The Mexican tamales are pretty big and the best! I also love the churros! :)

My husband and his dad went here for lunch recently and they both won't stop raving about it. They…read moresplit the BBQ Pulled Pork Pierogis, The Boss and Beef Au Vino, with this last one being their favorite. They were impressed with the flavor and large portions, as well as the helpful staff and decent prices. This is a local deli/bakery with tons of sandwiches, salads and baked goods, along with frozen pierogis, ice cream and other takeaway items in a little market. Unfortunately this isn't really a place I can find a pescatarian, gluten free meal, so unlikely I'll be able to try it myself. Hope you can! It sounds awesome.

Stopped in for pączki on Fat Tuesday and it was my first time here! The smell when you walk in is…read moredefinitely noticeable--very much that fresh, oily fried dough scent--but the display cases looked great and everything was nicely presented. There's seating inside, and I appreciated that the tables weren't packed too closely together. It felt comfortable and not overcrowded. They had about 7-8 varieties of pączki to choose from. I grabbed a dozen rose (a classic go-to for me) and also tried the limoncello and the caramel bacon. The limoncello was really good--the custard lemon filling inside was flavorful and smooth. The rose was delicious, just how it should be. The caramel bacon was something new for me; it had that savory-sweet combo that's definitely a specific taste. Not for everyone, but interesting to try! Overall, a solid spot to grab pączki for Fat Tuesday.

I've been to this bakery several times. The selection is great, the service is outstanding, and…read moreeach product looks scrumptious. However, the past few times I've ordered from there, the products have been somewhat underwhelming. Got two kolaczki's and both were very dry. Also got a slice of German chocolate cake and it was dry, too sweet, and tasted old. The doughnuts are generally very good as well as the coffee cakes. But the pastries do not taste as good as they look behind the counter. I admit, I did arrive about 20 minutes before closing, but that should not affect the taste that much.

Small-local- not a chain- go support!!! For the pros: Great…read moreservice overall. The Black Forest cake was delicious and beautiful and they did an excellent job. Donuts, apple fritters, and eclairs were very tasty. The custards were yummy. Cons: Place was dead, not one customer to be found on a Saturday morning at 7:30am. Stop going to the chain coffee joints and try a small place that needs us. I preordered a little leas than $100 worth of cakes, pies, and pastries so I grabbed some of the cookies to make it $100. The butter cookies are $33 a lb. Ouch! As soon as you take a bite they fall apart and crumble everywhere. The kids didn't like the taste and didn't eat any of them, a waste of $12. No prices anywhere other than the boxed goods or coffee signs. 4% fee for using a credit card which I get, but have it posted better. Couple small signs I caught over by the fresh stuff saying price tags reflect cash price, but yet didn't see prices anywhere other than on shelves by boxed stuff. Have prices posted. French silk pie was very thick and not very chocolaty. No one really cared for it, def would not get again. I looked back at receipt after I left and see a random charge for "open retail" for $3.12, no clue what that is. So was over charged for something I didn't get.
