So bad all around. I placed an order a month in advance and somehow they forgot to put it in/have it ready on time. They gave me my pastel de mil ojas still warm and it melted before I even got in my car. Very disappointing. I even tried to complain and the staff refused to speak with me. Please don't waste your money. Go to another bakery. read more

The family that runs this business is great. Great breads and sandwiches. Also good smoothies as well.

I like the bread and the women staff are usually friendly, but giving it a one star because i had an awful experience with a male worker, who was rude and lacks customer service. read more

I ordered a birthday cake and it was so good I recommend this place to whoever looking for a birthday cake. read more

The bread taste good and there's a lot to chose from but I gave it 4 stars because the "horchata frappe" tasted like coffee with caramel so basically a caramel frappe but it still taste good hopefully I'll come back and try their ice cream. The service was okayyyy um the lady looked like she didn't wanted to work but I went there right after they open so maybe she ain't a morning person ‍. read more

Panaderia Sevilla has modernized since my last visit. no more tamales. no more touting guatamalean, salvadorean bakes, though they may still be here. nothing is labeled, priced. offerings: coffee, latte, bakes: .60, 1.25, 3.50, etc. eats: cookie and bread. .60, -big, tasty, and fresh layered confection(1.25) -fresh, with some kind of filling, crumbs: -cake slices (3.5) no doubt fresh, just avoiding the calories, not the price. -quick, friendly service as no patrons present. -just saw cashier open the door minutes before (2ish) i went in. hours not seen. -not super cheap, everything tasted was fresh... 3.5 stars read more

I have been coming here for many years and the quality of the bread has always been excellent. A lot of the bakeries in the area have gone down in quality but this place has always been consistent since it opened. It's become my favorite bakery- and it's in my backyard! Everytime I come in I see the same lady. She's polite and straight to the point. The place is clean. There's no indoor seating. The horchata frappe is the only drink I've tried and it tastes really good. Prices are okay but definitely worth it. read more

Delicious and very inexpensive tres leches cake. So yummy! The food coloring was a big strong so we might as for no food coloring on the decoration next time. read more

All the bread I purchased this morning was stale and hard. I hoped by going in the morning they would have a selection of fresh bread. I will not be going back. read more

You'll miss it if you blink. I love this place for their fresh bread and variety (Mexican, Salvadoran and Guatemalan) there is a little bit of everything but my favorite is a roll stuffed with jalapeño and cream cheese, it's my favorite non-sweet thing but the empanadas de leche are awesome too! read more

This is a great bakery store in Oakland. Clean, family and friendly place to buy bread for breakfast or just for dessert. My family enjoy this delicious breads with a warm cup of coffee or milk. read more

Esta bien Rico el pan Mexicano aqui. I baught the Guatemalan bread and it was ok. It tasted so much better when dipping it in my horchata latte. The Mexican bread with the coconut flakes it's delicious. Very fresh bread overall. Prices are high but it's the Bay Area. The horchata latte is milky and not to sweet. Has a nice hint of nutmeg flavor with cinnamon. read more

Bread selection was not the best, but I do understand it was towards the end of the day. The bread didn't taste so good, but again it was late in the day. The reason for the low rating is the poor customer service. I didn't go in begging for bread nor did I go in demanding it. Will not return as a customer. read more

Super Delicious Horchata Lattes sold here!!!! Their baked goods are fresh and yummy. Also the place is clean and their prices are reasonable. One can definitely get a medium coffee with a pastry for $5!!!! read more

This bakery is wonderful! They make a wide variety of Pan Dulce from 3 different countries. The pastries are fresh, flavorful and light on the sugar. The store is small and very low key. Prices are not listed for example but are very reasonable. read more

I love this place! It's very close to my home and although sometimes it's easy to miss because of the location, it's definitely worth your stop. The inside is very clean and the people are super friendly. The bread tastes really fresh and delicious. My favorite bread has a lot of filling which I absolutely love, unlike other places that only fill it half way this place fills it all the way. Overall I am so happy to have found this place and can't wait for my next "Pan Dulce run!" :) read more

WORST BAKERY! My mother and I decided to pre order a cake for her 25 Anniversary we had agree on a price of $700 for the cake. We also agree on flavor and style also. Later on I get a call two week telling us the price of the cake increase because the shape of the cake waste cake and the flavor was expensive. Ok we decided to go the store to fix the issue and we had a free on $900. Then today they try to add more money to cake change the flavor and the shape. We went to get our $700 dollar we had deposit because we cancel the order and they weren't even trying to return our whole amount back. The worker that was helping us was trying to be helpful but the baker or the wannabe boss was so rude and made her cry. He had no right to scold her so coldly in front of us. I JUST COUNT BELIEVE HOW UNORGANIZED THEY WERE! read more

Its an interesting concept this bakery has going on. They serve three types of different sweet breads and pastries. They have a Mexican section, Guatemalan section, and Salvadorian section. When stepping in I didn't know what to expect from this place, but it looks so much nicer in the inside than the outside. I admit I was a bit overwhelmed at first with all the variety the bakery has to offer. The guy was really nice and very patient with me, since I was having trouble making up my mind. The taste of the breed was good. The price was also reasonable. Overall I was happy with my experience and will defiantly go back there. read more

The bread is great! But I stopped by today like I do all the time and the cashier was horrible. We were asking her what the bread had (the ones that are filled) and she gave us the worst attitude! I have seen about 3 different girls there and they are all nice and great! But this girl that was there today (Tuesday Jan. 30th at 7:32pm) was rude! She kept smacking her teeth and rolling her eyes! read more

Great spot! You tend to miss it as your driving by due to the location but worth the stop. I"ve tried only two kinds of pastries from here but almost all of their different types of coffees. Pastries were good, tasted fresh and this is my go to coffee spot, in part that I live pretty close by. read more

I've lived a few blocks away from this little bakery for almost two years, and it was under my nose the whole time. Luckily I drove by recently on a morning when I needed to grab a bunch of pastries for a group event. I'm so glad I found I found this place! And super glad it's in Oakland and so close to my house! The exterior is unassuming, but inside they have three delicious sets of pastries along with coffee. Prices are very reasonable. The lady working there was super helpful. I'll be back there very soon. read more
