Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. They performed a temporary repair. After approving the estimate, they scheduled me the next day with the same team to complete all repairs. This team was awesome both times. They took the time to make sure I understood the issues and exactly what needed to be done. After the repairs, they again walked me through everything. I have used Sunlight solar several times over the years and I'm always pleased with the service. I can't recommend them enough!

This has been one of the most stressful and unprofessional experience I've ever had to deal with…read more Solaria's D2D salesmen promised significant savings through their "Government-backed" solar panel offerings, but I'm now stuck paying BOTH my regular utility bill and a solar lease payment with no savings month after month. I strongly urge others to do their research. I had no idea I was working with Palmetto because they are outside contractors out of Solaria Solar and Roofing. Look up reviews for Palmetto/Lightreach Solar, which is one of the financing vendors they use and see for yourself. Palmetto has multiple complaints with the BBB and all over the internet. I should of known better. A Solaria solar sales rep convinced my husband and I to sign the deal by promising we would only pay $102 a month -- nothing more, and that the panels would generate enough kWh to run my entire home. He never emailed us the agreement to review and said he wasn't even able to because it's not a long-term contract, that it's just four page disclosure on his work iPad. That rep has since been terminated for lying to other customers as well.

There was a bit of a delay in the installation but that was due to my utility company. Definitely a solid company with a good reputation.

For what is in the contract. I wish I would have lie eyed to the reviews before I decided to go with these jokers. Run ... run fast and don't look back. The fact they have anything above a 1 rating is probably bc they must have had someone respectable at some point working for them.
