Picked up an order for some one here tonight and they were Screaming at their son working the register. I mean screaming! Not professional

Ordered the shrimp lo mein lunch special which came with a free soup and pork fried rice. When we came home we discovered that the extra sauce my husband paid for wasn't in the bag and they also didn't give us any napkins or utensils. The food was decent but they kind of skimp you on the food you ordered giving you tons of fried rice but barely any beef/broccoli or shrimp lo mein. The egg drop soup was pretty good. There are plenty of other Chinese places so we prob will not return since it was okay. read more

My favorite place to go after work! This restaurant always has quick service and gives you consistently great food. They do not ever mess up my order and give you a good quantity of food at a reasonable price. Anything under 5 stars for this place is a great injustice. The only thing that would make this place better is delivery, but I understand since it is a small-family run business. Definitely worth your time and money. read more

Ordered a shrimp & broccoli ,chicken wings & an iced tea. The iced tea was great!.. Didn't taste like a chilled boiled tea bag. The chicken wings could have been cooked a little more for my liking, had a little seasoning to it - but they wanted 0.50 extra to cut them up! I give this place 5 stars because I consistently order the same food (via an online app) and it is ready when I get there. It is consistently cooked well and consistently delicious. I cannot consistently stress enough how consistently consistent the food and take-out service at this restaurant are. As a newcomer, I was genuinely surprised that the State of Delaware had a decent, no-frills Chinese place. The food at this place rivals a lot of what I've tasted on the best coast. I was surprised to find a quality Chinese-American takeout restaurant so close to home. I've ordered the same dish numerous times to test their consistency (Beef with Garlic Sauce). It is cooked to standard every time. No problems using their online ordering system. read more

The food was mediocre, and the service was worse than the DMV on a 90° F day. When I called up Panda Restaurant, the woman on the other end delightfully began the conversation with, "Hello, Panda Chinese, what your order?" I asked, "Do you have delivery?" to which she replied, "What?!" I repeated the question. She began speaking to a customer in the restaurant and hung up on me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe a finger slipped and called back to repeat my question. This time she stated that they stopped delivery so I placed an order for pick-up. I began: "General Tso's Chicken combo..." which elicited another lovely back-and-forth. "Whaaat?" she cried, unsure of what I meant. So I explained in the simplest terms possible: "General Tso's Chicken, broccoli, pork fried rice..." She responded, "Okay, general chicken, broccoli, fried rice. OK. What else?" I gave her the rest of the order without incident. So I got there 15~20 minutes later and told the women at the counter the last 4 digits of my phone number so they could find my order. Initially I was given the wrong order. I repeated the digits and eventually they got the right bag. Before the transaction was finalized, another hapless soul wandered in to pick up their order. "Hi, I called ahead. Just Lobster Lo Mein," the poor lamb told the women running the desk. They stared at her blankly and responded, "Shrimp Lo Mein?" Confused, the patron repeated, "No...Lobster Lo Mein." As the two women continued to stare at the customer next to me, one began to speak to the other in Mandarin. Finally she said one last time, "Shrimp Lo Mein," in hopes that maybe that would have changed something. After much confusion, they finally agreed to make the girl another dish and finished my transaction. Without verifying their contents, I checked that they gave me the three containers of food I had ordered and headed out. Once home I sat down with my boyfriend ready to enjoy an unhealthy indulgence and opened up the entree to find chicken & broccoli. Too tired to call them to complain, we resigned to eat the slightly healthier dish which, had it been what we wanted, wasn't that bad. The moral of this flowery story (or TL;DR): Don't go here, people! I have no idea how this place is still in business considering that not only did they hang up on me and screw up my order, but the person who walked in while I was there also had THEIR order messed up! Reading other reviews it looks like it's also pretty common for them to hang up on people. There are other options close by, so avoid this place if you can. read more

This place is absolutely awful. First we got there and the lady taking our order was rude. She used a stern voice and was basically yelling at us. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. She didn't ask if we wanted it to go and she just put it all in one bag assuming we wanted it all together. The food was not too bad but after finishing I opened my fortune cookie hoping to receive a good fortune but after opening it I saw nothing. Definitely not going back here. read more

I always enjoy what I get there. Also, one of the few places I know that serves Singapore Mei Fun. The bbq ribs are a must. The steamed chicken with sauce is surprisingly tasty. I will continue to chose them over other near by Chinese food restaurants. read more

Ordered lunch here today. In this area there are many not so good chinese takeout places, so I have been looking for a new one. This is about the 8th new place I've tried. I admit I wanted to see also what these rumors were about the mean lady there. When i walked in, she wasn't so much mean, but just angry over everything. Like she really didn't want to be there. The order was correct. First had the pork fried rice. It was okay, like 4/10. Wasn't dry but tasted like every other place. Next I tried the chicken. Smelled like chicken, looked like chicken, tasted way too much like rotten shrimp. I'm highly alergic to shell fish. So instead of having to stab myself in the leg with my epi pen while I cry and scream throughout my office, I just threw the whole thing away, because I knew if I would call to complain, it would lead nowhere with the angry mean lady. read more
