We found Trevor's Grill & Tavern online and weren't quite sure what to expect. We called about 15 minutes ahead to let them know a large group was on the way, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. They seated us on the enclosed patio, which was absolutely perfect for our group. The boys were loud, excited, and full of energy, and every member of the staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful. They took everyone's orders quickly, the food came out surprisingly fast, and everything we ordered was delicious. Excellent service, great food, and a welcoming staff made what could have been a hectic lunch with a large youth sports team a fantastic experience. The buffalo wing sauce is served as a dipping sauce because, I am told, the sauce "falls off" the wings into the dish, so they give you extra to dip. Huh? Yep, there is a puddle of sauce under the wings. The sauce appears to have indeed fallen off. I have eaten A LOT of wings in my time. Never once has anyone said the sauce falls off. While I did not deeply analyze the problem, I feel confident that the issue is that the kitchen is just doing it wrong. Be that as it may, this may be a blessing in disguise because the sauce is wretched. The wings that are unsauced are dramatically better than using the sauce, even if they are a little overdone--edible and OK, just a little too long in the fryer. The fries have the same issue.
