They worked so well together. They were so kind. The gentleman even wrote, "His" & "Hers" on our bowls, so creative and sweet. Every efficient with time. Clean interior, NO STICKY FLOORS! I placed our to-go order through the app. I was happy to see that there was a progress tracker. Our food was ready before the promised time. Everything was prepared exactly as requested. The only deduction was because things could have been packaged a little better to prevent spilling. Liquid from one of the dishes had leaked out, creating a bit of a mess. Extremely Disappointed - Unacceptable Treatment I had a shocking experience at this Chipotle that left me hesitant to return. After ordering, I requested mild salsa, but the employee repeatedly gave me hot salsa and then argued aggressively, insisting I never said mild and that Chipotle doesn't even offer it. When I calmly corrected him, he raised his voice and dismissed me, even after I explained that Spanish is my first language. My partner stepped in to help, but the situation only escalated further. A service manager with curly hair eventually stepped in professionally and comped our meals, which I appreciated. However, another manager on the grill smirked and laughed throughout the exchange, never attempting to de-escalate the situation. As a new Ashland resident and someone who interacts with many clients in the Metro Richmond area, I'll be sharing this experience widely and contacting corporate. No customer should be treated with such disrespect--especially over something as simple as a salsa request. read more

Although this says "Coming Soon" the location is already open and I waited 6 weeks and 3 orders before reviewing. When you attempt to use the app, it shows that you can order guacamole (which multiple times has not been available). It also says on the app that you can order the watermelon limeade drink (which they have NEVER had so far). Today they did not have FORKS. I understand supply chain issues, but the other local locations can get the same supplies they cannot seem to get. They never have signs posted of what they do not have so you don't waste your time. Until the MANAGEMENT at this location gets its act together, there are Chipotle's in Glen Allen and Fredericksburg that are much better. One extra star for great, polite staff doing their best without having the SUPPLIES to do their jobs. read more

So happy for the new Ashland Chipotle, tucked in a little nook w an office building and plenty of outdoor patio seating, just off England Ave. On this Tuesday afternoon, the line moved efficiently, staff were friendly and courteous. The food looked & tasted fresh and nourishing. Indoor seating was clean and spacious but we chose to get fresh air at the patio tables, and enjoy the lovely new flora and stone landscaping. I always go to this chipotle location and have a pleasant experience however, when I arrive today for my lunch break, I was not greeted, but the worst part is when I get my normal order the cashier starts complaining about how big my burrito is and frankly this was one of the smallest ones that I have gotten because they would not load up the double cheese or the double sour cream it felt like a single portion Maybe even less. It's absolutely unacceptable to sell a Chipotle salad and THEN tell the customer that you are out of vinaigrette dressing. Literally no one wants a salad from Chipotle without the signature vinaigrette. Unacceptable. And why would you be out of it in the first place? Lack of preparedness. Totally available. They are short staffed so the lobby closed at 6:30pm. When you go through the drive thru they are only accepting online orders. Chipotle needs to pay their workers and give them fair hours, because this type of service is ridiculous. I would absolutely NOT recommend this chipotle location. I'd rather go the extra miles for better service, quality of food, and overall environment. I came in at 8:15-20pm and the three people who were managing the front line were talking to each other totally ignoring that they had customers. They had no product out and the line was dirty. I asked for chips towards the end of my order and the female told me they didn't have any more but yet handed an employee chips who was either leaving or going on break. The soda machines weren't full and was pumping out the carbonated water no syrup. I asked for forks and the same lady told me they were out of forks that I could us a spoon. This place needs a new store manager to whip these employees in shape. I've worked in this environment before and it's not a hard job. Waited and finally had to ask...he said they were backed up and gave me a smirk. There was one customer. Only one worker..with smirk..handing out food. I stopped in yesterday to this new location. While there are shortages in Guac and sour cream (which is likely outside of their control), the staff couldn't have been more inviting and friendly.
