Most shops have bland, artificial ube flavors but you can tell they use authentic ube flavors for their syrups. Maybe it's artificial but whatever they use it's so strong and delicious. One of my favorite desserts is the ube mochi at Foodland in Hawaii and their ube reminds me so much of that. I had their matcha ube latte and the day prior my bf had the ube latte so we got to try how the syrups taste in both a tea and espresso drink. Okay enough about ube! Moving on to the food. I tried the chicken empanada, beef empanada and the matcha cookie. All were so good and flavorful, quite possibly my favorite empanada. The dough is so soft and the meat is perfectly seasoned. Service was excellent, the staff here are very friendly and you can tell they all love what they do. I love this place and I wish they were closer to me in LA

We couldn't resist trying a couple of desserts, and both were fantastic. They have a pretty creative menu with a lot of unique syrups and drink concoctions so it made it hard for me to choose. I asked the worker for her recommendations and she kindly explained the menu to me. I was sold when I heard about the cafe de olla being made in-house and fresh at that -- she pointed to the vat right behind her. So, I got the iced cafe de olla latte and it was the perfect sweetness with hints of spice that added flavor to the coffee. I would order this again and wanted to come back here the same day. There was no line when I went but they was a line forming when I was leaving. There's no seating area so it's more of a grab-and-go place.

We also ordered some pastries, Cardamom bun and the Conchita with ham and cream cheese. The cardamom bun was soft with crispy edges. Both were delicious, savory and sweet! This is my new favorite place for coffee - I wish I had the wherewithal to take pics of the food and drink, even their mugs and plates are delightful - but I was too hungry and just dove right in. The atmosphere, however, felt a bit tense. The owner came across as strict--no cash accepted, directing customers where to stand, and overall a bit domineering. The café is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a relaxing atmosphere that you instantly want to stay a while instead of grabbing your drink and leaving. The baristas were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They greeted everyone with a smile and made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first visit. You don't see that kind of hospitality very often anymore. The coffee was excellent, and the pastries were just as impressive. We tried the Honey Cake and the Bird's Milk cake, and both were fresh, rich, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they don't cut corners when it comes to quality. As an Armenian, I left with an even bigger smile knowing this place is Armenian-owned. It honestly made me proud to see a local business representing our culture with so much class, warmth, and professionalism. It's a beautiful reflection of Armenian hospitality. Cheers Coffee isn't just another coffee shop. It's the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Wishing the owners and the entire team nothing but continued success. You guys have built something truly special.

It was completely white with minimal coffee reaching the bottom line of the cup. Is that even a standard double shot of espresso? I knew from looking at it that it wasn't drinkable. That was confirmed after I mixed and tasted it. It was brought to me at work so not like I could get it remade or order something else. The condensed milk with regular milk shouldn't make a difference either as I've had Spanish lattes before that actually taste like coffee and the flavors blend well. Also tried a cappuccino which was plain and nothing special. There was just no richness to it and I wonder if it was the beans. Additionally, Cheers could benefit from listing what's in each signature drink on the menu. How are we supposed to know what's in a Dirty Desert or Floral Escape? If the ingredients aren't going to be included on the menu, baristas should know what information to share. I was told staff wasn't very clear on the signature items and even had to check when another customer asked if there were seasonal offerings. Shouldn't they know? Maybe that's reflected in how the drinks are made. As for food, they have a wide selection of pastries that did look really good. The strawberry cheese danish was okay, but probably wouldn't get it again as the filling tasted a little artificial. Just disappointing when you want something fresh. The Coachella Valley is growing with flavorful coffee shops and unfortunately I do not think Cheers can compete at this time.

While walking by the car, a big dog lunged out the window at me and proceeded to bark like a rabid hyena. I walked inside and said, "Who's Range Rover is parked in the red? Your dog just tried to attack my friend!" A woman there said "Me, sorry about the dog, she does that all the time!" That same woman proceeded to stand there and chop it up with the employees, whom she knew on a first name basis, that was our first red flag. I played it safe and ordered a vanilla latte. I figured since they had a large La Marzocco the coffee had to be good. Well it couldn't be further from that premonition. On top of the lackluster quality the service was god awful. The only redeeming moment of service was asking me after I received my coffee, "do you want cold foam?" I said sure. At which point she pulled out a bottle of WHIPPED CREAM... not exactly cold foam. My friend ordered a matcha and to no one's surprise it was terrible. I honestly can't attest to the quality of the food, but the service and drinks were bad enough to never return!
