The food is good. I go a few times a month. First problem, they cater to the drive up people. I would think they'd appreciate people willing to take the time to come inside. I wait for them to get to me while they serve up the people from the drive through. Finally! Guess what? No food left, I have to wait for another round to come out. No problem, I'll wait. They never tell or alert me that a new batch of food is out. They skip me and serve other people, then the drive thru gets a piece of it again. Gotta wait again. Other than that, food is great. Give your customers that come inside a chance and alert them when they're waiting on certain dishes that ran out. Put them back in the circulation, not leave them out to dry. read more

To start this place it's the best Panda Express in Albuquerque New Mexico reason being is that everything you asked they give it to you nicely and respectfully unlike McDonald's but otherwise this place has the best customer service they're always greeting you and everything will recommend. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt 3 times within the last month and a half. The last time my Kung fu Chicken was undercooked. I called back and the manager assured me a free meal, which I was fine with. Upon returning to Panda Express I asked if I could have the Beijing beef instead of the king fu chicken and I was told by the 2 ladies at the window, "you have to get what's on your receipt!" Okay fine whatever. I called back and spoke to the manager. She said that's not true and offered me a "side" of food to compensate. I thanked her, but not going back. This Panda is always such a disappointment that we have decided to stop going there completely. They are always extremely rude, they always serve less than the portions they should and the last few times we went (before writing them off) they are always "out" of what we want... like how are you out of Kung Pao Chicken? I worked at Panda all thru high school and this isn't the company I knew. They were on us about how we treated customers, how clean everything was and most of all, portions. It was really bad. Staff was extremely nice, but hours said open until 10:30. I showed up about 9:25, and the door was locked, no signage, could see employees and food, but they would not answer the phone. Did not realize there was a drive thru as I scrolled through yelp trying to find alternatives. Finally started to drive off and noticed the drive thru. They told me they were closing at 10, and I could order anything they had left. I had fried rice, an order of orange chicken, beef and broccoli, teriyaki chicken, and some egg and spring rolls. I have to agree with every other reviewer about this specific Panda Express. And I love Panda! I honestly thought I'd been punked! A long story short, I've been forced to call the management of this specific business 4 times for various reasons. And I seldom do that! Wrong orders all together, missing orders and the final straw folks? A week and a half ago - I found a super crazy long hair INSIDE OF MY EGG ROLL! I love Panda Express and I was so excited to have a new location that is close to where I live. However I will never be eating there again. Not only did I wait twenty minutes in the drive thru but when I finally got to the window I noticed that not one person who was handling the food and serving it in the containers were wearing gloves! I witnessed a woman cutting chicken with no gloves on and kept touching the headset she was wearing! Soooo grossed out!!! Literally the only person wearing gloves was the person taking payments. I want to like this Panda as it's the closest to my house, but they've messed up on my order too many times now. The last two times I've been there, they have forgotten the Teriakyi sauce both times and each time at least one of my entrees was not the right one. I went through the drive-thru window and ordered the Bigger Plate. They talked way to fast and I had to ask the girl what she said several times. She sighed and would repeat what she asked me just a fast as she had the first time. When I got to the window she handed me the bag by the handle which is how I carried it into the house. She had shoved the container with my entrees and chow mien in the bag sideways and all the juices had leaked out of the container and covered everything in the bag. All the condiments and the fortune cookie we're all sitting in a puddle of the juices at the bottom of the bag. The meal was dry and the juices were everywhere. I had to clean the table I pulled everything out on to and wipe all the condiments in the fortune cookie off because they were soaked. They have a new dish out that includes beef, asparagus, and mushroooms, and the beef at this place seems "fake." I don't know how else to describe it, but the other Pandas in town are just fine.
