I lose fights often, strategically, but never the grand scheme battles. Issues that affect my fellow citizens (like this) are a marathon, and I sprint through them. I promise these meters will be removed. If they refuse, I will demand an appropriate sacrifice from the plaza ownership. If the city somehow owns this plaza and installed these meters - Is San Leandro in need of our quarters that badly, and if so, why don't these even accept quarters? Only allowing electronic pay is certainly a decision. They probably expect us all to be robots in a few years and want to get their infrastructure ready to squeeze the oil out of us when that day comes.
