Kaylyn made the planning process easy, helping us to develop a staffing plan to help with the set-up of our venue (The Workshop by T&D, which was also great). Groovin staff came the day before to set up ceremony chairs and then immediately after the ceremony efficiently moved all the chairs to the other side of the venue for dinner. I had never had a scotch bonnet so I tried it- turns out its a giant ball of sausage with a whole egg inside it! The sausage was really flavorful (homemade from what I could tell), though the egg was hardboiled inside and I like'um soft-boiled (although I am sure they are supposed to be hard-boiled) since they are sitting inside a sausage ball... but overall very tasty. So, would I talk to Mr. DeFazio if I had an event I needed catered? Yup. Will I visit his stand next time I am at the farmers market? Oh absolutely.
