Got an appointment pretty fast!! Our lady groomer was very nice. This was my dog's first time getting groomed because I usually groom my dog myself but my back was not having it this time, so I thought maybe take him to the groomers. After a few hours from when I dropped off my furbaby, I was sent a text that my baby was ready to be picked up. She said that she recommended that I take my furbaby to someone younger who had more energy because my baby was not liking getting groomed. lol. I don't blame her!!! He's a big boy and was very skiddish about getting groomed by a stranger. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service... Once the phone call was finally answered, I was able to get out the woods "Hi, I was wondering if you had any availability" before I was cut off. I was told no I don't have any availability until September and then hung up on before I had a chance to respond. I had originally walked in to this shack in a parking lot before, just before closing time and the person I spoke to then was very friendly and wanted to help me even right away that day but I didn't have my dogs with me. This time I attempted to be respectful to the shop and call ahead, wanting to bring my dogs solely due to the previous experience and literally was hung up on. If this is how you're going to treat people on the phone, there is no way I can trust you with my family. Zero stars. read more

I used to take my dogs here, but not anymore. Lately Jamie has done a bad job on my dogs. I tell her I want her to cut them one way, and she does completely the opposite. She is also kinda rude when I pick them up and tells me how bad my dog acted thru his grooming, but then wants to set up another appointment. The older lady at the front desk was very nice and polite to my dog and I when I went in for a nail trim although I do not agree with how she trims bigger dogs nails she backed my dog into a corner so that he could not get away and it made him even more scared (he hates his feeling being touch which I told her prior to her starting) ultimately she got all this nails trimmed but I feel it could have been done in a more comfortable way for my dog please feel free to share with me if any of you have had a similar experience. read more

They have a sign that says $10 for clipping. Good spot, right next to Purple Place. They are closed Sunday and Monday and we stopped by on Monday. (It was a holiday too) Jamie the owner is so nice. You can tell she really loves dogs. read more

The price is super affordable - at least $25 less than places past and I loved seeing Harlow roaming around when I got there, instead of being kenneled. It's a small little shop but the lady here, didn't catch her name, seems to know what she is doing. Finally was able to find a groomer for my 2 yorkies that heard me. They were done faster than any other groomer they have been too. There cuts are exactly what I asked for. Friendly staff. If I could leave zero stars I would. HIGHLY unprofessional... I was seriously shocked and at a loss for words when I took our Goldendoodle here to be bathed/groomed. I haven't even known how to put this into words, so it's taken me several months to finally review. It was just prior to our election and I walked in wearing a tshirt with an American flag on it. My dogs leash also had American flags on it. The owner looked at me while checking in and yelled at her employee that I must be a Trump supporter and basically ridiculed me while bad mouthing Trump and any of his supporters.. I didn't say a word as I was so caught off guard, and who I vote for is NONE of her business. Then she laughed and pointed out her water dispenser. There was a Trump dog toy hanging from a noose off of the water spicket and a written sign above it that said "water boarding." She proceeded to say that it's her favorite thing in her store. I don't care what kind of business you run. You should never make someone feel less than, talk politics, or publicly JUDGE your clients!!! I will never give her my business again. There's a groomer literally across the street that sells amazing food, treats, toys, etc. The owner there made me feel so welcomed and was a true "delight!" Give your business to a local business owner who is KIND AND RESPECTFUL, and steer clear of this place. Just my humble opinion. read more
