Nothing too complicated about the food, so i won't complicate this review either. It's good food at a good price. Period. I would eat here again Also, the guy who served me was very nice.

Incredible sandwiches! The folks running the truck or super nice and quick. They came to the Enclave apartments in Midlothian as a treat for residents from the office. Fantastic. I got there version of the Cuban. Check them out when they're around, you won't be disappointed!

Was at the Ashland Christmas Market and stopped at the food truck for a quick bite. We had the chicken pesto and Cuban paninis...very tasty and fresh! Service was fast and very friendly.

Bikini Panini is on the food truck rotation at my job. They come by once or twice per month. I haven't visited often but I've had a couple delicious sandwiches from this truck. Service is also friendly and I love that they garnish the sandwich with those little tasty Utz potato sticks that I haven't otherwise eaten since the fifth grade. I've tried both the Cuban and the Italian. I can't say I liked one more than the other; both were great. I'll probably lean toward trying the Italian again next time based on the delectable olive spread, but there are some other paninis that also sound appetizing, so who knows. Bikini Panini might have a silly name, but their product is superb and reliable. Richmond is host to plenty of mobile eateries, but I'd say this is one of the elite.

Yum! This food truck stopped near my office today and I swung by for a quick lunch. The menu is Mediterranean inspired and features both the namesake paninis and several entrees, including paella, moussaka, and ratatouille. Everything is $8 or less, which is a great value for a hearty meal. I ordered the Bikini Basil Pesto panini and it was delicious! The Tuscan Bread was crusty but chewy, the basil pesto was on point, and the artichoke sundried tomato bruschetta paired so well with raw baby spinach, melted provolone, and roma tomato slices. You also have the choice of sliced chicken or mushrooms, so it is vegetarian friendly. All of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the panini was made to order so it was piping hot. I would have been satisfied with just half the generous portion, but of course I ate every bit! The workers were very friendly and happily accommodated my request for just shoestring potato crisps as my side (pickles are evil, and I will not have them contaminating my yummy food). I'm glad I tried this truck and will definitely be back for more!

Food was okay. Saffron rice seemed a little underdone but edible. It's healthy food. And the food truck came to the hospital,... But I wouldn't travel to get this food. Customer serve is nice. Good listeners. I'd give 4 out of 5 stars

    Here's the truck. Run away!

Ate at the truck at ARDeNt Brewery. We got the chicken pesto and the Moussaka dinner. Moussaka dinner for dinner was the size of 2 brownies in height and depth, and just shy of $9.00 Very disappointing. The flavor development was non existent. I didn't taste allspice. I didn't even taste eggplant. It tasted frozen. Something you would expect at a 7-11 or a truck stop at midnight. Avoid if at all possible. The Chicken pesto at $8.95 was better, v But the pesto was orange and it felt like a $7.00 max. It cam with potato sticks frank m a can. Again just lousy. Save your money and calories, or walk to the next truck if you have options.

Pretty good stuff, personally I prefer a bit more spice flavor, but this was good nonetheless. I had the cubano panini.

Friendly, quick service and the Cubano is amazing. One of the best I've ever had. Hearty portion, tons of pork. Highly recommend.

They arrived on time and managed the long line throughout the event. The employees were all friendly as well. All the food I tried was amazing. I like that they offer an all-in-one combo that allows you to try all of their main entrees (pinoy BBQ, chicken adobo, and vegan pansit). It also comes with a choice of lumpia and they have a lot of variations to choose from. I liked the paradise roll and dragon roll. I also tried the mango jubilee dessert and although it's simple, it was delicious. Everything was reasonably priced too. Highly recommend trying their food and booking them for events! We stopped by for drinks and dinner and were immediately impressed by the setup. Located inside Väsen, the food operation has a cool food truck-style pickup window at the back of the brewery when your pager goes off (order at the bar). It's casual, efficient, and adds to the fun atmosphere. Most importantly, the food was absolutely exceptional. Every dish we tried delivered huge flavor and was packed with personality. This is the kind of food that makes you stop mid-conversation and comment on how good it is. The bar service was equally impressive. We placed our order through the bartender, and despite it being a Tuesday evening, there was plenty of staff on hand. Multiple team members checked on us throughout our visit, and every interaction was friendly, welcoming, and genuine. What really stood out was the sense of community. Although it's a relatively new addition to the Forest Hill area, it's already clear that locals have embraced it. They even have branded merchandise and cycling gloves for sale, and during our visit we watched several cyclists roll up, hop off their road bikes, and come inside still wearing their cycling gear. It felt like a true neighborhood gathering spot. Places like this give a neighborhood character, and Kobop Korean feels like something special. Outstanding food, great service, a fun atmosphere, and strong local roots. We'll absolutely be back.
