As someone who enjoys plant-based food, I can honestly say they have some of the best plant-based chicken sandwiches around. Calling all vegetarians, veganish foodies, and anyone curious about delicious meat-free options--you have to try the Triple M Sandwich! It's my absolute favorite, and I always order extra sauce because it's that good. Their vegan nuggets are amazing too, especially paired with one of their fresh lemonades. Every meal I've had from them has been flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The customer service is just as impressive as the food. The entire staff is always kind, welcoming, and pleasant. A special shoutout to the owner, Henry, who truly cares about his customers and community. I've even used 1115 Mobile Kitchen for catering, and they exceeded my expectations. Whether you're grabbing lunch or planning an event, I highly recommend them. Be sure to follow them on Instagram and check the link in their bio to see where they'll be next. Also loved the fries -- they were perfectly seasoned and only a $2 addition to the ball platter. Huge portion too. Didn't even need the toasted sub roll they include. I'd be interested to try their other balls, including the traditional meatball. Definitely a cool concept for a food truck.
