The saucey, cheesy edges get a little carmelization from the method that they form and bake their pizza and it all comes together in this amazingly balanced , tradition Buffalo pie. 2) DOUGH: perfectly done, imo, Buffalo-style. Not too thick but not thin, cooked fast and hot and gives that slight but great char we love from the likes of OG Imperial and Bocce. But it's Papa's time NOW! The cheesy saucy edges get melty and a little charred over the perfect crusty edges and THAT is what pizza dreams are made of. 3) CHEESE: plentiful, fresh and baked to perfection with a fantastic pull. I don't know anyone that works there, but they treat you like friends when you walk in the door. On the phone, the guy that most often answers is so nice, pays attention and never misses and sounds HAPPY to make your pie.
