May 28th 2025 Wednesday Pros: Ms Sharon will work with your time Today I had an appt.there at 930am but at 9am I onformed her i am running behind.She said it is ok come at 1130. My friend,Victoria, had an appt.at 1030am and so did a cat which was left in a carrier. She and my friend were finishing up with her dog. At 1140am she worked on the cat. I stayed outside and she knew i was outside the shop. At 1245 approximately i checked in she was finishing up with cat whose appt was 1030 am( together with my friend Victoria' dog )and I saw owner left at 1250noon.with cat. I went to look at 140pm she said it will take longer. She motioned me NOT to wait inside so i went outside.At 215pm she called out by the door said my dog is done. I took out $60 dollars to pay her including tip of $10, and she said she worked for more than 2 hours and dog had fleas. I was puzzled because i give the dog a bath every week and i did NOT see fleas. I had to write a check for $40 more, she was charging double $100, when I did not feel it was justified to inform me I was paying normally $50 and I give a tip of $10. I told Victoria she knew i was outside the shop waiting, she COULD have said something like, I will charge you double before starting the job.No customer wants to be surprised and not be able to know what yiu are charging. My poodle has excema allergies since she was 6 months old. She takes allergy meds and has coconut oil for her priblems. I do no appreciatet how she handled charging double after the worrk is done.I was right outside.For this reason, I urge her to please CHECK IN with customers before you START the job. Sharon, last year, you did tell me the price before I walked away I do not appreciate that kind of treatment as a customer and NO you did not work for 2 hours on my dog. After Victoria left at 1145am, you worked on the cat until the cat left at 1250pm. That was when you worked on my dog until 2:15pm. You forgot, i was right outside. COMMUNICATE in advance , dont deviate! I am not a millionaire and i was watching. read more

I am giving this lady groomer a 1 star. She came in late for my 9:00 am appt. and it only took her 45 mins to bathe & cut my Pomeranians fur. When I pick my dog after 45 mins., I noticed the cut was uneven & it was so ugly, not even close to the picture I showed her. The owner of this new shop (Sharon) handed me a card while I was stroll through the farmer's market last Sunday. I looked at my Wheaten Terrier this morning and thought "man does that boy need a bath" so I took a chance on an unknown (to me) groomer. I ask Sharon to just take a little fur off. Nothing dramatic. Just an inch or so. I like my dog to stay fluffy. I was very happy to see that she did exactly what I asked for plus she really did a great job cleaning the wads of fur out of his ears. This place is good for quick service, short term availability, and relatively cheap. First time service and cut were pretty good for price, 3 stars. Sharon is nice and our dog seemed comfortable there. Two stars are for the drawbacks. Professionalism and cleanliness is at a low. I was surprised to see how disheveled and dirty the entire place was the second time coming in. I agree with other reviews that mention that dogs weren't actually bathed, but get sprayed with some kind of cologne. Service felt rushed... Sharon gave our very small dog way too many treats unnecessarily and without asking, which worried us because he has had bad reactions before... also she was yelling at a waiting dog to stop barking for the few minutes we were checking out instead of ignoring the dog. Not sure if she's more stressed or needs support, but unfortunately we won't be coming back. read more

I started to use this place it was referred to me by a friend. I brought my presious puppy here. I would always ask "Sharon" the groomer to please be very gentle I was always willing to pay extra, to please take her time and not pull my puppys hair I did not want him hurting, he has a long hair coat... She always had him ready in about 1 hour or less.. i was always very surprised but dint think much of it.. Last week i cam to.pick up my puppy and discovered he had two brush burns.. do to pulling his hair.. one near his tail and one on his forehead area. My fiancée and I were in a rush to get our two shih tzu mix dogs groomed before we leave town in a few days. Therefore, we were frantically trying to find a groomer that could fit us in today. I just happened to try calling this shop and she told us she could fit us in at 4:30PM even though it was so last minute. She was very kind over the phone and even sent me a text message after the call with the address and time of the appointment. Once we arrived it was about 10 minutes after 4:30 because we underestimated how long the drive would take. Normally a groomer would not be pleased about this and may even cancel the appointment, however the woman who greeted us (which unfortunately I did not catch the name of) did so with a huge smile and was so friendly. I believe she is the owner. She was so sweet with the pups as well. She told us it would take 2 hours and that she'd call when they were ready. It only took about an hour and a half for both dogs and they look amazing. Not to mention it was only $95 for both of them. I also should mention our boy (the white one) has been traumatized by previous groomers and gets pretty snippy when grooming around his face area but she said she had no problems with him and he looks great so we know he felt comfortable with her. Thank you so much! Cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be coming here from now on. read more

Available the day of and our dirty lab was fresh and clean. The women was very friendly and our pup was happy going in and coming out.

This was my second time getting my baby groomed at this location. The first time wasn't the best but she didn't come home with injuries. Her second appointment she came home with welts and a strange burn rash all over her back, the corner of her eyes were bleeding. The worst part was I noticed she was crying everytime she had to go up or down the stairs. After I looked at her nails I could see that her nails had not been clipped properly and two paws had not been clipped at all. I paid 60$ both times I brought my Yorkie in which looks like double the rate everyone else has been paying only for my dog to come home battered and abused. the only reason I brought her a ace one time was because it's located across the street but I'll never take her back there. read more

I picked this place because it was basically the only place available to groom same day on Memorial Day which I appreciate because it was a last minute call but when I called around 2pm she made it seem like no problem to take an appointment at 3pm. After arriving the place was clearly still under construction. So my Pomeranian had a tough groom but when I got there she had me walk behind the counter and hold my dogs tail while she trimmed around her butt for about 10 mins. The women also kept mentioning that she needs to go home and that this was her last dog of the day.. I asked for a FULL groom (hair cut, wash, and nails trimmed, etc.) She called me about 1 hour after I dropped my pup off and when I came to pick her up. She did NOT actually bathe her. My pup smelled like the groomer just sprayed something on her to make her smell good for the mean time, the following day she didn't smell like she was groomed. She also trimmed her nails but very un neatly. Her nails are really scratchy (which I've never had before after getting her groomed) & she also did not give her a hair cut, no trim around the legs or ears either. Really disappointed with this experience for my dog. read more
