Unfortunately, it did not compare well to the others. However, the real problem was not the ice cream, it was the customer service. When we walked into the store, the employee was eating an ice cream cone and continued to finish it while taking our order. We initially ordered two milkshakes. She made them and started to ring us up. She could clearly see that we were a party of four adults and four children. We told her that we needed another milkshake and a couple of cones. She looked very annoyed and asked if we were going to want any additional milkshakes after that. She appeared to be working alone but we were the only customers in the store at the time. It was a very unwelcoming experience and we will definitely not be returning to Old Tower.
