They have cute little pillows for kids to use against their back so they can sit comfortably with their feet in the water. The staff was very kind. They are so overpriced and the quality of their manicures is horrible. I have never spent over $60.00 for a manicure. I spent over $100.00 for one there. And it was not good. I will not be returning to Pamper Me Nails due to their unclear and misleading deposit policy and lack of response afterward. I canceled my appointment nearly two weeks in advance, yet my deposit was not refunded. Their website does not clearly state that deposits are non‑refundable. The welcome page makes no mention of this at all. The booking message reads: "$35 penalty fee will be applied for each person no show without notice and deposit none-refundable if canceled." Due to the lack of punctuation and clarity, this statement reasonably reads as applying to no‑shows without notice, not cancellations made well ahead of time. Nowhere does it clearly state that all cancellations -- regardless of notice -- result in a forfeited deposit. After questioning this and requesting a refund, the salon stopped responding entirely. I'm sharing this information so others are aware: assume your deposit here is non‑refundable, even if you cancel weeks in advance, despite the policy not being clearly stated. This place is just not good. not sure how they have any business let alone loyal customers. Went in for my first time to get baby shower nails, just wanted simple pink dip nails. I obviously had a new, inexperienced nail tech as they put 6-7 layers of dip on some of my nails and 4-5 layers on others. It was so thick and poorly done that it was all over the edges of my nails. I didn't say anything because I figured they always file dip down and maybe that's just their process. It wasn't. They left it super thick and when I said something Vivianne came over, grabbed my nails super aggressively that it hurt, and said "they are fine, you're done." These nails lasted for 8 days...dip nails only stayed on for 8 days! Ridiculous and so unprofessional. would never suggested this place or go again! read more

OVERPRICED on so many level. I'd recommend this place if their pricings weren't outrageous. Do you know how many nails salons in the US I have been to? So generally speaking I know the standard price for a full set powder ombre (long length) . Usually $70-80 max and that's included take-off price. But this place charge me $94 total, because apparently they f*cking think it's cute to charge me $15 for take-off when most places only charge $5. And my nail tech, if I remember correctly her name was Bella took forever to take-off my nails like this b**ch be spending almost a whole f*cking hour on that alone, then 2 more hours to do a new full set for me. Normally if I spend 3 hrs at the nails salon I'd be having rhinestones all over my fingers. Speaking of rhinestones. I usually paid $100 for full set powder ombre and 4 fingers with rhinestones on it. Sometimes I paid $110 but rarely meaning for me having to pay this f*cking place $94 for just simple ombre powder was very expensive because normally something like that only cost me no more than 80. So I paid extra $14 for no reason. You know the $14 difference is nothing right? That's not the point of this negative review. I just don't like when certain businesses tryna charge me more for certain thing when they don't even located in a big city. It's Madison for f*ck sake. They don't even charge me that price in San Francisco. NO NAIL SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN F*CKING AMERICA HAD THE BALLS TO CHARGE ME $94 FOR SIMPLE POWDER OMBRE SET PERIOD. However I specifically mentioned the same and requested that they do not assign a trainee or a new employee to me. The lady who did my nails could not speak English ( which is understandable) but she was left alone to do my nails and she was not understanding any of my requests. I have been to this salon numerous times and have never had a horrible experience. Sometimes their staff can come off as rude or judgmental but I always scuffed off once leaving. But this time was different. I went in on a Friday night to get a full gel x set and paid $70. I felt that the woman doing the nail set was frantic and unsettling during the entire process but was ultimately a nice woman and made sure I was happy with the set. By Saturday afternoon my middle finger on my right hand was chipped off in half, so I called the business and they told me to come in and they would fix it. I went in the next day in hopes it would be a quick in and out. It took me 20 minutes to get seated at a station (i understood that all techs were busy with set appointments) I was then seated and then waited for 5-10 additional minutes. My original tech came and clipped away the extension nail and set my finger into remover and moved onto another customers pedicure. It was then 10 minutes later where she came back and started to reattach the new extension but was a rushed process. It wasn't a complete color match to the others but at the time it was over ah hour of me being there. It is now Monday night and I notice my thumb nail on my right hand is loose and with little pressure it disconnected from the glue on my nail. I attempted to call their main office since they were open till 7pm but had no answer. I called numerous times but yet again no answer. I went to this nail salon to get my nails removed and do a manicure. It was horrible! they put on regular nail polish, I thought they were using gel. I was told to wait 15 minutes for it to dry. I waited 20 minutes. I left and it came off after I was driving like 10 minutes later. I sent a picture of what happened. I was told to come back the next day. The cost was $51. They offered to paint again with the same low quality polish. Or pay $39 for gel. So that would be $90 for a manicure that doesn't even look good! My last visit, the nail tech shaved my natural nails down after I told her that I was growing them out. There was a miscommunication issue (from me trying to explain how I want my nails done) and she left me with my nails not even half done refusing to finish. Another nail tech came to finish my nails-instead of apologizing he tried to convince me that my natural nails weren't worth it and to get acrylics. He was so focused on convincing me that he ended up nicking my finger/cuticle with the nail file, leaving it to bleed-once again not apologizing! I have loved my nails in the past but this time, $65 (apparently for dip and nail length) later, I left in tears and with a bloody nail! Had the Sole Smoothing pedicure today with my daughter. I understand there are many appointments on Mothers Day, being the first 2 in the salon at opening time thought we would have a good pedicure. Not the case. Service was very rushed. Water was cold, massage was just on the shin and polish was sloppy. I came home and removed the polish and reshaped the nails and painted them myself. Definitely not worth the $120 we paid for 2 pedicures. Be ware, you can use credit/debit but it's a 3% up charge if not cash. Also they make you book on line with a credit card so not sure why it does not say this on line. read more

I made an appointment online but for what purpose I'm not sure sin I didn't seem to bin the books and they asked me what services I wanted. the staff was unfriendly. did even really say hello or offer me something to drink. I recently moved to the Sun Prairie/East Madison area and have been looking for a nail salon for my pedicure care. I have been concerned about going with the Virus flare up. I went with my mask and eye shield but the eye shield was not needed because there were plastic frames for each work station and pedicure chair. Everyone wore masks. Everything looked well cleaned after each customer. I asked for the Sole Soothing pedicure. My nail technician did a very nice job, lots of scrubbing, massaging, clipping, and moisturizing. She didnt push up sale items like other nail salons, which I appreciate. But she also didn't offer me a free service, I heard other people talking about. So I was satisfied with the service and the safety of this salon. I was missing the friendliness of my old Westside location. I will try one more salon before I decide on my new home base. read more

I got the pamper me pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was pretty under whelming. The description says you get a glass of wine and I wasn't given any. The water was super cold and I asked her to make it warmer and she just shut it off and walked away. The manicure is probably the worst I've ever had. The tips she selected were smaller than my actual nails and they are all crooked. I didn't get to soak my hands before she started working so the cuticle trimming was very painful and my fingers bled multiple times. She didn't get the top coat all the way to the cuticle or the sides so it looks horrible. Definitely not worth the price. read more

I came with a friend and we both got the same pedicure package. The place is very nice a little loud so definitely not the most relaxing experience. My experience though was the worst my tech finished my pedicure WAY before my friends tech finished hers even though they started at the same time. Then that evening I came to find I had bruises all over my toes from how my cuticles were pushed back along with blisters. I have had pedicures before and NEVER had this happen and my friend said that she didnt have that issue either. This venue is gorgeous! Large, bright and beautiful interior. They just opened at the end of December. The staff was very professional and seemed to have a lot of experience. I had a classic french manicure and it is perfect. My tech managed to clean my nail beds absolutely pain free. My friends had pedicures. They got to pick a little bath bomb for the foot soak. And, they could pick complimentary wine, mimosa, or bottled water! Truly pampering :) They told me they can take reservations for groups up to 10. They give a discount to groups of 6 or more. They have monthly deals on their website for Monday-Friday services. I know they are all booked up for Mother's day weekend. Check out their website, it is very informative. If you're looking for a relaxing pedicure experience, keep looking. We walked in on a Saturday for 11a appointments and it was very busy. The only greeting we got was from an iPad on the front counter, apparently this is where you sign in. My pedi partner had been here before and knew what to do, otherwise I would've missed that step. One staff member sat at the nail bar near the front counter with an ear piece, shouting at other staff, and seemed to be the ring leader of the circus inside. There must've been 25 staff members bustling around, shifting between clients and taking orders from the woman at the front. The back wall is lined with pedicure stations while the center is the nail bar/counter. We were instructed to grab a basket for our pedi accessories...a little station with sugar scrub, tub bombs, toe spacers and something else...cute idea but we were so rushed we didn't have time to smell and weigh out or options. My partner's nail artist took the time to ask her if she wanted a drink and then was friendly while she explained our package options and how to choose a nail color. My artist, on the other hand, only talked to me when she wanted to up-sell me. It felt very "salesy". Overall the salon was trendy and clean but it felt cold to me. No pampering, just efficiently turning clients over as quickly as they could. My pedicure was just mediocre and priced on the higher side. I will not return. read more

It looks awesome and I'm really happy with it! She also did a great job replicating a design I showed her. I did not have a nail tech actually begin helping me until 50 minutes after my appointment time. I noticed that other clients were drinking wine and mimosas, and in the hour and 25 minutes that I was there, not once was I even offered a water. Once I did have a nail tech begin doing my nails, she never even cared to my cuticles. I'm not sure whether this is not a part of their process, or whether she rushed and skipped it. I absolutely loved picking out my own bath bomb and scrub, super cool feature. I also love the individually packaged nail care set knowing it was my own and clean. The complimentary glass of wine was a huge bonus, that was perfect for the girls day. However, the nail technician who did my pedicure came over smelling like smoke and raced threw my pedicure. My nails were trimmed unevenly and polished shotty. It was the shortest rub I have ever received and my heels are not clean. I understand they were busy but someone walked in for their 2pm appointment and started their same service before me. I absolutely love Pamper Me. I have been visiting every two weeks for about a year and will continue to do so! Literally everyone I know always asks to see my nails because Val always does such a beautiful job on every design I request. (I have included just a few pictures-- but he has executed many more designs flawlessly!) My mom also sees Kristine regularly who does such a lovely job. They are both so fun and sweet, and I always look forward to seeing them! Everyone here is so kind and patient, especially Vivian the manager.
