This was our first time having brunch here and they were super helpful with explaining the menu (since there is a lot of French) and recommended for us to try the Croquettes. My boyfriend loved them!! I on the other hand was not very fond of the taste but I still had one :) I had the croissant sandwich and that was the best croissant and best sandwich I have ever had 10/10. It was super filling and the croissant just melts in your mouth. I had tried their pastries before and I HAVE EVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED PLS GO TRYYYY!! (If they ever make those beignets from agave fest again I would go every week for my fix) My boyfriend had the Canard Et Gaufre which is duck and waffles and he really enjoyed the duck. The only issue with this dish was that you can't eat it without using your hands or getting dirty. Other than that this is definitely a must try if you like chicken and waffles.

The back room almost felt like an indoor patio. First off we started with the chocolate croissant. It was literally a chocolate explosion which is PERFECT! If my chocolate croissant isn't dripping with melted chocolate I don't want it! Next we ordered the chilaquiles and quiche. The quiche was more cheesy than egg-y so it almost felt like a pizza but it was still rich and creamy. The crispy golden potatoes on the side were delicious. The chilaquiles was good too, loved how tender the meat was. Our server was friendly and the food came out fast. Would definitely come back again hopefully when I can sit outside too!

My mom was eager to visit this artisanal bakery and there was a wide selection of breads to choose from. There were also pastries such as biscotti, cookies, and scones. Unlike a panaderia, the staff grabs the things you want, offers to slice them, and bags up your orders. Overall, very easy ordering system. Very clean inside, too. The breads themselves are nice. We used the sourdough for sandwiches and avocado toast and they yielded delicious results. We also snacked on slices of Challah. I was lukewarm on the chocolate chip cookie, and I did not like their croissant. It didn't have that nice, glossy, crispy outer shell, and also felt a little tough to bite through, so that's where the point deduction came in. Of course, with climbing costs of food these days, I wouldn't come here for all my bready needs, but an occasional loaf here and there will serve as a nice treat for a few days.

Merely having a few croissants and puff pastries among lots of Mexican baked goods does not make it a French bakery. Worker is friendly and helpful in explaining what the pastries are. The breads are $10.00 plus per pound. Two pastries cost me roughly $8 and change because one was super heavy and dense. There was even a smidgen of pineapple filling but needed to have a little more for textural contrast. The softened buttercream then rolled into sugar. I found the prices too high and the pastries just okay. The location is good but way too expensive for what it is.

My only complaint Is that the plaza only has one ramp access. This place looks small from the outside but once you walk in it opens up! You can watch the bakers making the pastries and breads fresh through the glass window behind the counter, and everything we had was fresh, artisan, handmade, and tasty. Day-old banana bread -- very good, even a day old. Chocolate croissant -- not a ton of chocolate, more of your traditional size with just a little inside. Strawberry cream Danish -- very tasty and fresh. Cream puff -- super moist, with perfectly tender dough. Really good bite. Cinnamon roll -- very large, so don't underestimate the size. One note: the cream/icing on top was just too much -- too sweet and too heavy-handed. It would've been better served on the side to dip into, because the parts where we took off the cream off were really good. (We microwaved it for a minute once we got home.) Coffees -- a couple of solid coffees, nothing too crazy. One thing to flag: for five or six pastries and a couple of coffees, it ran us around $50. Pro tip: This isn't somewhere I'd take the kids. It's more of a spot for someone who wants a really good baked good and a coffee -- and be ready for the prices to add up faster than you'd think. Would recommend, and would return.
