The creemee is the absolute smoothest and dense creemee I have ever had, however, I would say the flavor was a bit off. We both had the maple flavor. My husband didn't think his tasted like maple, and I thought my maple creemee was coconut. (and I taste wine for a living, so I pick up on nuances) The flavor wasn't bad, I just had my sights set on maple. I don't know if it was a fluke or not. This was recommended to us by our friend who said they have the best creemees in Vermont and they definitely lived up to expectations. We went back multiple times to try multiple options. There was always a line, but it moved pretty quickly each time we were there. There is also an indoor section with a great selection of maple products that we picked up to bring back as gifts for friends. I think the best thing we ordered was the maple blueberry twist cone. The two flavors paired perfectly together and wasn't overly sweet. A friend got the maple shake and it was like drinking pure maple syrup. We actually ended up saving part of it in the freezer and putting it on pancakes the next morning. Great tip for a fun breakfast or brunch on vacation! I heard about the Maple Cremee's here and I love ANYTHING maple so I had to try it. First of all, the little store inside is so cute. I actually got quite a few things: dog biscuits, maple pretzels, maple taffy and then I got the Maple Cremee. I picked it up at the window outside. For me, it could have more maple forward. It was wonderful, VERY creamy but I love the "in your face" maple flavor and this did not that have. It was very tame. I wish I got the maple sprinkles on it since it seems pretty popular but I didn't. Regardless, the service was quick and super friendly. By far the best creemee's we've had this year. We've gone too many times to count because they're that good! The butterscotch is next level and would maybe highly recommend that everyone give it a try. My only suggestion would be to pass out napkins when giving customers their cones. A friend of a friend had me follow her in a car through winding roads to Palmer Lane. This was a cute little town with a cute store-operating out of a house. You know the place is good when people are lining up or waiting outside a place for food. They were offering ice cream but I put that on hold and stepped inside for my maple needs. Collette was so great in helping me decided what syrup grade to purchase by letting me do a tasting. I really liked the Amber grade but I went with the Dark grade to which she added that's the one most non-Vermonters go with as it "looks" like their maple syrup at home. I ended up getting dog biscuits, popcorn, beef jerky, smoked syrup, lip balm, maple candies for my co-workers, and of course, a jug of maple syrup, dark. We then ordered our creemees. I got a swirl of maple and coffee with maple sprinkles and picked it up at the window outside. It was pretty impressive-tasting and I wish we had these back home. So good. read more

Good prices, $3 dollars I believe for a small size which is honestly a good size for one. Got the maple sprinkles this time for an extra dollar, if you like crunch and sprinkles on your ice cream go for it, but I'm not a big sprinkles fan so I'll skip next time. We drive from South Burlington once a week to have these tasty treats. My 2 yr old loves the "baby" size that comes on a mini cone. My 4 yr old indulges in a "kiddie" size with rainbow sprinkles. And I usually get a small which is plenty of ice cream. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy your ice cream while observing the friendly dogs that accompany their families, bikers taking a creemee break, or other little kids with maple ice cream dripping off their cones and onto their shirts. I tasted 5 different creemees when I was in Vermont recently. These ones are the best. The flavor is packed full of maple, when many have maybe 50% of the flavor.
