Instead of removing her gloves, washing her hands, and putting on a fresh pair, she continued wearing the same gloves and went back behind the counter. That alone made me uncomfortable enough that I decided not to order anything. I politely made an excuse about not being interested in the flavors, and we left. What made it even worse was that, as we were leaving, we watched the same employee walk outside, touch the door handles with those same gloves, and then go back inside without changing them. Gloves are supposed to help prevent cross-contamination, not be worn while touching the floor, door handles, and other potentially dirty surfaces. This is especially concerning at a food establishment where cleanliness and proper food handling should be a priority. I can't speak to the quality of the ice cream because we chose not to order, but what I witnessed was enough to make me question the hygiene practices at this location. I really hope management addresses this and ensures employees are properly trained in basic food safety.

The espresso was very flavorful and not at all burnt, like some of the other competitors in the area are known for in their coffee. This trip, I tried their chocolate chip cookie, and was a little disappointed. It was dense and heavy and the taste was not that pleasing to the palate.
