On the way back from Tahoe to San Jose, the hubby and I decided to stop in Fairfield to pick some up from TJ's. Last time I tried grabbing the seasoning at another location, they only had two left. This location had an abundance which was nice. I was able to grab 5. I had been craving clam chowder for a while. Decided to grab the last one from here. Also picked up some blueberries since I needed some fruit for my plain greek yogurt. Big parking lot. No lines. Everything bagel seasoning in stock. All the things I was looking for. REVIEW #4031

They always have a great selection of fresh, beautiful bouquets at good prices. My girl hurt her hand and was having a rough day, so I stopped by to pick up some flowers in hopes of putting a smile on her face for when I see her. While I was there, I also grabbed a few breakfast items for myself. Like always, the store was busy but even when it's packed, the checkout lines move surprisingly fast, making it easy to get in and out without spending a lot of time waiting. The customer service was excellent as well. The cashier was friendly, and after seeing the items I was buying, they knew exactly what I was planning to make for breakfast, which made for a fun little conversation. Overall, this was another quick and easy Trader Joe's trip. Great flowers, friendly employees, fast checkout. If you're looking for fresh flowers to brighten someone's day or just need to grab a few groceries, this location is always a solid choice.

Anyway, yes this mart is ***fantastic*** if you're looking for hard-to-find Asian food goodies. This mart advertises the ability of customers to request specific items to be sold here, and the owners evidently are receptive to such requests (I mean, there's a freezer corner just dedicated to fruit-shaped ice cream lol). Also, I appreciate that interior-wise it's just an old-school bodega-style mart lol nothing overly trendy like j-pop/k-pop blaring in the store. Good shopping experience for me. :p No fuss with lot parking at all when I visited on an early afternoon Sunday.

Most recently, we had a 10% off coupon that stated in large writing it expired in 7 days, only to be told there was a different expiration date hidden in much smaller print. We were only a few hours past the cutoff, and instead of offering any understanding or trying to help, the staff argued about it. Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.

Even though this is a cash only location which also provides two ATM machines inside, we can always find the needed necessities from fruit, to veggies, to flowers and you pick options. A pretty decent sized establishment, which is open every day of the week except on Wednesdays. They have a pretty decent sized parking lot and on the premises most of the time you'll find up to two food vendors. This time around I really enjoyed the flower picking option which you can get a very large bundle for five dollars then you can also visit outback of their establishment of the very large harvesting area of their crops. Lots of produce provided by lots of local vendors brought in by large bin loads.. This time, I also noticed that they have peanuts that you can pick from a bin inside as well. The best part of all is their pricing that is offered on their produce. Again, great location, surrounded by great wineries as well.

My review is for the added security measures only:…read more I've been going to the store for about six years now. I do consider the Store to be relatively clean compared to others, but my one big pet peeve is the fact that I've seen people leave without paying. The Deli is located close to the entrance. I have seen people order a sandwich and leave through the common entrance/egress location, which is located just a few feet from the doors. This same location, which is near aisle four, provides an easy exit when leaving the bathroom; from aisle four, you can inconspicuously walk straight out to the parking lot, bypassing all the registers. I've seen people use this aisle to leave the store with a bag of groceries in their hand or even a cart full of groceries, with no bags whatsoever. I complained to the management a few times, to no avail. Well, it looks like they finally put in guard rails that only allow you to enter the store. You must exit through one of the checkout stands. Glad this was finally done, but it probably took a noticeable loss in revenue or someone's job being on the line, before anyone noticed.

She said the label read maseca but there was no maseca there and no other price tag for the pot. They made me return it instead of honoring the price. It saddens me that they would rather loose a customer instead of honoring a price and offering outstanding customer service.
