Truly the worst service I've ever experienced. Came in to eat with my fiance and the lady at the counter was rude the entire time. As customers with some food allergies, she was not even slightly accommodating when we asked for a single modification. We let her know we wanted one combo after she started making one of the salads and she got insanely upset, and started frantically putting some ingredients already in his bowl back in their stations. Very alarming in case anyone has a severe allergy! To make it even worse, my fiance ordered a smoothie and spilled 2 drops on the counter because he stabbed the smoothie lid a bit off. Before we even had a chance to wipe it up with a napkin, she literally ripped it out of my fiancés hand and threw it away!! I was beyond shocked. We had to wait 10 min for a new smoothie and she was groaning and rolling eyes the whole time. I've worked food service for years, I couldn't imagine treating people like this. We were going to eat there and ended up getting takeaway bowls because we were just far too uncomfortable. The best part? The salads were wilted and barely edible. I could only take two bites. What happened? Didn't get a name, but she was on shift today 5/16/26 at 5pm and had huge fake eyelashes. Beware of this service. Dear Just Salad Customer Service, I am writing to report an extremely disappointing experience at your Wall location on May 16th at approximately 5:25 PM. My partner and I are locals who eat at Just Salad frequently, and we normally enjoy our experiences there, which is why this interaction was especially upsetting. During our visit, the employee working the counter became visibly annoyed after I asked to switch my order to the value deal that included a smoothie. She appeared frustrated that she had to remake the salad and immediately began handling items aggressively, loudly clanking pots and utensils while preparing the food. The behavior felt intentionally hostile and unprofessional. Afterward, we were not even given a fork with the salad. When I received my smoothie, a few drops spilled onto the counter while inserting the straw. Before I could even react or clean it up myself, the employee abruptly grabbed the smoothie and threw it into the trash, despite me clearly saying that it was fine. I then had to wait for another smoothie to be made. When I politely asked for a box to take our food, the employee responded by asking, "Why do you need a box?" which again came across as rude and unnecessary. I understand that customer service jobs can be stressful, but there should still be a basic level of professionalism and respect shown to customers. The way we were treated during this visit was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As regular customers who genuinely enjoy Just Salad, I felt it was important to bring this experience to your attention. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad. It was a decent lunch portion and I asked for dressing on the side. Some of the salad pieces were brown but I just threw those out. The dressing says it's homemade and it was quite tasty. I ordered through seamless so I didn't actually go into the store but the green packaging is a nice touch. Just salad also gave a small piece of bread. I look forward to trying other salads and dressings. read more

Since then, I haven't been feeling great, some nausea, no appetite, and honestly just pretty unsettled thinking about it. I love Just salad ,the food is great, most times the potions are plentiful and the employees are always nice. I order the same think every week from the same location for about a year. Yesterday I ordered the same meal but accidentally ordered from the wrong location, which was over 35 minutes away. Within 30 seconds of realizing my error I tried to call the store. Of Course you can't get the store directly, so I got a call center where I explained my mistake and asked if they could cancel the order I made less than a minute ago. The answer was "sorry, all online orders are final", I was like "are you kidding me?" I lose $15 and food goes to waste ? Great place for a little light eating, although sandwiches are available as well. I was heading to Chipotle for a salad bowl and happened to walk by Just Salad. I stopped in to check the menu to see if anything ticked my fancy. I was trying to do the low-carb thing. They had an Asian inspired bowl which seemed to fit what I was looking for. The worker was great. He asked me to stay with him as he created the salad. I took it as it was off the menu only swapping tofu for chicken. It was good and I'll be back. read more

I've been here multiple times. The ingredients are always top-notch, but the service can be hit-or-miss--about 25% of the time it's lacking. Occasionally, I lose pieces of chicken or vegetables during the mixing process. I know that's common, but a couple of times I lost significant chunks, which matters to me since I work out a lot and want all the protein I'm paying for. One small gripe: sometimes the cashier doesn't slide the food tray over, and I have to awkwardly reach across the counter. Not a big deal, but noticeable. Today I tipped the max (15%), but the receipt screen was clicked away by the staff member--possibly by accident. When I politely asked for a receipt, she responded, but I couldn't hear her. When I asked again, she repeated herself with a noticeably frustrated tone, saying "she needed to look for it". It felt directed at me, though maybe it was just the situation. She did bring it to my table, but again, with a bit of attitude. The acoustics here are tough--lots of machine noise and echo. While eating, I overheard another customer say she couldn't hear the staff either. On a previous visit, I had to ask the worker to repeat themselves 3-4 times. When food is involved, I like to be sure I understand what I'm agreeing to. I get that food service is hard, and I'd give the staff themselves 4 stars. But due to setup and communication issues, I'm giving this location 3 stars overall. read more

Just ordered a salad from this place a young lady built my salad and as I was checking I noticed one of the women behind the line sneezing near where the drink cups were and proceeded to sneeze as she walked down the line behind where the food is served. She sis not cover her face and sneezed into her hand a few times. She also coughed into her hands. I was having trouble checking out because of the card reader and kept hearing hear cough and sneeze. I thought for sure she would was her hands but then she proceeded to rub her nose with her palm and directly after grab a drink cup with her open palm over the rim, cap it and put it at the register. She then assisted the servers behind the line making salads. I think she was the manager because the young lady having trouble checking me out called her over. I think she call her Alexa or Alex. As I was walking back to my vehicle I became so disgusted at what I just saw that I tossed my $27 salad in the trash. Who knows if she sneezed on anything prior. They should really teach their employees how to properly cover their mouth and nose when sneezing and coughing and definitely some hand washing protocols need to be put in place. Think of it as "fast food salad " and I was very excited for them to arrive in this area! The space is very clean. I see the employees regularly cleaning the floors and the bathroom is also clean. I do think there should be a paper towel dispenser in there because it may help save the planet more by saving trees, but no paper towels help spread more germs when you have to touch the door knob. I have only gotten the create your own salad and this needs some improvement. It is a good selection but a lot of the choices contain oils (which is not healthy). If you are someone who is trying to be health conscious by avoiding excessive oils then you won't have much selection. When I go, I get this chickpea salad consisting of chickpeas, red onion and something else I forgot at the moment. I get pretty much any of the raw vegetables they have. I feel they are doing well in some area but not for gluten free individuals. There is no gluten free bread selection and the breaded chicken and vegan chicken is breaded with wheat. The dressings also all contain oil. I know many aren't health conscious as I am and I do give them a compliment for trying to make salad accessible to everyone! read more

Amazing chicken fajita and strawberry banana smoothie low calories overall just amazing

Today my father a 76 year old man had a horrible experience at this location, he's been a grub hub driver for years and not once has he dealt with an attitude as nasty as this women who called herself the "manager". My father comes into the store, sees the grubhub order on the table and this woman stops my father from taking the order, she then tells him to show the order on his phone which he does. She then lies telling him its not ready, yells at him and then tells him to mark the order as ready. She then makes him wait 15 minutes for his order all the while she's constantly staring at him, making him look like a thief having him wait in a corner. My father then asks another worker about the order which she tells him that the order has been done and it was the one my father was trying to get the first time. The other woman comes back to yell at him and forces him to show that he marked the order has taken because the store has a lot of robberies. He asks her why did she make him wait so long if the order was ready and why is she yelling at him. She says because "I can do whatever I want", she then yanks the order away from my father at the door as he is leaving and tells grub hub that he refused to deliver the food. I have worked in the fast food service for years and I have NEVER treated someone the way she has treated my father. There are levels of frustrations that I could understand but that goes way beyond anything reasonable. That is truly disgusting behavior, and as long as im around I will make sure no one im associated with dines at this establishment. read more

The portion for takeout looked like it was for a small child. I've been coming here since they opened and I do not live close by. The food is great, but the last two times I visited the portion size was ridiculously small. This most recent will be my last visit because there was literally four pieces of chicken chunks, 3 pieces of beets a sprinkle of quinoa in my salad and it looked like a side salad. I can no longer justify a 45 minute drive for half the amount of food. Wish I took a picture because it would get a good laugh. Now I'm off to get something to actually eat as my lunch ‍ read more
