After three visits here sampling both their pizza and Italian subs I would say they are about average for this type of establishment. Small space lends to takeout not dining in. No atmosphere at all, which is not necessarily bad but lends to the overall rating of simply just okay. read more

I had a chicken sandwich w/ mozzarella and roasted red peppers and I ordered 2 pies for my warehouse team. The chicken sand was good, tasty, I'd order again. The pizza was good, no fireworks went off. It cured the craving. I ate the sandwich there as I waited for the pizza to be made. The owner Pasquale was very nice and concerned about what I thought of the food which is a nice touch. The outside of the place is cute. They have a few tables and chairs set up with some plants. Very nice. The inside is rough, definitely needs a good cleaning and some TLC. Lots of stained ceiling tiles. The place is small so a lot of their inventory of soda, boxes etc are stored in the front in the area where customers order. All in Pasquale's is a solid pizzeria with good customer service. They need to spend a few bucks and some elbow grease with a pain job and a deep cleaning and the place will be a hot spot. read more

Been coming here over a year now. Best results are going to pick it up yourself. I like my pizza super hot and I've yet to find anyone that can deliver it that way. We always get the Brooklyn square pizza well done. The crust is absolutely amazing! We normally get sausage peepers & onions but recently tried mushroom. So so good. OMG. The best veal dish I ever had, and I'm a foodie. It was veal, spinach, rolled in a Brandy Cream sauce. I just so happened to meet the owner and chef, they said try this. Veal cream??? Let's be clear. I'm a pizza snob. Most pizza stinks and unfortunately many of us have been exposed to junk pizza for so long that we don't know the difference any longer. But Pasquale's, they've hit on something special with their Brooklyn Tomato Pie. It's essentially a thin Sicilian pizza with great ingredients and fresh basil. It really qualifies as awesome. We like ours with sausage getting it ordered "well done". It's total quality for $22 Save your time I've tried everyone else in the area and nearly all of them (except Masoutto's) are horrible . Can't say anything about Pasquale's other menu items but that Sausage Brooklyn Tomato pizza is the bomb. Get one you'll be happy you did. read more

LARGE TRENTON TOMATO PIE. This is my go to pizza. It is so crispy and delicious. I do think putting cheese on before sauce keeps pizza even crispier. Pasquale's is a new find for me. I just wish we'd discovered them sooner. They aren't the closest pizza shop, about 20 minutes away, but it's well worth the drive. AMAZING PIZZA. Best I have had in a while. I grabbed a slice driving by and it was sooo good. We decided to order it and went for the brooklyn and detroit style. very very good, brooklyn is better then pete and eldas and detroit style was also amazing. We also got their meetballs which were clearly homemade. Cheesy garlic bread was also very good. Definitely order extra sauce because it is so flavorful and tasty. The pizza was good but not worth the effort. I ordered a large pie with sausage, peppers and onions. They told me the pizza was $26 and told me the price of cheese and other toppings had gone up. I said ok. An hour later I called to see where my delivery was and was told it left the building. Pasquales pizzeria is hands down the best I've had in Monmouth and Ocean County. The owners are very nice and welcoming! My favorite pies are definitely the Detroit style and Brooklyn square, highly recommend those. They always have different speciality slices out and I haven't been disappointed yet!! Another huge plus is that they also serve cauliflower pies and you can customize them however you'd like. My bf is gluten free and loves the cauliflower pies.
