With a focus on organic ingredients, delicious food, options for literally anyone's way of eating that ate much healthier than most restaurants. It is a very easy 5 stars for me. I usually lookup vegan restaurants when searching for spots and have not come across this place ever! As a friendly suggestion I would like to mention it's never popped up for me looking up vegan spots! It definitely should as there are plenty of vegan options! A lot of times not 100% vegan restaurants should pop up and this should be one of them for sure. Also more keywords vegetarian, gluten free, this spot checks the box for so many different people. Truly is a great great concept and I hope they do very well getting the word out!! I could see these scattered across the country. Prices are very fair also

Overall the quality is great and the service is wonderful, just wish they had more free options for toppings!

9.5/10 - CAVA Let me…read morestart with the good because there was a lot of it. The sour cream and onion pita chips were absolutely incredible--probably my favorite part of the entire meal. They had the perfect crisp, great seasoning, and that soft crunch that makes it impossible to stop eating. The cucumber mint drink instantly reminded me of my Spanish heritage. It was refreshing, flavorful, and paired perfectly with everything else. Now, let's talk about the bowl. I loaded this thing with just about everything they offered, and honestly... I couldn't even finish it. It was huge. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The cabbage, lettuce, lentils, rice, chicken, falafel, roasted corn, pickled onions, and sauces on the side all worked together perfectly. Every bite had a different combination of flavors, and nothing tasted out of place. My only real complaint is that since I ordered half chicken and half falafel, it felt like the chicken portion was a little skimpy. I also wouldn't mind seeing just a little more rice, but that's a minor issue. For $19, this is one of the most complete, satisfying meals I've had in a long time. It's fresh, filling, packed with flavor, and actually leaves you feeling like you got your money's worth.

He was even kind enough to treat us to a Crispy Chicken Poblano salad on the house, which was so good. We also tried the Honey Adobo Chicken Market Plate and the Peruvian Chicken Market Plate, both of which he recommended. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented in ceramic bowls. You can really taste the difference with the daily freshly chopped veggies and house-made sauces. We also got to meet Apo's older sister, Alejandra, who manages the location. She was so sweet, personable, and welcoming, and she surprised us with a Pineapple Paradise smoothie to try as well. We also had the strawberry lemonade, which was perfectly refreshing and tasted so fresh, not too sweet and not too tart. Such a nice balance! And I have to mention the bamboo straws because that was a first for me. I loved that they are eco-friendly AND reusable. I washed mine and am bringing it home with me! The restaurant was super clean, had great energy, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Between the food, freshness, presentation, thoughtful details, and hospitality, we had such a good first experience and will definitely be back during this trip. My order was ready on time. They did get my bowl wrong which was very frustrating and disappointing. Food: 1/5 Didn't even finish my bowl. Tofu was rubbery and cold. The chicken in the cesar bowl wasn't good. Ambiance: 3/5 Fine, nothing special. Honestly this would have been rated higher if my bowl was correct an the food was good. I didn't have a good time, which in turn brought down the vibe of the place. Pros: service was good Cons: bowl was wrong, food was not good
