Dark chocolate dipped mango bar w/ pistachios
    Bethany W.

Excuse my hideous (but delicious) bar creation pictured haha. I love this place, because it's fun and decently priced. You can choose whatever combination you like, so you can get whatever you're craving at the moment! My go-to is the taro bar dipped in dark chocolate w/ pistachios. And they ALWAYS load up on the pistachios and chocolate, God bless the workers. Come here with friends or family for a quick treat on a sunny day, you won't regret it!

Transparency: I won a family pack of 6 palette on IG. What better time to go than on National Ice Cream Day? It was a drive from Salt Lake County. Totally worth it. So. Many. Flavors. We were excited to see faves like Taro, Coconut, and Pistachio. Hey, look, they have Marzipan? Have you ever tried marzipan in an ice cream? Me, neither. Let's try that one, too. What about chamoy and Tajin? Yes, just get it. Be brave. There are samples if you want to try before making a selection. Everything was delightful and fun. Very little seating, but we were able to snag a table. Our faves were a toss up between Taro, Coconut, and that watermelon aqua fresca covered in the Tajin and chamoy. Word to the wise, maybe cover half of it with the Tajin and chamoy. We covered the entire thing because we're wild like that. They weren't sure what was gluten free out of the ice creams. Paleta Bar might want to consider having a list of gluten free items so we can make informed decisions. We will be back to try more. I'm sure it will take many trips to try all the flavors.

I attended an event for these delicious bars and I was seriously so amazed by how delicious they where I came back right after. I'm addicted to these things. They are clearly using great quality and fresh ingredients. I'm committed to trying just about every bar they offer. I have had these style bars before growing up in a Hispanic home and honestly never had them like this before. The combination of toppings a quality of the bar made for absolute perfection. Don't sleep on this place. I can almost guarantee this place will be getting amazing reviews and awards for years to come. Just writing this review has me craving another. Time to drive to Provo! **picture are from a previous time I went

The Paleta Bar is fun, bright, and inviting! We had a blast exploring the different paleta flavors. Then we got all giddy over all the dipping and topping options. There are so many options that you need to get multiple to explore your favorite combos. The staff is helpful when you get lost in the many options and they keep the space clean and tidy. The paleta bar is perfect for families with little kids, friends hanging out, or the date you've been wanting to ask out for a while. We loved it and are definitely coming back soon!

Honestly we came in with no expectations and we're pleasantly surprised. There were a good variety of options for paletas and they also had just fruit instead of a creamy sweet one. The service was great and the girl working was so nice. The place was also very clean. We got the cookies n cream and the horchata paletas dipped in chocolate. They both were very tasty. I loved that they also let you sample the flavors with little cubes and there were aguas and fruit and cream options if you don't want a paleta! We'll defiantly be coming back :)

Is 2023 the year of the Paleta? I sure think so! If you haven't had this mexican popsicle delicacy, I think its about time you did! The Paleta Bar in Provo Utah has SO many different and unique flavors that you can choose for your paleta base. They have creamy dairy filled options as well as the classic water based! I personally love anything Taro flavored so I had to go with that as my base! I topped it with milk chocolate, fruity pebbles & chocolate covered strawberries. If was absolutely to DIE for! It could easily become your new favorite place to get a sweet treat just based off of the variety of treats alone! The options are endless and I really dont think you could make a bad combo! They also have some really bomb aqua frescas & milkshakes that are made directly from a paleta bar of your choice. They really do have an option for any and everybody!

A great way to cool off during the summer with fresh fruit flavors paired with interesting other secondary flavors. You can be as reserved or as adventurous as you dare with what you chose expose your palette to. What ever you choose you can't go wrong here.

I love the concept of this shop where you choose a paleta and dip and top it with whatever your eyes desire! The Mexican classic-inspired flavors such as the abuelita chocolate, horchata, marzipan and strawberries con lechera are ! They also have water based paletas or "popsicles" which are suggested with tajin and chamoy which reminds me of the the ultimate Mexican childhood bite. Other menu items to try are the fruit cocktail, fresas con cream and aguas frescas! 10/10 recommend!

This place is a fun twist on an ice cream shop. They offer a wide variety of In- house made popsicles that you get to dip into different sauces and toppings. There's something for everything with the customization here! The inside is clean, the man working the counter was so helpful and kind, and the final product was delicious!

Have I been here 8 times since they opened? YES! Do I basically get the same paleta each time? Also Yes! Do I highly recommend? A million times Yes! They have milk based and water based so choose wisely based on your dietary needs. They have some yummy options along with some almost secret menu options such as the ice cream sandwich paleta and the s'more paleta! It located near the CVS on bulldog across from Dutch bros and the new chipotle.

Came here for the first time over the weekend and LOVED it! You get to pick a paleta flavor and dipping chocolate and toppings. They also offer a variety of drinks. I tasted the horchata and thought it was delicious. I got the Triple Berry Cream Cheese bar with white chocolate and almonds. I loved how the chocolate gave it a sweet taste and the almonds gave it a crunch. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors! They are also OPEN on Sundays!!!

so yummy and quick! I loved how nice they were and how authentic it felt. I love the combo of the paleta bar and takito! So yummy

This place is so fun and unique. The employees have always been super friendly when I've come in. I ordered a horchata bar, half dipped in milk chocolate and topped with graham cracker crumbs. It was delicious!

I thought it was also nice that they had dietary restriction friendly options for those who are keto, gluten free, or vegan. I actually ended up trying one of the sugar free options because the flavors sounded really yummy! I wasn't in the mood for a heavy loaded up cup, but those looked incredible too. I stopped by on a late Saturday afternoon and the space was pretty quiet and chill. The staff members were so incredibly kind and helpful when I was making my decision. They also made it really easy to transport back home. I ended up going with the sugar free butter toffee. This was the first time I've seen sf options at an ice cream shop and unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. For the most part my experience with sugar free options has been great, but this was completely devoid of any flavor. I'm almost wondering if the sf flavors are a gimmick to make you feel like you're choosing, when in actuality they just whip up cold milk. Part of the experience is they make the ice cream in front of you, but aside from adding a little stevia I'm not sure what all went into my ice cream. When I got home and tried a scoop it just tasted like whole milk. I was super disappointed because I got a large! I'm torn between giving the sf option another shot or just writing it off forever. It was my first time trying Sub Zero, so I'm sad this was my first impression. Besides the flavorless taste, the texture is fun and almost reminds me a little of dippin dots. Overall, torn on my decision to try this place again or not. There's so many good dessert options around, so I guess we'll see. I still think it's a place you should try at least once, but order the sf options at your own risk!

An interesting concept that works. 3.8 stars, is that a thing? LOL…read more This location is pretty cool. Nice layout and the ambiance is relaxed and chill. (Gotta use "chill" and "cool" when talking about an ice cream place, right?) Just by the entrance and under the stair case is a comfy cubby with two or three high rise tables and chairs. A cozy place to eat your ice cream with a nice window view of the entryway and the street. Then there is the upstairs. You go up a long spiral staircase (there's a landing halfway up) to go to the upper room. Pretty cool. Good view of the Provo Temple across the street. Fun place to eat your ice cream. The employee was not only friendly but you could tell she enjoyed her job. She had fun every time she had to make the ice cream. She told you all about it, too. So on the to ice cream. I had a mix in from the menu, Key Lime pie. Lime-flavored ice cream with bits of cheesecake and something else. It was OK, but I bordered on not liking it. It didn't remind of Key lime pie. But the texture was dense. That's what they are proud of. This process does not stir air into the mixture so it is much more dense than regular ice cream. And not only that, you get a lot of it. The small size cup is really huge! I'm not a fan of the texture. I like a good creamy, smooth ice cream. And while it makes you feel like you are getting more for your money, while not bad, the experience is not a good as a creamy ice cream or gelato. It's ice cream. And it's dense. Very dense. Still Ice cream, though, but very dense. It's not bad. Just not my jam. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I've never been to the Creamery before, but I will definitely come back!…read more I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and it was quite tasty. There are a few different stations with condiments and other sandwich toppings (including fry sauce), so it's a bit much to navigate, but it allows you to top your sandwich however you like. I also stole a few fries from my daughter, and they were delicious. After dinner, we got ice cream. I tried the chocolate Graham Canyon--two thumbs up! We also bought a few other things (cookies and cream milk, chocolate chip banana bread), and everything was yummy. The wait is very long for both food and ice cream, and somehow there aren't enough tables (even though there are a lot of them). It's quite crowded, too. But it's a fun and cheerful space, and it seems like a spectacular spot for students on campus to meet up and have fun.

Same grocery except it is larger and more a legit complete grocery store. Some departments are smaller than a regular grocery store, like the produce section, but still offers plenty. The outdoor patio seating is great. Heating lamps for cold days and they have misters installed for the hot days. Nice lights for evenings and nights. Parking is still a big challenge. More parking, but it is very narrow between the rows. I didn't park my truck there because of it. But parking is accessible at the Music School across the street for a very easy walk.
