So I emailed back and go no response. They ended up going ahead with my original request, without my consent or without my knowledge. I was then put on their mailing list and I had to call to get things straighten out. I will never go there. BTW, the owner made the appointment without my consent and knowledge.

It was three steps: 1. Consult - Aashu explained all the benefits and considerations for the procedure, the pricing model, and the appts needed. She also did a sample outline of what my brows would look like using some sort of makeup so I could get an idea. She consulted on possible shapes and styles and updated the outline drawn on my face so I could decide which was a good fit. She explained what to expect with the procedure in great detail. 2. 1st Appointment - Aashu had great communication with me about where to be and what to expect. She even kept my scheduled appointment on the day of a big snow storm. She used a numbing cream that made the procedure itself not very painful. It took maybe 2 hours. She gave me an aftercare kit and detailed instructions to follow, which were pretty easy. From day 1 I didn't feel the need to pencil in my brows anymore. I had a tiny bit of itching the first week, but nothing to be worried about. 3. 2nd Appointment - This one was the same thing but much quicker. She listened to my feedback and made the small tweaks I asked for. I am very happy with the result!
