We were only a few hours past the cutoff, and instead of offering any understanding or trying to help, the staff argued about it. Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.

I explained I was going to the items for sale and the cashier told me I needed to leave my cart next to the register. I left my cart next to the register and she stood next to it and proceeded to stare me down as I went to look at the display with the items. The Tofu Soup from the food court area was average. There was barely any seafood but it tasted good. There was a large amount of kimchi served on the side with a side of rice. The cost was high considering the lack of ingredients in the soup.
