I signed up for yelp because of how bad this dunkin' is. This is the first time I've been here and it took 10 minutes for them to take our order while we were waiting at the counter. We ordered the Strawberry Refresher and the Vanilla Donut with no sprinkles -because they ran out- the refresher tasted like nothing any other dunkin' had tasted like it was too sweet and we ended up throwing it out. We also used the bathroom and it had pee all over the toilet seat and no soap and paper towels. Overall- Instead would suggest going to the Vermont Country Store instead they have tons of delicious homemade pastries and delicious sandwiches. read more

This was my first time going to this particular Dunkin. Everyone of the staff was kind except for the one blonde girl working in the back. I ordered three coffees. When my coffee's were put on the counter I grabbed my coffee with my order number on it and then set it down because it was supposed to be an iced coffee, not a hot coffee (even the label on the hot coffee said "iced"). The blonde girl from back felt the need to rudely say to me "you can't touch the coffees if they are not yours. Now we need to make another one". Well...... to the blonde girl who said this to me, I get COVID restrictions as I work in the healthcare system. It was MY coffee that I was touching and YOU made it wrong. You might want to review your customer skills as you don't have any. You could have handled that situation in a much friendlier way than you did. And thank you for this, I will never come back to this Dunkin again. I feel bad for your employees who were extremely nice and helpful having to work with you. read more

Dunkin Donuts is the standard by which I measure all other breakfast and coffee joints. It's not the best, but it is perfectly satisfactory for decent coffee and a tasty donut. And speaking personally, I really do like their French Vanilla coffee. Of course, now that the calorie ratings are up on the menu, I'm a little more careful about what I order. Sunday morning 8am went in for a breakfast sandwich. One man standing at a table asked me if I had any extra pants as I'm in line. Next a woman wants me to buy her coffee. Haven't even put in my own order yet. Politely decline to help either one of these people. Trying to leave and someone else is begging for money on the way out. I get times can be tough and life can beat you down. With all the assistance in the area for people in these situations, Dunkin Donuts isn't the place to be doing this. Theres a time and place. High school aged employees shouldn't be expected to remove these people. If the franchise owner came to his own store once in a while maybe they'd have a better stake in their own business. read more

I had came in at 11:25 and waited to be served on. The man at the counter kept saying wait one second for over 10 minutes to me. There were 5 other people working and taking care of mobile orders with him. Huge line behind me. I was waiting patiently at first, but they kept making me stand there. It's ridiculous that I can't even just order a coffee and get it within 5 mins or less. I ended up leaving because I was tired of standing there and waiting for my order to be taken. Terrible due to the fact they only had two girls working in a very busy location. I was here yesterday and the two girls working were so behind and overwhelmed I don't understand why they only had two people working. One of the girls was very sweet and kept apologizing but the other girl had a major bad attitude and used her teeth in front of all the customers to open product which is just gross and insanitary. She continued her bad attitude with customers who had been waiting over twenty minutes for a simple coffee. I definitely think there needs to be more training and hiring more people to work during a shift at this location. read more

Gave my friend an hours old drink that was labeled as an On-The-Go order for someone else, then when her boyfriend called the store to complain, employees took his number from the store phone and harassed him until all three numbers (store landline and two employees calling+texting him) were blocked. Food was tasty, fresh and satisfying. The restaurant was clean and WIFI was working well. I had questions about how to pay with the android app. The staff helped me with clear and informed answers. I enjoyed watching activity on the street through the ample Windows. I found some affordable grocery items,too-DD coffee to brew at home, and a box of 6 donuts for a temporary special price of $4.99. Nice restaurant, no complaints from me. I would visit again if in need of a quick,filling meal while shopping in downtown BTV. read more

I've lived in Burlington, VT since 2011. Have never had an issue grabbing coffee while I walk my dog at this Dublin Donurs.. The supervisor on duty, Jeremy Lyons, refused to serve me. BUT at this location there is one employee who is a larger guy, who CONSTANTLY gets my coffee wrong every single time I order! I can see that it's him and not the maker of the coffee because it's marked wrong on the cup, and every time he works I have to double-check my coffee. I am a regular DD customer, this store location is most convenient for my drive into work. The ladies who work there, LACK customer service. They are never pleasant or happy. A lady Terri S. at Register, is so rude. Today I went to get a coffee to start my day,I notice she made on error while entering my order so at the end of my transaction, I specified something for my order just to make sure, she snapped back at me "yeah I know what you said, I heard you!". Is that customer service!? NO. I am furious. I always thank them with a smile and 90% time never get a response. Terri S specifically is never happy and always messes up orders, another reason I have to repeat my orders. This store lacks customer service and makes me not even want to go back. I have worked in customer service. If you want your coworkers to be representing your business, I think it may be best to train them in customer service skills or hire new people. The DD on Shelburne Rd in comparison, is so much better! and one more thing to add, she didnt mark my coffee cup. How can I tell if she did this correctly? I have medical issues I face so I am unable to have much caffeine, which is why I must only get 1/2 decaf. If she doesnt write on it, how can I tell if she did this correctly for me? I have been a customer of this location regularly. I have had two bad experiences in which I felt uncomfortable. They both occurred with the same employee. In this Dunkin Donuts, they offer a public restroom as long as you purchase something. I asked to please use the restroom when I was in line, the lady at the register "buzzed" me in, (as my items were being made) - and as she did, a blonde Lady behind the counter yelled to her and asked if I bought something, she told her yes. As I came out of the restroom, the lady with the blonde hair proceeded to tell me I cannot be allowed into the restroom until I pay for my order (which I did) - This was in front of other guests, and was extremely unprofessional/abrasive. The second time was this morning, I ordered three drinks and got out to my car. Mine was made incorrectly, so I went back into the restaurant, and waited by the side counter to be discrete. The "same" lady with the blonde hair yelled from across the building, "Hello? You can come down here." I tried to be quiet and polite when I told her my drink was made incorrectly.. They used the wrong flavors, she said she would just add an additional flavor to fix it.. But with this combo, you can't fix it by adding something. When I told her that, she told me to remove my lid and straw before she would take it back...I looked at her funny, and did what she asked (normally they take the cup back , lid and all, and start fresh with a new cup) - I was a bit taken back, and she then said, "You needed to remove the lid because you drank from it"... The she proceeded to tell the employee who made the drink incorrectly, "exactly" what she did wrong.. The whole situation was extremely awkward. All the other employees at this location are great. I have never had a bad experience with anyone other than the "Lady with the Blonde hair"... Unfortunately I do not have her name. Because of her and her abrasiveness I will NOT be returning to this location, which is sad because it's so close to my work. I work in the Customer Service industry, and this is exactly how I DO NOT want my Customers to feel like. Don't judge my low score on the quality of food/drink, it's the lack of "her" professionalism & customer service. read more
