They always have a great selection of fresh, beautiful bouquets at good prices. My girl hurt her hand and was having a rough day, so I stopped by to pick up some flowers in hopes of putting a smile on her face for when I see her. While I was there, I also grabbed a few breakfast items for myself. Like always, the store was busy but even when it's packed, the checkout lines move surprisingly fast, making it easy to get in and out without spending a lot of time waiting. The customer service was excellent as well. The cashier was friendly, and after seeing the items I was buying, they knew exactly what I was planning to make for breakfast, which made for a fun little conversation. Overall, this was another quick and easy Trader Joe's trip. Great flowers, friendly employees, fast checkout. If you're looking for fresh flowers to brighten someone's day or just need to grab a few groceries, this location is always a solid choice.

This location had an abundance which was nice. I was able to grab 5. I had been craving clam chowder for a while. Decided to grab the last one from here. Also picked up some blueberries since I needed some fruit for my plain greek yogurt. Big parking lot. No lines. Everything bagel seasoning in stock. All the things I was looking for. REVIEW #4031

Super pillowy steamed bun with ube halaya/jam in the center! Great cozy snack. I also tried the chicken asado one; eh, it was alright as the chicken filling was a little too gloopy for my liking. Anyway, yes this mart is ***fantastic*** if you're looking for hard-to-find Asian food goodies. This mart advertises the ability of customers to request specific items to be sold here, and the owners evidently are receptive to such requests (I mean, there's a freezer corner just dedicated to fruit-shaped ice cream lol). Also, I appreciate that interior-wise it's just an old-school bodega-style mart lol nothing overly trendy like j-pop/k-pop blaring in the store. Good shopping experience for me. :p No fuss with lot parking at all when I visited on an early afternoon Sunday.

Most recently, we had a 10% off coupon that stated in large writing it expired in 7 days, only to be told there was a different expiration date hidden in much smaller print. We were only a few hours past the cutoff, and instead of offering any understanding or trying to help, the staff argued about it. Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.

A pretty decent sized establishment, which is open every day of the week except on Wednesdays. They have a pretty decent sized parking lot and on the premises most of the time you'll find up to two food vendors. This time around I really enjoyed the flower picking option which you can get a very large bundle for five dollars then you can also visit outback of their establishment of the very large harvesting area of their crops. Lots of produce provided by lots of local vendors brought in by large bin loads.. This time, I also noticed that they have peanuts that you can pick from a bin inside as well. The best part of all is their pricing that is offered on their produce. Again, great location, surrounded by great wineries as well.

I left for awhile to shop while she made them, and when I returned, some more co-workers were behind the counter nearby her station and they were bragging about how well she had handled the order. It looked like a nice team interaction. Aside from the self-checkout lanes, they usually only have one or two cashiers working -- even during the busiest times of day. And it does get super busy once school and work let out, especially since this is basically the only grocery store in the Cordelia/Green Valley area (unless you count Costco). They keep building more and more housing around here, but the staffing never seems to increase. My advice: shop during off-hours. Early morning or late at night is your best bet. Or just do what I do and order through the app. The Drive Up & Go service has always been convenient for me. The only downside is the people who park in the designated pickup spots even when they're not picking up an order. There are tons of regular parking spots, so why they do this is beyond me. My other gripe: they are always out of Cherry Dr Pepper and Blackberry Dr Pepper. They only ever seem to stock a few cases at a time, and of course they sell out immediately. Clearly they're popular -- just order more! Overall, it's an okay store with good staff but some frustrating operational issues.

This review is for the threading. I was referred here by a close friend of mine. I tried it out since getting your brows done is only $6! Can't beat that deal. I've gone to Ritu twice now and have gotten my mom to go as well. Ritu is amazing. She is so nice and she adds a mini brow/temple massage at the end of your session. It was a such nice surprise. The three that do threading are available 7 days a week. But I would call in to make sure before you head over. read more
