I put an alert on yelp I was looking for a groomer n Fuzz Monsters responded quickly. I was nervous but excited to get Ace a hair cut. He's a new dog to our family n his hair was too long n shedding all over my house. I didn't catch the young lady's name that cut his hair but she did so good. My little Ace looks handsome all groomed up n cut. I set an appointment to have Kings my pits nails clipped but she informed me he didn't need it. We will be back! King is a bit much for me to bathe so his next bath and Aces will be at Fuzz Monsters. Prices were great too. I booked an appointment ahead of time through their website. That was super easy, I did this a couple days ahead of time. This is the first groom my 9 month old golden retriever ever received. I booked him for a bath only, he's 55lbs, and to get his paw pads shaved. This bath is booked for 90 minutes but groomer let me know Honey Dew may be there 2-3 hours. I appreciate the heads up! I dropped him off with his favorite treats and a yak cheese to chew on in the kennel. He was too distracted by the new environment to be interested in the snacks, it means a lot that they tried. They let me know he did great with the dryer, they used a happy hoodie on his ears, and he did great getting his toes trimmed. They sent me a text to let me know he was ready to get picked up, and they were done with Honey Dew in 80 minutes. Fantastic. His coat felt incredible, he smelt like sweet soap, and he was in good spirits when I arrived. He was fully dried, his nails were clipped well, and his paw pads are fur free. I was so happy with how well Stevia and Kayla took care of my sweet dog, I would recommend them as a dog grooming business. It saved my bathroom, my time, he was in goods hands, and the cost was absolutely reasonable ($70.) He smells and feels so much better than when I did this myself at home, and I could go to the gym while he was getting cleaned up! Super convenient and fulfilled my desires coming here. I've been taking my dog, Rue, to Fuzz Monsters for over a year. We've been to several other groomers before Fuzz Monsters and Rue would be so scared and shaking after being taken there. Stevia has always taken her time to gain Rue's trust and get her comfortable. I also like that she hand dries instead of using a dryer box. Stevia checks in at the start of every appointment to see how I want Rue's cut to be. We tend to keep Rue shorter in the summer because she loves jumping in water and will mat if kept long. Worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. I came here recommended looking at their 4.8 star review, drive almost 40 mins to their shop thinking they are going to do a good job. They cut my dogs ear. Claiming his ear was matted. How do you confuse matted fur to his skin? It was cut way too deep and he kept bleeding. When I asked them about this they both acted extremely rude, making it seem like it wasn't a big thing, especially her assistant. How would you feel if you picked up your poor animal and he was non stop bleeding off an injury YOU DID. I have videos and text messages attached to prove everyone and you can see their phone number as well that it happened. Because she has a way to make it seem like customers lie. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. SAVE YOUT MONEY AND YOUR TIME SOMEWHERE ELSE. They do not care about your animals. She tried to offer me free grooming, they couldn't even apologize when I was there, unfortunately I would never leave my pup in her hands again. Go somewhere else and save your loved animal from getting cut and abused. If you choose to still come here DO NOT GET YOUR DOG TOUCHED BY HER ASSISTANT. She is a heartless disgusting person that does not care about your animal, PLEASE. Overall experience I will never take my dogs to a groomers again. I dropped off my Maltipoo puppy in the morning for her very 1st grooming appointment, she's almost 4 months old, I was so excited to get her all evened out and looking precious, instead when I picked her up I didn't even know it was my puppy. I honestly cried when I got in the car and so sad that she looks absolutely nothing like the pictures or even like my own puppy. As for the " proof " that you have, you can see that in the owners message she states two separate times how sorry she is. So trying to say otherwise and that she doesn't care is just insane. The owner cares very much for all animals especially dogs and I'm sure was very upset this happened to your dog. I understand that you may be upset about your dog being cut and that is understandable, but that is the risk you take when you take your dog to a groomer. They don't just sit still for their haircuts and mistakes happen. It is also not okay to try and hinder a wonderful and respectful business such as this.
