What an incredible experience! I recently moved to the area and hadn't gotten my Standard Poodle groomed for over 3 months. She had gotten very matted over that time. She had only ever been to one groomer so I was a bit worried both for her and how she would be groomed as I don't have her done in the traditional poodle cut. I started checking for groomers on yelp and came across pampered paws and it's all 5 star rating. I was thrilled by reading to reviews and learning about people with similar stories who went there. Next I called and talked to Kaitlyn. She reassured me and said she would be doing the grooming herself. She booked me for a few days later and took time to ask questions, talk thrum concerns and explain the charges. I dropped her off, we spent a bit f time and called me exactly 5!hours later to let me know she was done. When I picked her up she was happy and excited and clearly had been treated well. I highly recommend pampered paws for your dog - and oh yea...when you check in you get a discount off the first grooming read more

It was my first time taking my kobe to get his hair cut he was sooo scared when i dropped him Off but was so happy when I picked him up! He is a real quiet puppy that isn't used to people so he gave the groomers a bit of a hard time but he loved Michelle, she was amazing. She made sure to make him feel comfortable and myself as well. He looks so handsome now. It was a great first experience, I plan on bringing him back for sure! #beforeandafter #thankyoumichelle thank you pampered paws read more

I don't often leave reviews, but it felt so necessary after the best experience with my dogs today. I have two difficult grooms, a collie with so much hair some don't want to even spend the time getting it right, and an anxious retriever that won't tolerate a blow dryer. We're travelers for work and I'm always SO anxious to bring them anywhere new. Every single person I came into contact with was so kind and it honestly did my heart some good. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my "kids" read more

They did so good! I am very impressed and they have really good hospitality. Very nice and clean. 10/10 recommend

This place was awesome! Took our dog Dexter in to get his nails clipped who is very anxious to have his nails touched. Dexter was freaking out the whole time knocking nail polishes off the shelf with his tail, crying, etc. and the girls handled him like a pro. I highly recommend this place! read more

I was having so much anxiety about bringing my dog in to have his nails cut. He nips at me when I try to cut his nails and he has black nails! We just moved to an apartment from a house with a large cement yard so cutting his nails was not necessary for us until now. We brought him in and were anticipating him needing to wear a muzzle from the nipping but the ladies took him back and were done in about 10 minutes! Apparently he didn't need the muzzle at all! So happy we have a place to take him now for his nails! This is the spot! read more

Took our scraggly shelter mut in and Shelly made her look like a show dog! Had to shave her down due to all the matting but she trimmed her face up so adorable and even kept her long lashes and gave her eyebrows!! They are all very loving and gave my girl lots of cuddles. This was our first time there and will definitely not be our last. Their prices are reasonable, too. I was very happy with our experience there. read more

Just took my Cockapoo here for the first time yesterday and they did a fantastic job! I showed them a picture of what I would like him to look like and they actually followed it. So many groomers just shave him down because he has long curly hair and they don't want to deal with running clippers through it. They took the time to make him look great and how I wanted. He is so soft and smells great! I highly recommend Pampered Paws and look forward to continuing to bring my dog Riggins in. read more

I don't know really what to say this experience this time around was just a little bit different I've taken my standard pool there twice this would be the third time brought my dog in at 11:30 did not receive him until 728 p.m. at 5:20 I called I was told he was very mad at and that it was taking a little longer I brush my dog everyday his ears were slightly mattered we discussed cutting down low but I never expected his ears to be all the way taken off and no hair on them hardly at all it was very thirsty when he got home and he wouldn't peed and pooped immediately in the past the owner would approach me and tell me she would brush his ears for free to keep from matting this time around she never even approached me a young lady brought my dog to the car and told me it would be $110 I was always charged 75 I had not received a call stating that it will be a difference other than what I have been paying and I tell you I heard my dog was so mad at five times from calling once to dropping him off to picking him up and coming back in sitting in my car and coming back in I don't know what was going on but my dog was not very happy when he got home he seems sad other than other times when I would pick him up from there he was happy and excited I don't know what occurred but Simpson stole my dog was the one that it was taken out on I don't think I'll be back I appreciate them but the communication was locked there of and way too long to have my dog from 11:30 to 7:30 p.m. yeah read more

So I went on Yelp and searched for a groomer, I read reviews and decided that I will give them a try! We trusted pampered paws with our yorkies since they were pups. Our dogs have never come home shaken up, traumatized, or with cuts. We always get what we ask for per grooming and the service is always great. They typically take all 3 yorkies for about 4 - 6 hours with advanced scheduling. Sometimes they have space for same day appointments, but usually just for 1-2 dogs. They almost always put little bows and or bandanas on our dogs as a finished touch. Call in advance to make sure to schedule an appointment. read more

Kaitlyn is soooo amazing! She was naturally kind and so loving with Benito I got goosebumps when I met her for the first time! I had no hesitation about leaving him in her care. When I came to pick him up he looked like a totally new puppy! He looked and smelled beautiful and was so confident and happy, unlike his first grooming experience with a certain "Co" who shall remain nameless! Thank you to Kaitlyn and the Pampering team! We've found our families groomer! P.S. I won't be late again! Sorry! read more

The best groomer the dog's have ever had! They take their time to make sure your pup comes out looking amazing. Friends and family have even asked "did you start going to a new groomer?" Because the change is noticeable! Our older pup has never been the biggest fan of the groomer but that also changed when we moved to Pampered Paws. Definitely recommend making an appointment with them! read more

This was our first time coming here, really didn't know what to expect, but since the reviews were good figured they would do a better job than the haircuts I've been giving my dog. Pick up time was a little late due something out of their control. When I first got there I was shocked at how amazing my dog looked. She is a 25lb corgi mix that probably looked 50lbs, but after the haircut she looks smaller than my other dog. My wife was shocked when she first saw her dog, never had her cut that short before, but after the initial shocked she has concluded that she absolutely loves the cut and that our dog looks younger than ever. Highly recommend and will be returning. Thank you read more

Went for the first time last month and had a great experience. However the second time we went my small shitzu was there for over 6 hours and did not even get the haircut we requested (and received last time we were there). When we got there to pick her up we received no apologies about the long wait. They only groomed her body but not her face, ears, or feet which we specifically emphasized needed to be cut. Over all extremely disappointed with the poor service. I will absolutely not be returning. read more

Thank you Rhonda for taking Jordy in on such short notice. Rhonda did an excellent job on Jordy the Pom. I couldn't explain what cut I wanted for Jordy but Rhonda knew exactly what questions to ask and showed me examples of how he'd look like. He came out perfect, smelling so fresh and clean. I will definitely use Pampered Paws for all my pups grooming needs in the future and would recommend them to everyone. read more

Took my lab there for the first time today. Kit got a bath and a hot oil treatment. I was told it would take a couple of hours, but ended up taking 3, they were busy. First time going to this place and I absolutely loved it! She left my maltipoo super cute like a whole different dog

My update is only more good news. I thought I booked first thing Monday morning to get our smelly dog a bath after running through the rivers Oregon on vacation. I showed up and although it turned out I called the wrong place they were more than helpful and accommodating. Even on a hectic Monday morning they were able to take my dog last minute (even though I was the one who made the mistake). I really appreciated them accommodating me and our Buddy always comes out with a smile on his face read more

I've been going to Kaitlyn since 2017 and she is great. Buttercup (My Poodle) loves going there to get gussied up and super excited when we walk in the door. Just yesterday, Kaitlyn did Buttercup up with a new hairstyle, mani/pedi and color and it turned out perfect. Now we are all ready to go to Woofstock tomorrow. The prices are on point and she does an excellent job. Thanks Kaitlyn for making Buttercup a star again. She will not go unnoticed tomorrow or anywhere we go. P.S. My Max had his first appt. here yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. I have been searching for someone for some time and I think this place (Caitlin ? I think) is a perfect fit. She really listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. She was easy going and friendly with our pup and I really felt he was comfortable with her. He is a 17 lb Havenese with lots of hair so I know he is a lot to handle. Although he is a love, he can get testy if he is feeling forced, but he was happy and handsome when I picked him up. We really liked Pampered Paws for grooming our two pups for the past couple years but unfortunately it became a real hassle to get a call back. I'd leave a voice message with name, number pups names etc.. but days, more then a week would go by without a call back. Finally had to say enough is enough. The apparently don't want the business. read more

Love Love Love Pampered Paws! Rhonda is awesome. I've tried a few other groomers - mobile and otherwise - who just wanted to shave my doodle when he got knots.
