I came in here with my mom after we had gotten out of her doctors appointment and the young girl who was in the front was super sweet and caring. She asked us if we needed anything or if we wanted a bottle of water as we waited for the prescription to be done. My mom's rx was sent here but this pharmacy does not know how to process military insurance. I spoke to the supervisor and she repeatedly asked my mom to give her the insurance name and number. It's called write it down! Also, she asked my mom to take a picture of her military ID and text it to them so they can process her medication. This is a HUGE VIOLATION to make a photocopy of a federal ID card as well as a HIPPA violation. Do not use this pharmacy! Go to a CVS or somewhere else that understands how to process military insurance. read more

I am not a customer of this business...But after the outrageous driving of a palm care pharmacy delivery person I will never use this company. I was driving my two small children home from practice on Granite Hills Drive in El Cajon California. We were traveling through a school zone in front of Montgomery middle school, in a large bend in the road, through an intersection. There were people present on both sides of the street as pedestrians, and the school zone speed limit is 25 miles an hour. A small gray car came speeding up behind me as I was doing 25 in the curve. It began to tailgate me and then drive side to side to see if I could get around me. The vehicle was within inches of my bumper as the driver followed me. When the curve straightened out I continued the 25 mile an hour school zone speed limit due to the pedestrians still on both sides of the street. This driver then went across the yellow lines into oncoming traffic and floored the gas pedal of the vehicle to pass me. That is when I saw the giant Palm care pharmacy company decal on the door. At this point they were probably doing 50- 60 miles an hour when they crossed through the intersection of Granite Hills Drive and East Lexington Ave ( diagonally trying to correct a vehicle back into the proper lane of traffic without losing control) and running a red light. This occurred on Friday, February 18, 2022 at 5:45 PM. The driver had zero regard for anyones safety......Drivers, pedestrians, or even themself. I could not see what the driver looked like clearly due to the front windows being tinted but it appeared to be a light skin, young person with dark hair. read more

Wow I have never experienced a pharmacy that refused to fill a valid prescription. I had a previous RX filled there and was asked to move any other RX over to them. I only had one item needed and I did just that. I had it moved to Palm Care. I called again to get a filled RX of Wegovy 1.7 and was told they would not fill it unless I had other RX moved to them. I let them know I currently did not have anything else to fill. They refused and basically hung up on me. They have the medication. It is not on order or back ordered so why they are picking and choosing who they will service seems to be a violation of some sort. I will be filing a complaint. read more

This was my 1st experience at a "compound" pharmacy and was referred here by Google while searching for one since my regular pharmacy isn't one. I do not recommend this pharmacy. They keep mistaking my refills almost each time I call. They asked me when is the last time you saw your doctor, which is none of their business. They said before I run out they would call my dr., don't worry. Then today, they say you don't have any refills on this med. They kept putting me on hold but they don't explain why. I don't understand their accent and they talk fast and it sounds muddled. They kept delivering my meds to my house when I said each time I will come in. They admitted they made a mistake. I had to have a comment put on my account to not delivery. I want the ability to refill online, not to take 12 mins on the phone to get a refill and the run around. read more

So disappointed here. Everyone was so friendly. We had to fly to Hawaii the next day because the CVS test we took the day before said anywhere from 24-72 hours for results. Palm pharmacy advertised with Facebook that they could give us a PCR test in 15 minutes and when we called and asked if they were approved by Hawaii to administer the covid PCR tests they said yes! We have done so many for people to travel and no on ever came back to complain. So, come in and we will make sure you are on your way. We paid $300 for two rapid PCR that are of NO good to Hawaii at all! Why? Because this place is NOT on the approved list from Hawaii to administer the covid test. We submitted the results form several times and kept getting turned down by Hawaii's website. The people at PalM were super friendly but on the phone lied to us to get in by 5pm on June 14, 2021 to get our 15 minute results of the PCR test. We want our $300 back because your service was of no use for us to get to Hawaii. Signed totally disappointed and feel jipped off. Then Jessica responds with that they never said that. Wow! I was specific and clear about this but we will handle this accordingly and legally. Especially, the test they provided as being a PCR when the box said Antigen on it and NOT PCR. read more

This place used to have a great service but it has been geeting the worse since then! The employees are rude and not respectful. Based on my last experience, the pharmacist himself, Osama was helpless. I asked him for help and all what he did was ignoring and walking away. I did my COVID test for my little brother and they told us that the result would be out within an hour and that was a LIE. It took forever for the results to come out and my mom had to go twice to ask for the results until the next day in the morning they gave it to her. They usually tell u that when we call you, you can come pick up your results and when my mom went the next day she did not receive a call from them. Most people wonder why the COVID numbers are increasing and it's because people like him! He has all people stand in line without the 6 feet social distances, I hope that the city one day will get there and see what I saw and experienced and shut it down. read more

They were having fun in the back and laughing and costumers were sitting in the front waiting for there orders. My beta blocker was due for refill. If this med is suddenly stopped, one could potentially suffer a fatal dysrhythmia(heart attack). I had to call and ask for the refill to be initiated(12 refills on file). They had not ordered it yet due to price(3 days left of med). It's a new med and not covered by insurance. The company that makes Bystolic provides a voucher that reduces the price greatly, to $46. Palm Care said they tried running it multiple times and made many calls and couldn't do it(they said). They also stated it was $200 without voucher or insurance. The night before my first day without this med, they said they could order it and have it the day after tomorrow(one day without med and therefore potential life threatening risk). I call CVS and they have it in stock. So, all I have to do is have my script sent to CVS by Palm Care, in the morning and not go a whole day without this med and the potential risk. Palm Care refuses to transfer my script in the morning and claims that they now magically have this med and it's $175, rather than $200. I had to go to my Drs office and get the new prescription called over to CVS, that only cost me $46. The voucher went through on their first attempt. I feel very confident that Palm Care was simply extorting me, knowing full well that withholding my med was incredibly dangerous/risky for my life. I will not be doing business with them again. read more
