Their condiments station was nicely organized and stocked with napkins, mayo and ketchup packs, plastic ware, and straws, etc. The women's restroom was clean, and with the availability of 3 stalls, we were glad there wasn't a wait. The service has improved, the dining room is much cleaner, and the food is more consistent. Great job Hardee's!!! Let me start by saying that I LOVE Hardee's and I rarely leave negative reviews. However, this might be the most poorly run Hardee's in America. First, there's one lady who works there who is unethical and has purposely overcharged us on two occasions. When we've pointed it out and asked for a refund (of the difference, not a full refund) she doesn't apologize for the error, but instead acts incredibly inconvenienced that we have the audacity to ask to pay the correct price. Second, they chronically understaff on the weekends during breakfast hours. If you want breakfast via the drive through on the weekend, expect to wait in line between 15 and 40 minutes. Finally, eating in is tough because the tables are never clean and are always very greasy. DO BETTER ASHLAND HARDEES!!!
