm disappointed in this location. I order online and have it delivered. 50% of the time, the food is not accurate. I end up with diet coke instead of regular coke. Customer service is non-existent. You can email them and ask them to correct your redit card or give credit for missing or inaccurate items and they never ever get back to you. read more

My wife and I have enjoyed Panda Express for years. On Wednesday, November 13, I picked up an order at the Smokey Hill location. The order included orange chicken, beef, and chow mein, the chicken was overcooked and tough and the beef didn't taste like anything we had ever had at the restaurant. It kinda tasted like seasoned cardboard. I couldn't eat it. I'm sad that this place we have enjoyed for so long has reduced the quality of its food and its preparation. This is by far the worst Panda Express I had ever been too. This is my first and last time for this location. All the comments about not getting what you paid for is true. I ordered string bean with chicken and there was three really small pieces of chicken and don't get me started on the orange chicken, all those pieces were small too. The food was bland, especially the lo mein and fried rice. They're super stingy with their ingredients, I recommend the Panda Express on Quincy and Buckley is way better than this location read more

I'm not impressed with this Panda. They can never get our order right. It's obvious these employees don't know their menu. I've tried them several times and every time my order is wrong. I know that we will have to go to Parker for Panda in the future. They never disappoint The small parking in this location is a hot mess too. Good riddance! read more

Thought we'd try the new Panda Express that just opened near E-470 and Smokey Hill for lunch today. We went at 11:50am and we were told at the drive through that they were out of the orange chicken and it would be a 10 minute wait if we wanted orange chicken. We were not in a rush, so we waited. It was a little over 10 minutes and we got our food and went home. Opened the containers and NO ORANGE CHICKEN in either of the dishes, and the broccoli beef was 80 % broccoli w/ a couple of small pieces of beef. I understand it's the first week they've been open and are still working out the logistics and issues, it was just very disappointing to have waited, and then not even been given the food that we had to wait for. This panda is the worst location I've been to by far! I have tried to give it multiple chances on the off chance they were just having a bad day or running low on what I order. To my dismay it's never better, the noodles are soooo dry and taste completely different than they do at other locations. The drive through is even worse than going inside, it's like they purposely put bad food through the drive through or the older food that they need to throw out. I've been able to go inside and get very middle of the road quality food but a 2/10 is still not worth the price. Was very excited for this location and now I avoid it like the plague!! read more

Had a card clearly showing I was entitled to a two entree meal. Manager found a way to downgrade it to only allow 1 small item. Poor show. He lost a future customer just based on that pettiness. Quality of the teriyaki chicken was bad, tough and no flavor. The beef and broccoli had lots of broccoli, but hardly any beef. No wonder this new restaurant is getting mediocre to poor reviews. The girl at the register didn't apply my military discount after she said would, and she rounded up my amount to the nearest dollar for the charity without my permission (I have no problem donating but you need to ask me first) My 2 entree plate was not filled with the amount it should be. I could see this was not the normal amount of orange chicken I usually get at other locations, it was fresh but didn't taste fresh at all. The fried rice was very dry and was less that a full scoop portion. Half the tables were dirty from previous customers either with food or trash they left behind which is lazy of those customers but still the staff didn't bother to come around and clean any of them. Finally there was an employee wearing a cowboys jacket that was being very loud and obnoxious that was supposedly about to clock out but she kept distracting the line that was preparing the food that faces the customers (during my order) and then finally was leaving but she was having to scream that she was finally leaving and staying bye to the staff. The crispy walnut shrimp, sweet fire chicken breast and noodles were all cold and slimy. When we brought it to the managers attention he was argumentative and borderline hostile. To add insult to injury, the crew takes over a booth with their personal water bottles and such. Not nice when all the unoccupied tables are filthy. We had to wipe down the only available table so we could sit down. The restaurant had ample staff they just weren't working. Oh, the manager actually parked his BMW suv along side the building making it harder for customers to park. Very inconsiderate and rude. If Joyce was on duty none of this bologna would have happened. The service was awesome, the person who served me and took my payment was so polite. That was my first time at any fast food chain where I didn't feel super rushed, and I still got out of there in a timely manner. The food is actually insanely good! This is the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. We've given them 3 chances and have had multiple issues each time. The third time we figured dining in was our best bet to get better service and a correct order but this was not the case. First time- ordered in store pickup, the screen displaying pickup orders showed that my order was "ready", but it actually took 15 more minutes. When I got home, I realized my son's cub meal (orange chicken, fried rice, and apple slices) came as a box with one scoop of rice in it and nothing else, no chicken or apple slices. Second time- ordered delivery through DoorDash and they completely left out my son's ENTIRE cub meal. Only option to remedy this was to get a refund through DoorDash but this left my son without his meal. Third time- ordered in store, asked the server behind the counter if it was possible to do half and half of two different entrees in my bowl, she said that was fine so I placed my order and she made my bowl. Then when I got further down the line, another server said to me "I'm going to have to charge you for a plate because you can't get two different entrees with a bowl". I told her I literally just asked about this and was told I could, she still said no. At least they offered to put it in a plate sized container to get the full portions I'd be paying for. But then even my husband's order (that he placed right there at the counter) was wrong. He got the "bigger plate" and named his 3 entrees twice and they still gave him the wrong items. Then when we got our fountain drinks, the drink machine was leaking all over our hands. As we sat and ate our food in the restaurant, we watched as delivery drivers were left waiting for long periods of time, given incorrect orders (which they had to come back in the restaurant to return), etc, and even an employee sprinting out the door after a different delivery driver for an item they forgot to put with the order that was picked up. If you can't even get it right for your in store customers, you have no business ALSO operating a drive-thru AND to-go orders at the same time. This location has just felt very unorganized and sloppy each time we've tried it and we will likely not be going back. read more

Very disappointed with our first visit to this new location. We ordered two broccoli beef bowls. Both bowls included two very very small pieces of beef. 80% of the bowl was rice, 19% broccoli and 1% beef. Everything we wanted to order was empty, with at least a 10 min wait. What was left to order was old. My husband ate my orange chicken and asked what it was. The food is good but this is about the employment. I was going through the drive through when I saw and employee sitting on the side with his legs out and wasn't moving he even saw me coming. I had to go around him which made it hard to get close to the window. On top of it he was smoking. It was getting into my car and everything.
