I ordered a ham and cheese sub, thinking it would be a cold sub but it was toasted. I won't fault them for that, maybe I should have specified I wanted a cold sub. But upon opening the sub...was the saddest sub I've ever seen. Let the pictures speak for itself. One super thin layer of ham on a thick bun. It was a foot long and I only posted a pic of half of it because I threw it in the trash. How pathetic. I've made better subs myself on a broke budget back in college. As a matter of fact- $13.19 for a sub that would've cost much less and tasted better if I just made it myself at home. What a waste. I'll never return to Chanello's again.

We got pepperoni and cheese and both were great. Thanks again Marcos pizza for a great experience!!

They have a lot of Grand Opening specials running at the moment so be sure to take advantage of those! The pizzas are delicious - the sauce is slightly sweet and the crust has a garlic seasoning. I like that is open after other options are closed, so we can grab late dinner between 9-10 on a weeknight after sport activities. The idea of make your own pizza ala Chipotle is a good concept. However, it always takes them longer than it should. They press the dough, stretch it onto the pan, use a spiked roller on the dough and then proceed to toppings. Workers seem stressed even when there are only a few items in progress. I find the pizza and topping flavor to be below average. Last night, I pulled off a bite of the ground beef, because I was hungry on the way home with my to-go pizza. It wasn't very good. However, the regular cheese pizzas are decent. Last night, we ordered the new Cinnaslice dessert pie, which has cinnamon and cream. I thought this was a miss. It didn't look great, it was hard to bite or cut and the flavor just wasn't quite right. Because the crust is wood fired and crispy, you don't have any flakiness or softness of a cinnamon bun. I wouldn't order this again and we will likely not finish it.

I always think of pizza as an eat at home thing, so I don't want to go inside. I love that they have an awesome mobile app you can get points and get free items. It is super easy to use and you can either pick up, delivery or my personal favorite curbside! I put my order in on the app, pull in on the side of the building where they have outdoor seating. They have 2 curbside parking places and you just pull up and call the number and tell them you're here for curbside, your name and what spot you are in. They come out very fast. They will sometimes give an attitude on the phone but usually they're really nice! I got a dairy free pizza with mushroom, olives and sausage.

And completely satisfied with the pizzas. Both pies were hot, fresh and delicious. Lil Roni is great for the pepperoni lovers out there. The Hot in Here pie is spicy hot. They're not lying. I like spicy food, have a high tolerance, but I was shocked at how spicy they prepare this thing. Still, I liked it. I skimmed over the ingredients when ordering and didn't even notice it's a vegan pie with some plant based "chicken" on it. That part was a little strange and it was somewhat rubbery, but whatever. Overall, I was very pleased and we scarfed it all down. Bellies were happy!
