The bread taste good and there's a lot to chose from but I gave it 4 stars because the "horchata frappe" tasted like coffee with caramel so basically a caramel frappe but it still taste good hopefully I'll come back and try their ice cream. I have been coming here for many years and the quality of the bread has always been excellent. A lot of the bakeries in the area have gone down in quality but this place has always been consistent since it opened. It's become my favorite bakery- and it's in my backyard! Everytime I come in I see the same lady. She's polite and straight to the point. The place is clean. There's no indoor seating. The Mexican bread with the coconut flakes it's delicious. Very fresh bread overall. Prices are high but it's the Bay Area. The horchata latte is milky and not to sweet. I love this place! It's very close to my home and although sometimes it's easy to miss because of the location, it's definitely worth your stop. The inside is very clean and the people are super friendly. The bread tastes really fresh and delicious. My favorite bread has a lot of filling which I absolutely love, unlike other places that only fill it half way this place fills it all the way. WORST BAKERY! My mother and I decided to pre order a cake for her 25 Anniversary we had agree on a price of $700 for the cake. We also agree on flavor and style also. Later on I get a call two week telling us the price of the cake increase because the shape of the cake waste cake and the flavor was expensive. Ok we decided to go the store to fix the issue and we had a free on $900. Then today they try to add more money to cake change the flavor and the shape. We went to get our $700 dollar we had deposit because we cancel the order and they weren't even trying to return our whole amount back. The worker that was helping us was trying to be helpful but the baker or the wannabe boss was so rude and made her cry. He had no right to scold her so coldly in front of us. Panaderia Sevilla is great! We got a strawberry coconut yo yo, a chocolate chip cookie and a vanilla cream canasta. All we're great and not too sweet. The horchata frappe and iced tees leches latte were also great on this hot morning, although I'll ask for the tres leches latte with a little less sugar next time. read more

Its an interesting concept this bakery has going on. They serve three types of different sweet breads and pastries. They have a Mexican section, Guatemalan section, and Salvadorian section. When stepping in I didn't know what to expect from this place,but it looks so much nicer in the inside than the outside. I admit I was a bit overwhelmed at first with all the variety the bakery has to offer. The guy was really nice and very patient with me, since I was having trouble making up my mind. Great spot! You tend to miss it as your driving by due to the location but worth the stop. I"ve tried only two kinds of pastries from here but almost all of their different types of coffees. I've lived a few blocks away from this little bakery for almost two years, and it was under my nose the whole time. Luckily I drove by recently on a morning when I needed to grab a bunch of pastries for a group event. I'm so glad I found I found this place! And super glad it's in Oakland and so close to my house! The exterior is unassuming, but inside they have three delicious sets of pastries along with coffee. Prices are very reasonable. The lady working there was super helpful.
