Absolutely great service. Got the $60 pedicure and it was very worth it. Great recommendations for foot care and a phenomenal massage. I never feel like I'm just another customer when I come here. read more

Nancy and Lambo did such a great job , great customer service and great service in general definitely recommend to go for pedicure service !

My mom and I had an appointment at 3 but they didn't start us until like 3:30. They had 4 main staff but there was about 7 customers inside so wasn't sure how they were able to accommodate that. I got the 2nd pedi and it was okay, the lady did my pedi was nice and she took her time with my pedi I'm guessing to compensate for how long I waited for. I understand how busy salon can get like 15-20 mins is okay but 30+ minutes was pushing it. My mom feet were soaked in the water for 35 mins lol, yeah we constantly looked at the clock hoping for someone to come but the lady kept reassuring us that next tech will be available very soon. We didn't want to be rude and leave so we didn't make a big deal over it, just hope they can change or do something about overbooking customers. So if you're someone who's more punctual with time, plan accordingly. My rating is mostly based on the service we got, the tech was friendly and inside the salon is very open and clean and I like that they use the disposable bag for your pedicure sink. We came at 3 and left at 5:10 not sure if I would come back. read more

The interior is gorgeous and chairs are comfortable. Nail techs were very attentive and very nice (funny too!) They made sure multiples times during service to ask me specifics on what I wanted or if I liked something, which is so nice and appreciated!! I feel like prices were super reasonable. I really liked this salon. I'm sad I live so far or else this would become my normal salon; but I will be back! read more

Great place. Service awesome . Have been going here for years, always great zero. Very clean place. Brow room and restroom stocked and neat.

Writing this review over two weeks after I had a dip powder manicure & basic pedicure. Pictures from right after the mani, and from today (two weeks later) -- no pictures of the pedicure but the regular polish on my toes is still in great shape with no chips! Staff was friendly and very good at what they do. Options for great nail art too, I just opted against it this time! Overall had a great experience and I am happy with how the mani/pedi has held up. I am very active and rough on my hands & feet but these have stood up to the test! read more

Can always schedule for a pedicure and enjoy the service. They are nice and you get a free drink with your service.

Started our appointment without the appropriate amount of staff. I sat there waiting forever while my friends recieved their treatments. I picked one of the nicest pedicures and wouldn't have known. My nail treatment was over, but was supposed to include a 23 minute massage in which it did not. I was surprised when she was done and told her I did not get my massage and she proceeded to argue with me I think I would remember not being massaged for 23 minuteshalf of my armrest would not go down because it was going to run into the chair next to me so I only had one armrest down the entire time and zero access to my Massage component on my chair. read more

Never leave this place disappointed! Ben was my nail tech and he took his time making sure it was perfect and I love the outcome! Very friendly staff and they always make sure you're comfortable and taken care of. read more

THIS IS THE BEST NAIL SALON!! I have been looking for a good nail salon in Portland for a long time, and I've tried out several. Pamper is by far my favorite!! It is my go-to every time. They are super friendly and always remember me, and they always do such a meticulous and detailed job, and really care. The prices are reasonable as well, and I always have such great experiences here. 10/10 recommend!! I attached some photos of full sets they've done for me in the past. read more

Literally the BEST pedi I've had!! I live out of state but will definitely come back!

The salon was very pretty and clean. I decided to get the powder dip nails since my nails are quite short and wanted something pretty for an event coming up. What a mistake! Very fake looking and very thick. Way too thick!!! I've been filing for days since we are now out of town. This stuff does not come off. The person who did my nails was nice enough but she got up like 10 times to help other people, answer phones, and I was passed on to another person to do the dipping. Will not return read more

My daughter and I went this morning for two pedicures as a birthday gift. In the middle of her treatment the technician just left without explanation to service a walk in client. My daughter didn't get her massage or hot stone treatment and she told the woman who was working with me. The woman painted her nails and mine and asked us to pay. I brought it up again that her service was incomplete and the man who originally started her nails, from across the room, said she did get a massage and stone treatment but she doesn't remember it. Yep! Gaslighting at a nail salon! He continued on to say that she was talking to me and doesn't remember-- He then said I could watch the video! The salon was busy at this time and everyone stopped to listen. It was a lovely morning that turned pretty sour. Will never return. Horrid treatment. read more

So happy with my shellac manicure by Nancy! I went in to get my dip removed (which Nancy did a few weeks ago) this morning as a walk in. I'll probably be making appointments from now on so I know I'll be booked with Nancy specifically! She is so sweet and gentle with all the nail tools. The salon is so clean, smells great and the employees are all so kind. Definitely my favorite salon in all of Hillsboro/Beaverton/Portland area. Nancy also told me how much she enjoys doing designs so I'm already planning what nail art I want for the holiday season! Ah so excited to have found this salon. The dip powder here has also lasted longer and was much stronger than any other salon I've been to. I work with my hands a ton and it usually chips here n there. Yah not one chip or scratch over a 2 1/2 week period. I could have waited another week but I really wanted a fresh manicure today. Thank you so much again! read more

Prior to yesterday I was a regular at this salon. I was treated horribly by Lacie and will NEVER return. She told me my nail polish was ugly (red) that I was ugly (my husband disagrees and so do I) and that she hated me (feelings mutual)!! This behavior was totally unprovoked, very unprofessional and straight up mean. She then punched the bottoms of my feet with all her strength. She told my friends, while laughing that she had said the same thing to another person the day before. She thought it was funny that he had become angry and hurt. Maybe she thought she was being funny but she was the only one laughing. Lacie you are nothing but a bully! Shame on you! read more

Always leave this place very satisfied! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I've showed them pictures of nail inspiration and they've delivered every time. I've quickly become a regular! Pricing wise, I'd say think of regular/standard pricing but add $5-$10. Regardless, highly recommend. read more

I was so excited to try this salon when they opened! But sadly this is the worst salon I've been to in Beaverton. They aren't sanitary at all, use the same tools without sanitation, when she was done with the acrylic liquid on my nails, she dumped the remaining liquid BACK IN THE BOTTLE. She didn't cut my nails or push my cuticles back before starting either. I was not happy with the shape of my nails either , I had to fix them after getting home. I paid $50 for something I usually pay 45 for and it was so bad I'm sorry. It's been ONE WEEK since I got them done and two have broken off already IM SO DISAPPOINTED read more

Had a pedi and Mani today. I came in before closing and they still where so nice. They also did a eyebrow and lip wax when asking last min when closing. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and I definitely recommend this place. I had not one issue. When asked about my eyebrows and lip she asked me if it was ok to stop five mins early when giving me a massage. I said of course. She was very nice. Everyone there was very nice. Honestly it's been so hard to find a good nail place in Beaverton. read more

Ok so I've been waiting for these guys to open For so long! I think they had to delay opening since COVID happened. They're located right next door to Beaverton Freddy's and right next to the Back Yard Bird shop. They don't have a phone yet but you don't need to call you can just go on in. Walk ins welcome. Not many people know they're open yet so I doubt you'll have to wait long to get it. Must wear a mask inside for now. I think they may have some on hand if you need, but I did bring my own. I just got a Shalac pedi and mani and I paid extra to have a fabulous arm and hand message. They did my hands at the same time as my feet so I was in and out but never felt rushed. This salon is absolutely stunning! Clean and super big which I love! Brand new TVs we're going up while I was there. YES THEY TAKE C/C!! None of that cash only crap! They have plenty of colors to chose from and looked like they offered all the latest powdered dip options as well. They do waxing if you need that too! So glad they are here! No more suffering the crappy places around Beaverton! read more

Came for a pedi with my daughter. Toenails were cut back way too short and a few cuticles not cut back. They painted over them. I had to come home and even out the nails and take the polish off. Very disappointing and I certainly won't ever be back!!! read more

My daughter and I were very excited to come in to get our nails done, we were impressed with the decor and environment. We had an appointment scheduled but neither of us got our nails started for nearly an hour. It took them that amount of time just to soak my nails off. We were both rushed through our services and left completely dissatisfied while being charged more than we should of been charged. We were there for two hours for a dip set and acrylic set. We do not recommend this establishment. read more

I wish I would've read the reviews on this place before hand. The first time I went the lady tried to cut out an ingrown toenail without telling me what she was doing and caused my toe to get infected. Then two weeks ago I came in to get dipping powder done on my nails. I have been doing this for several years but my regular salon was closed due to the storm and lack of power. They did such a bad job that within a week half of my nails had already come off. I would never come back to this place again. I highly recommend that you read the reviews and go somewhere else. read more

This place is expensive and I honestly can't say that it's worth the money. I got a pedi and a full set done at first they both looked great. The very next day the shellec on my toes come off and I needed to get my nails redone after just a week they were lifting and the shellac was coming off. When I told the tech that my shallac come after on my toes the next day they did not even offer to fix it. Plus the owner is a totally ass had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting him today. Did not even give the lady's the tips for the day and kept telling him to sell more services. It like dude at least wait tell the customers are gone befoure u go off on your employees. read more

first time ever having to leave mid appointment because these were horrible. i made an appointment with a specific person and they lied to me and she wasn't there when i got there. i showed them of a picture of what i wanted and they passed me around to different people till someone thought they could do the design. i asked for the exact same thing just longer, the girl couldn't even put the tip on, they were bumpy all different shapes and sizes even the basic color was wrong they told me they had to do that color because of how long i wanted them which didn't make sense to me read more

I was looking forward to having a nice place to get my nails done close to home. My first experience was just ok. My second experience was with my husband and his mother. We were over charged for services we did not ask for and in fact said we did not want. My 3rd and FINAL visit was rediculous. I asked for a pedicure and manicure. The girl hurried through the pedicure and did not put polish over the entire toenail. She also dropped one of the tools on the floor and picked it up and continued to use it. This was done around 6 p.m. By morning all my polosh was coming off. I called and asked if someone could redo my polish. They said no, they do not guarantee polish unless it is shellac and hung up on me. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY. read more

Went and had a full set and pedi today. I was forced to get my full set started before I even started my pedicure. Imagine, sitting and trying to enjoy a pedicure.... Having impatient workers start your nails when you begin to relax... and then being up charged for every thing. What I can get elsewhere for $60-$70... was actually $117, no idea where that occurred. Not to mention... never offered a beverage that others were offered. I hate that I even tipped. I feel ripped off. I asked for a specific look... didn't even come close.... Bad place!!! #sunflowernails does so much more for 1/2 the price!!!! read more

I decided to go to this nail salon because it wasn't busy. I brought my own nail buffer and my nail file but they said that they wouldn't use mine for sanitary reasons. Overall my nails came out good and I've gotten lots of compliments. They've lasted a week already. read more

I loved their customer service and enjoy getting pedicures here but the manicures on the other hand... first of all the guy didn't even know what I meant when I said asked for tapered square. my nails were HORRENDOUS. Not happy w my manicure. The bottom of my nails were even not filed down at all so I had asked him to fix it but nothing was really fixed as you can see in the photo (I did try to file it down myself before taking this pic) And the guy just seemed like he was in a hurry the whole time. read more

2nd time I have been here. 1st time wasn't great. Shellac came up after a week and they kept trying to sell me extras after I said no thank you...today I tried again because the sign out the front door said $20 pedi...as I was leaving she tried to charge me full price. I explained I mentioned the special 2 times- once when I walked in and another when she handed me the menu. She stood there and argued with me because I had a massage? How was I to know? Another issue was a lady walked in while I was getting my nails done about 1 nail polish -shellac coming up after a week. Manager said no to fixing her 1 nail - needed all new shellac at 31.00...wow she was pissed and I don't blame her after my 1st visit fiasco. Don't go here. Two stars because my nails came out nice but I came here for the first time. They didn't take card payments but ATM on-site. She Used a used nail file, didn't change the sanding band on the nail drill, used a used foot exfoliator. Unfortunately i don't think I will come here again. read more

Had an appointment, we were there on time. They were ready for us 15 minutes later. Everyone that was walking in they said 10 minute wait. Wasn't asked what type of pedicure we wanted. My gal did a good job on my toes but my daughter's was very rushed maybe only 30 minutes. Also 1 manicurist was doing 2 people at 1 time. I understand maybe they didn't have enough people to work but they need to be realistic about the wait time. read more
