I had an appointment for 1pm. Came early like around 12:45 and they asked me to wait 20 mins which was fine, but then 20 mins passed and still nothing. It's 3:30 and I still haven't got my nails done only a pedi. whats the point of an appointment if they don't respect time. read more

This nail salon is a GEM!!! The awesome staff booked an appointment for 3 off of ladies 45 minutes before there closing time to accommodate my schedule !!! They are so awesome ! We went there because my friend had never had a pedicure before and it was her birthday! The entire salon sang Happy Birthday to her customers and all! Also, the price list was a huge feature your rarely see at nail places loved it! We also were offered a drink which I accepted and was parched! The ladies did a fabulous job on all of our feet and it felt awesome after a long day of work !!! Pricing was reasonable as well!!! UPDATE: Pam's Nails is under new management and I'm SO HAPPY I found out! I honestly went in without high expectations. I wasn't at all sure what it would be like now but was I ever pleasantly surprised! Q and his family are amazing! I was greeted like family and treated like it the entire time. Kim was so lovely and sweet. She was patient and very precise, traits I haven't seen around here in quite some time. I'm so happy I found "my salon" again. I know that I once again have a place where I can come relax and visit with my new family. The service is top notch, but more importantly the customer service is awesome! If you haven't visited with them, please do! You won't be disappointed! This used to be my favorite nail salon. I had been going before the current owner and was always so happy. It was my place to relax and get pampered. I spent $80 every two weeks, religiously. Then I made the mistake of popping by one day to ask for my toes to be repainted. The lady who always did my pedi wasn't doing the same quality work as she had in the past my last few visits. But, I didn't have the heart to say anything as she's so sweet and spent extra time with me. I got such bad attitude from the owner and also some snide remarks from the young girl who was repainting my nails. Where did the respect for customers go? Especially for a long time customer. I always made my appointment in advance, treated everyone very kindly and respectfully. So, I do my own nails now as I haven't found anywhere else that does a good job in the area. I'm planning on moving to Willis in the next month, so before I officially move, I wanted to find a good nail salon. (I live in Spring now and have one that I LOVE) my friend has come here before and she loved it, so I decided to look at the reviews. I came here for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I'm literally sitting in the pedicure chair right now, my manicure was done first and LET ME TELL YOU...my manicure was absolutely fantastic. She took her time and made sure every nail was perfect. I can't wait to experience my pedicure in a few minutes. Also, the prices are amazing. $27 for shellac manicure?! YES PLEASE. And $40 for their luxury pedicure. Amazing. read more

Traveling from Dallas to Houston, I needed a nail salon that would take a walk in and do good work. I found this place on google and decided to give it a try. The new owners were nothing short of amazing. Sweet people who care about providing top notch service. Mr. Pam (ironic because the last owner had the same last name), Tu and Nancy provided nothing less than excellent service. The wait time was almost non existent for a pedi and full set. Not only was the wait time short, the service was speedy as well. This establishment valued two things, service and time!!!! I watched the new owners go from customer to customer introducing themselves and making sure each customer felt welcomed and were taken care of. When the connection on the shops phone failed, the owner made sure to call each customer back to be sure their needs were met. Not sure I've ever received this type of service and interaction from the owner of a nail salon. He made me feel like I was more than a dollar sign. I'll definitely be back! read more

So, Annie just gave me the BEST pedicure EVER! I so needed that, I love this place I've been coming here ever since my mom moved here in 2008. Don't go. Attitude and they all talk about you-- we might all look white or that we don't understand-- but I understand a good portion of what is said--not all of it, but enough to know when the pedicurist are making comment about your feet and hygiene and if you come across to them in a bad way--they talk about you between each other--look for the eyes down and very low talk between each other and some of the other techs won't respond--you are topic. Don't bother making appointments-- we show up on time and they never bring you on time. They want you to make an appointment, and then you show up on time-- they don't do it on time. When an appointment is scheduled, then have it ready on time. Charge people for an appointment if you need to and don't over-schedule--this is a cultural thing with appointments--however business in the US--means--, appointments mean on time and check the attitude if you want to stay in business and keep the gossip out-no matter what language.
