was really looking forward to the CAVA hype as i love greek style food & chipotle style bowls. i got the steak harrisa bowl and my husband got the spicy chicken bowl option. Camryn who started the line order was knowledgeable and helpful!! from here idk what happened. the who looked like manager was temp testing all the food (& cross contaminating, but i'm no stickler but it is meat vs salad options) while the line is almost consuming the entire restaurant which is small to begin with! like help move this along !! remainder of staff on the line seemed lost and in my opinion, didn't give enough of each option, very shy with the scoops. by the time i got my dish, all of it was cold. actually tasty, but some parts i think were supposed to be warm, like the meat - like chipotle. now the dining area - every table was dirty, the amount of crumbs / napkins on the floor was kind of gross. like no one is manning the dining room at all. but there is plenty of ppl working behind the line, the manager should be passing thru the dining area. i spotted 2 customers not including myself wiping their table and seat off which i feel is not a good look at all. i felt the line moved SO SLOW! like omg by the time i finished eating, the same ppl were at their same spot in line! i wish i was kidding, not even being dramatic. maybe it's cause it's still new but i think they've been open over a month now - LOTS of kinks i hope get fixed with help from this post. i want to come back!!

I heard about this place and had no clue what a great place this is! Sam and Brandy were so sweet and kind as they were helping me decide on what to get with my custom bowl. They also do not skip out on portions which I appreciate. Cava has such a large variety compared to other bowls or burrito large chains. Also the location was super clean with someone sweeping as I walked in. I am definitely coming again and probably weekly since it's right next to a gym. Also I found out they have an app for rewards.

I've enjoyed the Branzini very much ( fillet it to avoid bones) Their balloon bread is amazing with the Tapenade they serve. We always get their hummus. And their grape leaves. The Shephards salad which Is mostly tomato &cucumbers w a flavorful dressing (we put on side) .. there's just something about using their balloon bread to scoop up your salad and dips... Yep, we always get a second order of the bread... It's very light and thin and doesn't feel as gluttonous. Everybody is very courteous... It's like going to a restaurant in the city... A belly like dancer surprised us on a Friday night which was fun. I don't really wanna recommend this too much because I don't want it to get so busy that I can't get in when I want to lol but seriously it's a really great experience. They do have wine, but we bring our own and they are happy to fill a glass! Enjoy

It takes about 30 minutes to get your food and even longer to get a check after the fact. Which is crazy because my table was only one out of 3 other tables in the restaurant. A 20% tip is automatically applied to your bill, and then still asked if you want to tip ON TOP OF THE FACT so pay attention to your bill! Part of me thinks the reason the service isn't as good is because they know they're automatically getting that tip, but another part of me hopes that isn't the case. Ambiance is nice, very beautiful and great place for pictures.

The place is pretty big, with white walls, a super high ceiling, fake grass plastered to the top of one of the walls, and mounted TVs showing menu items and regular TV. Black tables and chairs make up the front of the restaurant while booth seats make up the back area. It is fast casual where you place your order with the cashier and find a table. They'll bring the food to you when it's ready. We ordered the following: Sabich- Hubs and I liked this a lot. It's been a while since we had this and the moment I saw it on the menu, I knew I had to have it. Hubs loved the Israeli salad on the inside. Sabich reminds me of Miznon, which is great. I loved this and would order it again. Beef kufta skewer with rice and beans; fried zucchini sticks- It's beef kuftas on 2 skewers. Daughter liked this and thought it was soft and good. I loved the fact that the beef kufta was served in a skewer. I had it like this one other time in Canada and this brought me back to that time. Hubs wished it was lamb. LOL.The zucchini sticks were nicely fried. Be warned that there is an 8% service charge here. We didn't get the receipt but I saw it on the cash register screen. The entrance is a little tricky to get in. You can only get in as if you're going into BJ's/Starbucks. I didn't realize that until I passed the entrance and had to make a U-turn. Once you pass that entrance on Route 9, that's it. The strip mall only has an exit onto Route 9. Overall, service was friendly and quick. Will return when in the area to try other items on the menu.

Didnt partake in $25 valet parking but was sorely tempted. The indoors are beautiful, white walls and pretty decorations, large bar. Service: Terrific. 5 stars. Julia was awesome, helpful and honest. I did tell her I cant eat spicy stuff although I enjoy lightly spicy stuff. Drinks: I tried the Lebanese red wine. Very nice medium body. My husband tried the old fashioned which he said were good. Starters: we had the salatim which is 6 different dips and two piping hot large pita breads. I liked 4 out of 6 dips while hubby liked 5 out of 6. We both loved the hummus, salad, lima bean, and eggplant ones. This kind of eating is always fun. The discovery! STAR: The star is the halloumi. Fried cheese with lightly sweet crispy crust honeyed and topped with a light refreshing salad and pomenegrate seeds. Our server charmingly apologized she forgot to warn me about the codfish chili being potentially hot but I ended up trying and enjoying it, although I felt the fish was slightly overcooked. Not rubbery but a little too crusty and not flaky enough. I did not complain though because her dessert recommendation for malabi, a custard with oat crisps, was lovely. Nice to share with hubby and cap off the night. Temperature control: we sat somewhat near the front so were hit with cold air anytime someone entered. My husband is recovering from back surgery so walking was difficult for him. I appreciate he planned such a nice outing for us despite his walking challenges. All in all, we would return and explore cocktails and other menu items.

And our order still arrived in great time, and with no issues! My chicken gyro was perfect in every way. It was is absolutely what I envisioned when ordering it. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the flavors were exactly what I wanted. The fries it came with had a nice crisp outside with a soft inside, as fries should be...without any weird seasoning or added starch like seems to be the popular thing these days. A dab of salt and pepper made them really pop! My partner got a huge salad and said it was delicious. Staff were awesome! They handled the group after us with ease and professionalism. To start, there's nothing going on in side the restaurant. They need a TV or some music. It's very quiet. You only hear sounds from the kitchen or the phone. As we sat waiting for our food my wife said "why's it so quiet in here?" I ordered a lamb gyro, my wife a chicken gyro and we hummus app to share. To start the hummus looked delish with warm pita. But it had no flavor. It was missing seasoning. On the other hand the gyros were good but skimpy. I'm used to street cart gyros that are overflowing with meat, lettuce, tomatoes and onions with heavy white sauce. These things were barely there. Honestly I don't know if we'll be back. We love to support small businesses but this was a miss.
